Weird smell in the lobby, but great suites and rooms for multiple guests
It's an average hotel, good breakfast, but the pool was disgusting, it was full of hair and other random objects I wish I didn't cannonball into.

The hotel staff had always been wonderful during our yearly Passover Seder. They work with the organizers to make our event a success and enjoyable.
Rooms are fine but during covid they haven't figured out how to provide some amenities. They only provide brewed coffee between 8a and 9a so if you are working or have somewhere to be don't count on coffee or anything to put in that coffee. The minimum to bring happiness is a coffee station with a flavored creamer option. Not difficult or expensive. The breakfast box provided isn't great. Here is a cold bagel but no toaster available. I did eat the tiny yogurt. *Also, not the best enforcement of wearing masks in common areas.
My family has stayed here many times over the years. The staff and service are great. Their cook to order breakfast can't be beat!!
Beautiful hotel and the lobby was amazing. The waterfall and the HUGE fish really made a great experience for my kids. Even the elevator was fun! Our room was a suite and very large.
Crowded, long lines for breakfast. Other local Embassy Suites are way better.
Rooms are recently renovated, and the beds are comfortable. Great breakfast options. Shuttles to Disney are available at $6 a person. Would come here again.

Overall, we like Embassy Suites. However, but our room AC can't get down to the temp we set it to and the elevators are awfully slow.

This hotel had a clean room, very comfortable beds, nice view of the city and best free breakfast that we have ever had... so far. We woke up sunday morning to find a variety of hot and delicious food in the lobby. All you can eat breakfast. The pool was heated at night so my kids swam at night.
Our stay was awesome. The king suite was more than enough room for my family of 4. The hotel was beautiful, clean and very relaxing. The staff was great. There were several good options for breakfast and it was all freshly made. There is a shuttle that comes every few minutes and you are close to Disneyland. You definitely get your money's worth here.

This is my third and last time staying here. I never understood why so many people were complaining about this place, I guess I was just lucky the last two times.
The elevators are malfunctioning but still in service. Waiting 10 mins wasn't the worse part. The doors almost closing on my 18 month daughter and someone grabbing the doors to keep it from crushing her was. It was easier just to drag a double stroller up and down the stairs than to try and use the elevator.
They use two over loaded shuttles to get to Disneyland. You could pay less and have less hassles just driving yourself there than using the hotel's shuttle.
We've have the same dirty dishes in the hallway for three days. The staff had walked past it numerous times everyday and just ignore it.
They are renovating the hotel during the day so my 18 month old and 3 year old kids have had no nap for the entire trip. Due to the noise.
A child died at the embassy suites in Anaheim July 2015. Mine almost got crushed between the doors. I reported it to management and to corporate office. I was comped half a night and my 13 a night parking.
Service was amazing and everyone was super nice. The only little thing I would complain about is some of the cheerleaders' imaturity. They were going up and down the elavators for about 8-10 minutes straight and shaking their privates around and I have no Idea how the front desk didn't see them and also didn't tell them anything what so ever. Other than that, it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel, it was 6 out of 5 stars I just wanted to inform you about it and they did some other inappropriate things which is not your fault, it's their's but, I hope you know that I honestly think that I will definitely be recommending people to go to this hotel.

Would not stay here again. We figured a good place to stay while at Disneyland. Breakfast was only fair, and the shuttle service SUCKED! And we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Will stay at the Marriott down the street, we had excellent service there.

I stopped staying here for a good 6 months , I came back and had 3 awesome stays but this stay currently is just poor! From the discrimination I received upon check in , because depending on who your manager is and if you have money then that determines a upgrade , not Hilton gold status or a promise for a complimentary upgrade per lily - to the house keeping not cleaning the room now 2 nights in a row and being asked at 10 pm if I d like them to come? Serious? No I have children ! To the humiliation I received at the front desk today 5/31 checking out and re checking in because I had three separate reservations because the Hilton app wasn t working so in return I got punished because each day returning late I was locked out so had to go to front to check in/ out then I had to leave a deposit 3 times and then the manager loudly saying my card declined... yea you have $300 of holds ! Just a awe full experience and stay, if I could leave and not be penalized I would but Eduardo made It clear I would be ! Because at this point motel 6 would be much more accommodating & comfortable.
When I was just going to the West, I stayed at the hotel for a few days, the living function was very convenient, the room was quite big, and the design of the landscape was downstairs.
Very nice lobby and spacious room. However, also very noisy. It sounded like we were right under heavy duty washing machines and when they spun up, it resembled a train passing overhead. I write this as I specifically asked for a quiet room. Also a whistling noise in the pipes did not exactly help in a good night's sleep.
Hotel was outdated and the noisy elevators kept me up all night. Did not have an enjoyable stay here.
Loved the food and the rooms were very clean!! The only negative comment I have is your Bartenders need bigger shirts they were REALLY tight and busting out of their buttons we all could see everything. You are a classy hotel with bartenders who are not. They were very nice girls and did a great job bartending they just need bigger shirts.

Love this resort. The staff is horrible though and the app is pointless. It said our room was ready. When we arrived it was not. The gitl5at the desk could not tell me how the digital key worked. Room is a 9 staff is a 1

What a great hotel! I definitely would stay here again. They offer a free breakfast and it is amazing...cooked fresh and includes just about anything you can think of. They only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the shuttle service to Disney was $5 per person. It's $17 to drive and park yourself so with a family of five we "over paid" when we used the hotel shuttle. I think maybe the shuttle should at least match the parking rate at the park. Over all though, the hotel was fantastic!
Not a very COVID friendly location for Hilton. Need to check in with lobby; can t use mobile key unless you check in at front desk. Then they want you to provide CC and ID, which totally defeats the purpose of having a mobile key option. Make you sign documents and keypad, further touching things. If parking, once again you need to put something in car vs provide license number. Add to the fact that I get to my room after a day of traveling only to find out the cleaning person didn t leave me any towels. Wouldn t recommend hotel until they improve mobile check-in like all other Hilton hotels and they improve quality control.
Nice hotel, a little dated compared to other Embassy Suites properties, but nothing concerning. Unfortunately this hotel does not own their parking lot and charged me $17 per day to park, which I was not aware of until I checked in. A disappointing surprise charge...
Rooms are spacious. The breakfast is plentiful. The bathroom sink is inside the bathroom so it's difficult to use it when someone else is showering something else in there. We have a large group so it's inconvenient. Did treat her right though. They're free snacks and drinks in the evening time and that's alright. The staff is very accommodating and they have Disneyland tickets on sale in the lobby.
Great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland. It's beautiful!

room was nice. No open resturant or bar even though orange county opened back up to 25%. Other hotels in area had opened their restaurant and bar. Also, limited pool time. Opens 1000 and check out is 1100. Closes at 4pm and check in is 4pm. Cant use pool if only staying one night
Walls look like they been through a war. Carpet is dirty and worn with dust along all the edges. Bed was broken. No freezer. Dining room table and chairs went through the war too...I'm sure there are alot nicer places to stay around Disney. Maybe if this was the last place to stay and my only other choice being on the street would I consider staying again...EWW
Would be better if they didn't charge you for parking at their hotel where the parking spots are so small you are guaranteed door dings from other cars.
Had friends visiting from out of town. Was disappointed to hear their stay was not up to par compared to other embassy suites. Lobby smelled musty maybe because of the indoor atrium waterfall. There is also a $20 a night parking fee, however, the shuttle to Disney was convenient, and breakfast was included with their stay.
my favorite affordable hotel in the area! very clean and accomidating. the happy hour is wonderful with free drinks and snacks. the tererium/dining/lounge area is fun and entertaining expecially for children. their complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets is the best one I have experienced. I highly recommend this hotel!
I visited this hotel to pick my family up and take them to the airport. We had drinks and a small lunch at the restaurant. The service was great and the lunch was wonderful. They also lived there room. It is a great environment! I am never disappointed in Embassy Suites!
Stopped by a couple of times to meet with others and catch local transportation. Almost had dinner there, but last minute change in plans. We'll be planning on dinner there in the future.
The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. The cleanliness was as expected. The staff could use a bit of training when it comes to customer service. I managed a hotel for 12 years and also managed a luxury brand car dealership for 13 years and never have I experienced such distasteful and unprofessional customer service towards guests. The front desk agents being the first impression of guests from all over the world should be polished and respectful and should be trained on how to deal with difficult guests with the utmost professionalism as they set the impression making or breaking guests experience. The hotel overall is clean and has a great scenic look. The rooms aren't 100% perfect, as the wallpaper on some of the corners of the wall were peeling, and small holes on the ceiling/walls are visible. This, however, didn't ruin my stay. I will have to agree with others that it's very unfortunate that parking is NOT free, but the free breakfast buffet, free bottomless drinks, and snacks make up for it. One con I will have to say is that the elevators can be a bit bothersome. There are only four in the hotel, and 13 floors. During the happy hours or breakfast hours, it becomes an obstacle to get to your floor, due to the constant stops the elevator has to make because of the many guests with families trying to get to breakfast, or going back to their rooms. I will have to say these are just minor flaws of the hotel, because other than what was mentioned, I enjoyed my stay overall.
Very nice hotel overall, very clean, and super close to Disneyland. The hotel also provides a free hot breakfast that features staff who make fresh omelets on the spot. One of the disappointments; if you drive to the hotel, they charge $18 for parking which is kind of steep.
Nomas attended an event and the place and service was fine.
The outside of the hotel is very beautiful, but the inside is very shabby and old. Breakfast was great, happy hour stinks unless you drink, which we don't, so that was a waste. Had to pay for parking, thank you very much and had to pay for wifi. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express after our stay here and it was a lovely hotel, very nice breakfast and free wifi!!
Staff is very friendly, however, I don't know if we got flee bites or bed bugs, but there was definitely something biting, so obviously, we will never be staying there again!!
I just checked the bedbug register and sure enough, this location had a bad case of bedbugs just last year!!!
Very little assistance required,great facilities especially for families with kids.kids loved it!
Fantastic hotel, very clean, friendly, spacious rooms, awesome breakfast and snacks with cocktails (all free) a bus service that will take you and pick you up from the mall or out to dinner (if your really lucky Rhonda will be your driver and she is really nice), my kid loved the lion on the top of the waterfall in the lobby that roars occasionally and the fish and turtles underneath, we stayed for 6 days after 4 days at Paradise Pier on Disneyland resort and we wished we had all 10 days at the Embassy just a few hours after checking in. Thank you Embassy Suites you made our family vacation so special!
We won't be staying here again worst experience with a hotel ever upon getting here parking was an issue and followed with the room keys not being program correctly follow by the next day more problems with the keys rude staff at the front desk won't be wasting our money here again I almost forgot there pool smells like drainage

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My family and I called several times for towels and fresh sheets and they never showed up so I had to go down to the front desk... Three times during my stay to get towels l!! Ridiculous!!!! Probably the worst experience I can say I have ever had with a hotel and I'm a frequent traveler, you can bet I'm not staying with hilton ever
