Rooms are nice but the complimentary services are terrible.
Cardboard cups that leak by morning if you have a "cup" of water. These are suites and should have glasses.
The shuttle service to Disneyland costs. When I went to the counter to enquire about times and day, the worker did not mention the service costed and I needed punch cards. This caused us to miss our ideal shuttle.
The happy hour serves low quality alcohol and the cooked food was sub par. Pastries and fruit are also available and we're fine, but don't be decieved by the "cooked to order" breakfast. It's a buffet with an omlet chef.
This Embassy Suites seems to cheap out on key stuff I have enjoyed at other Embassy Suites.
Great room, free breakfast, proximity to Disney and shopping
Rooms are large and clean...check in was easy and free breakfast and evening reception is always a plus. Parking is $15 per car
Nice hotel nottoo far from Disneyland or the Convention Center
Great breakfast and nice rooms. Close enough to Disneyland. Can't stand that L.A. water.
The AC was pretty sad. Running all evening and night it only got the room to 68 (and the daytime high was lower than that). Hotel rooms show their age a bit.
It has been awhile since I've stayed at an Embassy Suites. As expected, the suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the AC kept the room comfortable, and made to order breakfast is included. The suggestion I have is for a more modern looking shower head to match the modern room decor.
Great hotel with everything you need and so close to everything just a 5 minute drive to Disney land and amazing views and about a 45 minute drive from LAX and downtown over amazing place
LOVED it here! We stayed here 4 nights.
Free breakfast was great, my kids loved seeing the fish and the lion while enjoying their food.
Free happy hour and snacks, great for the whole family!
You do have to pay for the shuttle to Disneyland but it was worth it! They came by every 30 minutes so we were able to leave the parks and come back when we needed without worry.
Clean beds, and a clean pullout bed in the couch! Everything about our room was great! And such friendly staff!
We always enjoy our stay at Embassy Suites and would definitely stay here again!
Very nice hotel, no issue with the sleeping rooms or the meeting space. Unfortunately, the restaurant is kind of expensive and a little unaccomodating.
Great breakfast, good service, friendly staff. Rooms are worn and Wi-Fi is terrible, I was able to pick up the Hampton Inn and the travelodge from my room but had to be in the living room bathe window closest to the atrium together embassy suites signal. Unacceptable. Made work difficult.
Great location. Close enough to disne y but not in the middle of the hussel and bussel.
Great as always! We try to stay here whenever we go to Disneyland as a family, it's close, great value, clean, kid-friendly and there's good food!!
The decor is lovely, the food that is included within your room's pricing has had us going back for seconds, and the rooms are all well kept by kind staff that always greets us during their long and arduous shifts. I've enjoyed my stay here so far and would be happy to come back in the future. P.S...the business suite and fitness center are a nice touch!
It wasn't bad but it wasn't good, plumbing issues reported them they just brushed them off. Cleanliness in the main atrium reported just ignored me and starting talking to another clerk, trying to build up my honors status but fueled over looked. Just got your survey request went all the way through to the last page and it will not allow you to finish. Love the location but it has issues. Would like them to follow what they say about how important the customer is and the quality of there stay
Great location near Disneyland. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. Good free breakfast.
Nice clean rooms, the conference space is only so-so.
Family hotel easily sleep 5 to 6 people and breakfast is included for everyone
The hotel is huge, 13 floors (though their 13th Floor, they call 14). Waterfall in the main courtyard is nice. The suites are spacious and well kept. And they have a very good free breakfast that is a lot more than the standard toast and bagels - think omelets, donuts, bacon and sausage, etc. They're bit too far from Disneyland, and they have a shuttle that will take you to and from the park thst runs regularly.
The hotel itself, is lovely. The room was great: comfortable and clean. Breakfast isn t served sitting yet, due to continued covid restrictions... doggy bags served from 6:30a-9:30a. Staff was kind and professional. My only but would be, I requested fresh towels and bed sheets (being that my stay was 4 days). Unfortunately, they were given to me in a plastic bag, while the dirty towels were on the floor in the bathroom (which I placed for the cleaning staff). I wasn t aware I had to specifically ask for my room to be cleaned and I didn t know I had to change my own sheets. Another but would be, it was, maybe, midnight and there was a room on the 6th floor, by the vending machines with its door open and people were loud. I mean, I d come back but not longer than 2 days. Great location, too.
Always love Embassy Suites. The value added for the space available is great. Topped off with the managers reception and cooked to order breakfast makes it hard to beat when staying with a large family. Vicinity to DL is reasonable, I dropped off my family and then took an Uber ~$7. The hotel does offer shuttle service if you dont want to do like I did.
Disgusting room, found a bug in our room (don't think it was a bed bug but who knows), housekeeping was rude and poor, rooms dated and dirty. Checked out a day earlier (didn't care about a refund) and went to a better hotel.
Hotel is on the older side, the hotel is on the far side distance wise from Disney Land, Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the water stunk, we asked for a lower level but was given the 12tj floor with toddlers that could reach the door locks and there is no fall protection from the 12th floor.
Great location with shuttle transportation that comes every 30 minutes directly to Disneyland.
Great hotel and very friendly staff. The complementary breakfast saves you lots of time and the food is good. Shuttle to and from the parks works well. Will definitely stay here again.
Very easy to find and get to. Held a 30-person presentation and had little issue getting it going.
The rooms are large and the breakfast in the morning is great.
We had family come in and help celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday so we booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were great but imagine our surprise when we opened the door to the 2nd suite and it was completely decorated with birthday wishes and beautiful balloons. The staff received a phone call from one of her cousins and did the decorating prior to our arrival! That's service! But that's not all, that evening at cocktails, Erica Diaz, an employee, went out of her way to make sure that our non-alcohol drinking grandfather also had something special to sip on. Kudos to the entire team at this location. We'll never forget your superb service, all with a smile.
Beautiful modern hotel just far enough away from Disneyland to be very quiet.
Great place to stay, courteous and friendly staff. One of the best places I have stayed.
Tne name say it for itself what you reapers ent a perfect 10
The Embassy Suites Anaheim it s a very family friendly hotel which is close to Disneyland we were here for a few days at the end of March. Check in was quick, It has a convenience store, restaurant, & outdoor pool on the property. The room was clean and well-kept throughout our stay & they are very spacious. The staff was very friendly & made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. You definitely need to take advantage their cooked to order breakfast every morning before heading out to Disneyland we would have breakfast the cook at the omelet station was always happy and ready to take our orders! Virginia Elias is part of the serving staff and she was always friendly, courteous and on point, the breakfast rush was always busy but she would manage to clear tables, smile and helped us and others with anything related to the restaurant, Great Job Virginia Elias! We definitely will come back. I don't give them a five star because one of their elevators was not working(they had a sign that said it was in maintenance) and that was the only thing I really was disappointed with I had to call the front desk so they could help us down with our luggage we had been wait for about 15 to 20 minutes and the elevators were always full hopefully that is taken care off.

We love the spacious rooms and the free breakfast. This hotel is very convenient to stay and visit Disney and the beaches!
I have to put a Star to make my review. I called, talked to reservations, made a reservation but then canceled in the same phone call. I was under the impression she canceled. Well, credit card was charged as they got me as a no show. I'm a very reliable person. That's VERY upsetting. They just lost a weekly customer.
Everything about this location is fantastic. I stayed during a trip with my school and everything about the location is friendly and clean. I will say that the elevator game is lacking slightly, but it doesn't hinder my overall experience. The room was very clean and much more than I expected. Fantastic.
Try,try, try to avoid sleeping on the sleeper sofa! Even a sleeping bag will be more comfortable. Otherwise a good place to stay, wonderful free breakfast and evening reception and inexpensive shuttle to Disney.
Used to be a lot better. A lot of cost cutting measures.
Great breakfast. Good service. Shuttle to Disney costs $6 / day. Hotel need some cosmetic touch ups. We slept and ate well.
Was here for an awards ceremony - great meeting space, also liked the catering of the event (quality of the food as well as the speed with which they served over 300 guests).
Cook to order complimentary breakfast, very nice interior. Affordable prices. Love this place. Had a problem with the room and the manager fixed it himself. Highly recommend this place
Stayed for a week. Rooms are very nice. Staff is very helpful.
Flew in before everything shut down due to the health catastrophe. The team was professional and amazing. Cant wait to come back and complete our holiday. Amazing support. Will book . Breakfast rocks
This place is the essence of luxury lodging! Unfortunately, the restaurant has been closed due to covid 19. Be that as it may, this place is stocked with luxury accommodations. One example being the elevators are all glass inward facing and have a quick smooth glide up to your designated floor. The inside is decorated like a tropical oasis and the rooms have a very modern design that are very aesthetically pleasing.
Amazing breakfast very friendly staff, great rooms , for sure coming back
The location is great for the Garden, downtown Disney, and Anaheim Convention center. Very nice place to walk around lots of restaurants nearby and shopping centers. Near the convention center there's food trucks.
This is a place where you dont want to be. If I could, I would not even assign a single star.
My 'experience' started by finding out that 3 of the 4 drawers in my room could only be closed by 'rattling and shaking', two doors of the cupboards needed to be lifted or tilded to close them. Successifely I found out that the place overall is badly maintained and not clean - I had a Q-Tip (used or not?) lying on the corridor infront of my room with no one beeing bothered to pick it up for two days. Maybe it is still there. I could continue with examples but all these are irrelevant to what happened next.
I went sick on the third day of my trip and when the time for departure came I kindly asked for a late check out - even willing to pay for it - so I would not need to sit at airport (or lobby) beeing sick. I was answered that there were too many requests already and best one could do would be another 30 minutes. I explained my situation and asked for help - with the only result that the same message to me was repeated. I was not even asked for how long I wanted to stay longer on the room nor how I would feel or if one could do anything to help me. I am a frequent traveller for more than 20 years and I was never let down by a hotel this badly. Consequently I sat in the atrium for two ours with fever while I did not notice new guests showing up...
Cold hard boiled eggs is what we got for breakfast . Terrible $20/night for SELF parking
This place is was very clean.Nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and you could tell they loved to work there. I felt a home here. The breakfast buffet was a hit! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. The shuttle bus was so convenient to go to Disneyland. Shops and restaurants and even a mall close by. The one negative thing I have to say is we couldn't stay longer! Lol. Highly recommended.
The rooms were clean and the hotel although a little decorative was a nice change to see. Although the best part is the free breakfast which I must say was stellar the made to order omletts were delicious.
This is where you should reserve your stay in Anaheim. Best spot for families. Breakfast was great, afternoon snack ..perfect, which included adult cocktails. Disneyland shuttle every 30 min. Pool was a little small but with the other perks your going to win. Btw, target and lots of restaurant food chains are in walking distance
A complementary breakfast, affordable rates, and $6 shuttle to the Disney parks make this a great choice for your visit to Anaheim. The staff were friendly and the animatronic lion in the breakfast area is a nice treat. The room was dated but comfortable.
Great place the moment you enter, nice room, lot of place around to do and enjoy the atmosphere. Lots of great dinning options.
Great room great layout the pool was wonderful the only thing missing is the breakfast maybe consider allowing guests to order the night before and pick it up in the morning
Very clean, and organized. Free shuttle to Disneyland and also the breakfast is awesome. Price a bit high, but you may find a good deal out there somewhere
Great breakfast included with stay, wonderful rooms. Our king suite is HUGE with plenty of room. Staff very friendly, and the hotel is just generally kitschy-cute. Easy access to Disneyland and OC transit.
You know, I read a seemingly endless number of reviews about this particular Embassy Suites, and I gotta say -- maybe it's all about the timing? Despite some past guests who seem to have been a bit disappointed in their visit, I only have positive things to say about my recent stay. My room was clean and spacious (such a comfortable bed!), the breakfast each morning was delicious, plentiful, and hit the spot, and I only interacted with fantastically accommodating and courteous staff members. Word has it that this location will be going under some renovations in the near future, as every hotel usually experiences. But even so, I can't tell you one thing that would make me think twice about staying here again. In fact, quite the opposite. This will be my go-to hotel for my next Disneyland trip! For anyone having trouble deciding which property to stay at for your next Anaheim adventure, this Embassy Suites should definitely be in consideration.
Food for breakfast was good. U could get a omelet made or eggs the way u like them. Hotel was clean. Rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly. Just a side note. Even though u r sharing the parking lot with 3 hotels and some spaces are small u have to pay 17 dollars a night for parking. 6 dollars for shuttle to Disney per person
Alarms at 6am on a Sunday, only one out of 4 elevators working, 1 person at the front desk so 20 to 30 min for checking in. Didn't get the bed size I reserved, pool hours are rediculas and pool was closed when I went to go use it when they said it should be open. Breakfast is just a box and a kiddie OJ. AC doesn't cool room since it is to small for the room size. This is how they treated a Rewards member. Not feeling valued by Hilton. Stay clear not worth it.
Good hotel if visiting Disneyland. Just far enough away to be out of the crowds.
I love this place, but my only complaint is that if you're attending a seminar in their ballroom/conference halls, bring a heavy jacket. It is so cold in there, it is almost impossible to concentrate
Comfortable and convenient for conferences. Usual hotel restaurant
Gorgeous building and incredible atrium. Nice breakfast and a very comfortable room ! !
The service is really badd here I had a clean my own Room the entire stay I work nights so I gave him to one o'clock in the afternoon to clean my Room still not cleaned how to do that the entire trip how to get my own shampoo and conditioner because I can't waiting for them to send it up they never sent it up I had to get my own toilet paper the manager here was not nice he was not concerned about how I felt at all and the price that were paying here we should get good service and I did not
Our stay here is always very good, the food at breakfast is always plentiful, and the staff is wonderful. They provide a nice low cost dinner for those who are too tired to venture out after a long day at Disney, as well as an on site upscale restaurant for those who want to be pampered.
