I haven't been to Disneyland since I was a teenager. Now I am in my forties with my own family and we finally took the plunge. We used the cotco travel website and there was a dizzying number of hotels to choose from, I did a quick Google search and this one was mentioned frequently as a favorite. I took a chance and picked this one and I'm very glad I did. I won't bore you with details but the overall experience was excellent. The room, staff, the location, the parking, the breakfast, the happy hour, the atmosphere, all exceeded expectations. They have an envelope ready for you at check-in with all needed Disney tickets and passes and related paperwork.
The only negative was the foldout bed. It was horrible. I am not a complainer or an exaggerator, I don't expect some premium 14" think memory foam posteurpedic mattress to pop out of a couch. I just need a 'pad' the kids can sleep on. This thing was like a bunch of broken sloppy springs with some sort of foam on them stuffed in a plastic sack. My kids will sleep on just about anything and I've never heard them complain. They ended up putting the couch cushions on the floor and just sleeping on them that way.
Also, when you go through Costco, they offer the 'max pass' with your Disney tickets. Always, always, always get the max pass. I think we were lucky because it is a new service, but we saved HOURS of waiting in line time. Also all pictures are included for free.

Was a good room but the hotel does need a update.
Being in Los Angeles area many of the hotels around were closed having the virus scar going around but this was open but limited-service/ No diner service allowed nor just a box breakfast.

Pool is ok, fitness center is small, the lion roars and the waterfalls do their thing and small children seem to like it but I don't like the smell of the stale treated water. The hotel is small (mostly a good thing) and the staff has been great. The rooms are big. Breakfast is good (made to order omelette). There's a shuttle to Disney for $6.

Nice staff, and clean rooms. Breakfast is ok. Can't complain since it comes with the room. Great location with restaurants walking distance away, and a shuttle to Disneyland. Would stay again.

Made reservation for my wife and daughter to stay the night after my daughter's 16th birthday at Disneyland. Filled out credit card form with copy of card and drivers licence, faxed as requested the day before chevk in. They arrive there early morning before the room was ready, and all was okay. Then after all day at Disneyland they went to get a key from the front desk. Gary would not give them key and said form was not checked for incidental charges. Would not give them the room after I filled out all requested paperwork and My card was charged for over $300. Gary was a snob and told her she's not getting the room and said what you going to do about it. My wife then got upset and he threatened to call police. So my wife and daughter are sleeping in our car tonight. Special thanks to Hilton and esspecially Gary for making this a nightmare

If you love throwing money away, by all means, stay here! Apparently $200+ per night DOES NOT get you a PARKING SPACE, or DECENT WIFI. Expect to pay $15 per vehicle per day you stay here, which basically applies to everyone. Unless you walked here from Nebraska, then you deserve a medal, not to be treated as an inferior serf. God forbid you might want to load an actual web page on the "complementary" wifi. Be prepared to wait about 5 MINUTES for the first page of Google results to load. That is, of course, if you don't mind paying an extra $10.95 per day for wifi that's just good enough to load a GIF on... I'm a fan of getting your money's worth, no matter how much it costs. But getting to a hotel with such a large reputation to uphold, and being hit with slap after slap of bullshit charges is too much. Really Embassy suites? Really?

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and spacious, but we had a problem with the toilet and the air conditioner would not keep are room cool. Maintenance took long time to come we had to call twice down stairs to fix the air conditioner had to be deice and the toilet had to be plunge twice. There was 5 of us in a group all with rooms. Other than that the stay was very nice. I would recommend.

This is our preferred place to stay when we come for Disneyland. I love the breakfast here because we all can eat pretty healthy without having to leave the hotel. My mom is vegetarian and my son is picky and I am able to find something for them both at breakfast. The staff are very nice.

Rooms great, food quantity great, quality not so much. Disappointing for a 350/450 night place. Fatty, very few healthy, no organic selection, lots of artificially enhanced food choices from eggs, yogurts, cereals, etc.

Wow, great stay for family with kids on Disney trip. Family Oriented hotel. The best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. Out door dinning withing nature and rocks. My kids loved the roaring lion and colourful fishes. Great place

I was only there for a small conference. It was fine. Clean place with plenty of free parking. Easy access off the 5 freeway. Catered food was good too, not sure if from hotel or outside vendor but good either way. Only complaint was noise in halfway or adjacent room. Did not last too long thankfully. And the AC was too cold at times. I was prepared so all good.

When we received our room key and opened the door I immediately smelt a mildew smell the carpets were stained furniture has seen better days furniture and room is very outdated and to top it off we had a noisy air conditioner accompanied by fruit flies I ve been going there for 8 years but the quality of service and rooms have gone down hill. Any other hotel around the Anaheim area there could do better.

Beautiful hotel down the street from Disneyland. Decided to stay here since less expensive than staying in Cerritos where we had weekend events. So glad we did. Waterfalls and koi ponds greet you at check in. This area is also the spot for the made to order morning omelet bar and the evening receptions held daily which is included in the room rate. The pool area is arranged so people can spread out and there are sofas arranged in shaded areas which was welcomed to sit out in the cool breeze. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from our 8th floor suite window. 930-940pm. Oh and buca di beppos is on the property.... I didn t expect a mini vacation on this trip, what a welcomed surprise!

I love the convenience of the hotel. Short easy drive the Disneyland. It isn't as nice as other Embassy Suites I've been too, definitely an older facility. The breakfast is also not nearly as good and omelettes are sloppy. But these are things that I think could be better, not really complaining. I stay here 3-4 times a year.

Great stay but there were too many people in the pool area when we went. We got out and came back later that day. The lion could use and upgrade as well. My kids were a little disappointed.. I love how they still give you some sort of breakfast throughout this pandemic. We would definitely stay here again.

Ok
