Is a wonderful bargain for an Embassy. A little boisterous in the hallways and kind of eerie because Disney is shut down. Free parking. No food is served here but there are plenty of restaurants open walking distance.

Or even better - free delivery. Lots of free delivery in this region of Anaheim these days.

Very unprofessional and rude to guests. I would never stay here again. The service is just plain horrible. The manager Antonio needs coached again for professionalism and respect to guests who spends their hard earned money here.

Visited the hotel for a small convention. Though the hotel has been around a while, place is very clean and well kept. Lots of natural light in their atrium, which gives the lobby area a nice ambiance

This is such a beautiful hotel i love the rock waterfall in the lobby. We had a networking event there and had a wonderful time. The staff was nice and the food was pretty good. My only complaint is about the DJ but i dont think the hotel booked them. Parking was free and easy. Overall a good location.

I normally love Embassy Suites hotels. But honestly, this location goes very cheap on the manager s reception. Both food & drinks are the worst I have ever seen at any location. Left me with the impression that the Owners are squeezing every dime out of this operation.

This is a popular hotel for big groups such as marching bands and sports teams, so sometimes it can be a little loud or crowded at the complimentary breakfast. For my family of 4, it is such a great hotel. Shuttle to Disneyland takes around 15 minutes. Breakfast is very delicious with a wide assortment. The pool and hot tub are open until midnight and you can take drinks from the bar to the poolside. If you request rooms on the right side of the hotel, you can watch the fireworks from your window. This is my family's favorite place to stay when we go to Disneyland.

Rooms are nice and clean. Great place to stay near Disneyland, breakfast included in the mornings are awesome. The happy hour in the evening is even better!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is only $6 all day unlimited rides between hotel and park for adults and $3 for children.

We stayed here December 27-29, 2018. The hotel booked a group that had about 300 kids from a band. Imagine trying to eat the breakfast in the morning with 300 kids who were loud and leaving messes. Sure would have been nice for them to let me know about this loud obnoxious group when I checked in so I could make alternate arrangements. I mentioned this to the staff and they said they only have feedback cards in the summer. I guess they don t want my feedback in the winter? And by the way, I got to enjoy all of this for about $300 a night once I paid for the parking.

Beautiful hotel. Has a pool, free cooked to order breakfast, and a nightly managers reception with free drinks and snacks. There is a shuttle to Disneyland but also within walking distance.

Love love love this place! Our favorite place to stay and super close to Toy Story parking. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is sooo nice! All around a great place to stay. Did I mention a free happy hour?

Solid hotel and good price, good for a family too. Nice breakfast but be warned, free hotel breakfast buffets can bring out the worst in people. Kindness and courtesy can make everyone's day brighter!

I was in a suite that felt like it was not suitable for more than 6 people. The layout of the hotel was very awkward and gives vertigo a new meaning, since the entire hotel lobby can be viewed from the top floor.

Treated very rudely by staff. I was leaving out designated exit doors and had to use the restrooms that are clearly open. I was on the toilet when a man came in from the front desk or staff and rudely said this area was closed I had to leave right in the middle of sitting on the toilet. The exit doors to this area are not marked closed with any notice, plus can't be, being a designated exit out of the hotel. So I left without finishing. I was going to stay here again being a Hilton honors member, but think twice about staying here now. Some people have no regard for how their actions affect other people decisions for the future stays.

Very clean establishment. Excellent complimentary breakfast, with a wide variety of choices. Loved the evening happy hour as well. Rooms are spacious and well-insulated from outside sounds.

I called the health department, they are serving undercooked food and not keeping there food to proper temperature. The staff here is rude and they will charge you more than they say. This hotel ruined my famliy vacation to Disneyland. Oh and you can't check out early, they charge 75$ to check out early. You know cause I just spent over 2000$ through a travel company and paid in full. Don't stay here not worth it! Cocktail hour and snacks are not all complimentary! Private events in pool area so guest are not allowed to even swim! Fyi!

Food is food in their cafe, hot breakfast. Rooms are large & very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Banquet rooms are large, staffing is friendly & helpful. Tiffany can coordinate any event & is thee best! Only downfall is limited parking & elevators.

Still have the typical embassy rooms. Currently under renovation with their elevators so only have 3 working at the moment so I've been crammed like a sardine many times since no body wants to wait for the next one. And only certain floors have vending. Parking is scarce and there's a fee.

The free breakfast in the morning is a great way to start your day and save a bunch of money if you have kids. The free evening snack and drinks is also really good to have as an option.
Courteous staff, quickly responds to requests.
Don't pay for the shuttle to Disneyland unless you plan more than one round trip per day. Lyft/Uber is cheaper for just a there and back.

This hotel was not very clean or comfortable. . We stayed for a few days. It was a family vacation. The room had many problems. The toilet blocked a few times, the shower and bar fawcet leaks and when you turn it on it comes out like a jet and splashes everywhere. Staff was called 2 times to fix problems but no success. When you leave the room you ll see trash in the hallway for a few days no body picks it up. My experience was not good. My advise is save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel should be a 2 star hotel not 3.

The staff has great customer service! The hotel room was clean, but my only issue was that the bed, folding beds and pillows need replacement. Didn't have a good night sleep. Too top it off, I can hear my neighbors, the elevator (my room wasn't near) and outside noise the hotel.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation I have Embassy Suites is... Please upgrade your suites. The last time I stayed at your facility was approximately 10 to 15 years ago. Visited there just recently and to my surprise nothing has changed in the rooms. Definitely time for some upgrading. With all the competition out there Embassy needs to do a little something something to make their rooms more inviting an up-to-date

Normally I'm very happy with Embassy Suites, but my last visit here included an insanely loud fire alarm after 10pm that woke and scared my kids. The beds were way too small for the 4 of us, and i ended up on a fold out couch. The wi-fi conflicts with another near by Hilton, which made signing in very difficult. Having paid a little extra to ensure a nice mother's day, i was pretty disappointed.

Stayed here for Valentines day weekend. And even though I messed up on my reservation the manager was very kind and accommodated me even though it was a busy weekend. The room was super clean.

Convenient family friendly hotel located near Disneyland with clean and spacious rooms. As is with all Embassy Suites, all of their rooms are suites with a living room and include cooked to order breakfast, as well as the manager's reception. Their manager's reception is a little lackluster compared to others since they are always running out of beer or giving excuses as to why the beer is unavailable. Additionally, the bartender working the manager's reception is rude and constantly telling people that they can only serve you two drinks per hour - which is not posted anywhere. The snacks that are provided with the manager's reception are also unimpressive. There is a gift shop located inside the hotel lobby in case you need any last minute snacks or some Disney items for your trip or to take home with you as souvenirs.

Have stayed here since I was young. The main lobby and the breakfast included with your stay is great. The rooms are a little dated, but are are clean. You can easily walk to the convention center or disney if you're here for an event. Staff is also very friendly.

Was treated poorly. I had my wife on the reservation, she was to arrive before me, I had her listed as an additional guest but they would not let her check in. I was told as long as our drivers license address matched the address on the reservation we would be fine. NOPE Guess they don t value their Diamond members

Overall, this hotel was pretty good. However, I did have a few problems with their wifi. Also, in my opinion, their shuttle was a bit over priced. In general, this was a pretty good hotel with great meals and service.

Kid friendly, Closes to Disneyland, Free buffet breakfast, Free Wifi, but no DVD or blue ray player in rooms. 20.00 a day parking. Jezzzzz! The bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed not so much. Maybe ok for small children, but to uncomfortable for adults. Embassy need to at least add a quality bed pillow to make more comfortable.

This hotel is close to Disneyland with shuttle service to the park, which makes it very busy. The rooms were clean and quiet, which was surprising given the number of kids around. They offer a full breakfast and complimentary drinks in the evening and the staff were very helpful. There is a little shop in the hotel, plus restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Very friendly staff, great rooms, and all in all it was a nice place to stay. The one thing I would say about it however, if you can avoid staying by the elevator I would recommend that. It can get pretty noisy during the night.

I highly recommend staying here. I did for a business trip. First, I was greeted by Mark Morihiro the evening I arrived. He was friendly and had a smile on his face. A great first impression. I dealt with him several times during my stay and his demeanor was always more than pleasant. He even noticed that my motorcycle helmet was modeled after Luke Skywalker's helmet from Star Wars! BONUS POINTS!!

The room was clean and they served free drinks in the evenings along with light refreshments, on the house!

The location is perfect as it is close to tons of places to eat.

After leaving my receipt needed adjustment and that is where Gwyn Masapequena came into play. She was professional and EXTREMELY helpful. At one point on the phone she told me that she would take care of it and call me back. "Yeah right" I thought. within 15 minutes my phone was ringing and it was Gwyn! My issue resolved, I feel I have only one option, rate this place 5 stars and make sure that when I take my daughter to Disney, I stay here!

Thanks guys for making my stay so easy!!!

check in took forever because only one guy was behind the desk. would've gone directly to my room but digital key didn't work. Walls are paper thin. And that's no exaggeration when you can hear full conversations like they are in the room with you. 1420 offers a nice top floor view with floor to ceiling/ wall to wall window. late checkout wasn't available because they had given all of them away. then i mentioned i was a diamond member and got 30 mins.
Also i booked the deal that you get 75$ disney gift card on arrival. I had to show them from their website that the wording is on arrival. They still dragged their feet in giving it to me the 1st night.

Parking tag says 17$ per night. They charge 18$. Maybe they should get new parking tags for the cars?

Not the best embassy suites i've stayed in lately.
