The room was perfect. The living room area was spacious and homey. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bigger than we thought! We couldn't get the AC to lower, but it wasn't too big a deal. We were up early to head to Disneyland and home late. The shuttle service to Disneyland was fast and friendly. By far the best Embassy we have been to yet.

Stayed here for about two weeks and overall a pretty nice experience. The rooms are quite large (at least some are, I suggest you do some research so you know what rooms to ask for). We had a view that could see Disneyland fireworks at night. Great selection for breakfast with made to order omelettes . They also have an evening reception that does provide complimentary adult beverages to wind down from a busy day.

I liked the hospitlity that was in the hotel. Also, the rooms had a lot of space for my family of 4. The workers cleaned everything very well and with great satisfaction. The food was not very rich but it was free.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Fitness center had two treadmills, an elliptical, a bike and a surprisingly great selection of free weights and machines. I will definitely be staying there again when I return to the area.

Complimentary breakfast from 6:30am - 9:30am (10:30am on weekends), complimentary drinks from 5pm - 7pm, the staff here are amazing! Very kind, patient, and friendly. You definitely feel valued here! I will definitely be coming back again, and again!

The parking is a bit expensive and the parking spots are tiny. We rented a Nissan Altima and had a hard time fitting in the spaces. Our room had a couple issues. The light fixture in the bathroom was starting to fall and the sink drain did not come up causing the sink to fill when the water was running

The hotel was a really great place to stay. My daughter had a great time at the hotel because it is close to Disneyland and the prices are not bad at all. We really liked the fresh cooked buffet breakfast in the mornings when we where there.

It is a really nice Hotel near fowntown disney the rooms are comfortable, good size and clean. They have Free breakfast boxed so you can eat it in your room.
The only bad thing was the front desk attendant wasn't very friendly, and the parking lot, the spaces are very small, but you can find more parking in the back of the Hotel.

I have stayed at many places around the world, but staying at the Embassy Suites Anaheim South is the best. That accommodation s and the Staff are a cut above. My comfort is Paramount and they see to my every need. The staff is great and they treat me like I am family. I enjoy the free delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and very nice. There lobby is great with their Lion and the rocks and ponds. You get value for your stay

We had such an amazing time at Embassy Suites on our Disneyland vacation thanks to Misael Gomzalez he took such great care of me and my children making sure we had everything we needed to have a great experience with Embassy Suites. It is staff like Misael that make a hotel extraordinary.

The staff was less than friendly the free breakfast was truly a free breakfast it was really on savory the food was horrible the rooms were not very clean a lot of scuff marks on the walls a lot of dust on the floor Corners the bathroom had smudges on the mirror but we ended up getting a great rate on the room so I guess we got what we paid for next time I would definitely recommend staying at a better hotel maybe the Hilton or the Hilton Garden Inn

Great customer service at the front desk, but the room location and breakfast buffet left more to be desired. Our room was next to the elevator and we didn't get much sleep between the constant door opening and people yelling down the halls as they waited for the cars to arrive on our floor. The breakfast area is disorganized and kept running out of plates and silverware. These should be located at each station, not at one main line. It makes no sense to stand in line twice. Once to get the plates & silverware, then again to get the food. It creates chaos in the morning. Our room wasn't very clean when we checked in, and we had to ask for items that should have been customary. Not our best Embassy Experience!

To start, the hotel itself looks amazing. Both the exterior and interior of this specific hotel are beautiful. I have not spent much time, but from what I can tell, the service is great as well. Within the limited time I have spent, my roomates and I asked for another blanket which came in less then two minutes. Overall the hotel itself is very well-kept and the service is very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you are taking a trip to Anaheim or Disneyland.

Awesome all-suite hotel with a decent bar and food. They also have a good breakfast selection with freshly cooked eggs to order, a hot line with bacon, sausage, and pancakes, all along with the typical pastries and cereal.

One of the best things may be happy hour... 2 hours of free drinks (wells-type liquor and a couple beer options) and snacks.

They do offer a shuttle to the Disney parks, making life much easier.

Great

Very nice hotel. Extensive buffet style breakfast. Very friendly omelette makers! Comfortable large rooms. Be prepared that most of the times they have lots of kids running around during breakfast and pool/spa area. Good business center. Friendly front desk.

We have stayed at a lot of Embassy suites , when we checked in one of our rooms was not ready and her comment was its hard to get this many rooms clean ?? she did comp parking which you should not have to pay to park. The room was not to bad the bath tub would not shut off ,the hallway carpet on our floor was dirty and lumpy , ordered room service and my french dip came on a hamburger bun next night it was on a french roll , The best thing about this place is the guy making omlettes

This hotel is in a great location that is within walking distance of a lot of attractions and restaurants. The biggest issue I had is I was on the 11th floor and the rooms above me were under renovation which caused a lot of noise. If you are not on the 11th floor you probably won t have any issues. But at check in just make sure you ask if the floor above you is under renovation.

I've always loved this hotel and each location I've been through throughout the years I've liked but this location was so judgemental and snobby. I couldn't get them to come inside and clean the room if my life depended on it however everyday I wanted to extend for another night they had to come in and "expect". Then I used my same ID to book my room for 10 days and then all of a sudden they tell me I can't use my ID anymore bcuz it's expired . It expired during my 3rd day and it took them 8 more days to notice.

Great place to stay while visiting for Disneyland. Free breakfast for entire party (that are in room), free snacks (chips, salsa, pita bread, and hummus), free alcohol (beer, wine, some hard), heated pool and hot tub.

Great rooms and the service is typical of a Hilton hotel. This is the second time I have stayed in a year and would recommend this as a great option for Disney guests.

Hotel has been great! Pool is open until 12:00 a.m., which my kids loved because they could swim after Disneyland. The pool is also heated to 75 degrees, which made for a very nice swimming experience in 50 degree February weather. Breakfast is wonderful and they serve free snacks and cheap food during the week at night. My only complaint is when we got back from a long day the bed looked like it had been made by a child. (Really sloppy) not sure what happened there when everything else was pretty fantastic.

Very nice pleasant staff. Easy parking situation. Easy to find the hotel, located off "hotels." our event has been great with lots of water and coffee and bathroom conveniently right next to our meeting room.

Went for a school trip. Had no troubles. My friend accidentally cut her foot and they gave us bandages and water. Heard some kids got food poisoning from the ice, but that was never confirmed.

We love staying here. Rooms are spacious and always clean plus the breakfast is free and it is a full breakfast. The only thing I wasn't happy with was they charged $15 a night for parking. I don't recall having to pay to park in the past.
