We went down to California to celebrate my son's golden birthday. We stayed at Embassy Suites South. We were greeted once we got to the hotel by everyone we encountered. Arturo was very friendly and made sure we got everything we needed. Pat was more then helpful helping us get our stuff up to our room. On the way up we had a nice conversation and he gave us useful information for our stay. Letting us know everything the hotel offered. We ate at the hotel several times throughout our stay and the food was delicious but it was a pleasure to talk to the cook Michael who gave us different names of nice family beaches in the area. The hotel offers a Manager's Cocktail Party every afternoon. This is were we meet Alex. He is an incredible awesome person and knew us by name. One of the managers Rey was so attentive he would always be walking around to check how everything was going. He always had a smile on his face and would find a way to make us smile as well. Sonia was also always checking up on us to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. Everyone here treated us like family, everyone knew our names and the best part of all they made my son's birthday such an amazing experience. Thanks

Very nice hotel with great breakfast and unbeatable complementary happy hour. Room design, though very clean, does look a bit tired and could use a remodel. We stayed 3 nights. The fold away sofa bed is horrible. We used it one night when family friends came over one night. Perfect location from Disney! I would go back!

Most definitely a family establishment. Went on a very busy weekend so our early check in turned into a later than expected check in. Bell hop was my favorite. Free breakfast. Nothing special. Bed was super comfy.

We've stayed here couple times when we visit Anaheim. It's an average Embassy Suites. Because it gets so much tourist business, it tend to be a little louder at night with screaming kids, embarrassingly ours has been one of those. And the facilities will always be in some state of disrepair. During our latest visit (July 2016), the main lobby/atrium air handler was out, so while the rooms were comfortable the common areas were uncomfortably muggy and hot. When I asked management about it they shrugged and said the system was old and breaks a lot. (Hey, I've got an idea multi-billion dollar company. Buy a new one!) In all seriousness the stay was fine, and aside from this issue mentioned above your stay will be fine.

Cool

Mark checked us in and did a fantastic job welcoming us. Room is nice. Good for a small family. Evening reception is a good snack and drinks for everyone. Breakfast included is nice as well. Hotel is clean and close to Disneyland via shuttle. Go see a Ducks game while here too! Will definately come back.

We had a good stay here. Shuttle runs to and from Disneyland every half hour for a small fee. Rooms were kept up and felt clean. The breakfast buffet was ok not great. I'd consider coming back.

The hotel was a nice very clean establishment. The service was horrible had to call guest services 3times and then proceeded to walk all the way down stairs to the front desk. They wouldn't let us use thw pool...thought we were guests??? They had a bar and certain guests were visibly drunk and then security/staff did something about it around 2 in the morning... hmmm they were loud long before that.othet than that it was a great stay. Food was pretty good (bacon stuck together), pancakes were good, omelettes looked delicious, and sausage? It was bomb asf. The drink selection was scarce.

I stayed here last year from June 19th-24th for Vidcon 2017 and I enjoyed my stay very much. It's about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the convention centre! I just booked again for vidcon 2018 and the prices are good for what you get. If you're attending vidcon and you're looking for a hotel, this is a great choice. :)

This hotel was absolutely amazing! We reserved two rooms and when we arrived, we wanted to be right next to each other and the receptionist Raymond made it happen. He was polite, attentive, and very friendly. We got two rooms and after a Disney trip that day, it was nice coming to a clean hotel to wind down. Breakfast is one of the best! The whole atmosphere in this location is fun and amazing! We will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Embassy South for an awesome stay!

Unacceptable. Dirty sheets. Brown stains on sheets and pillows, strands of hair . This is Hilton? I stay only in Hilton Hotels and have never experienced anything like this. I called the front desk she seemed very concerned but who ever they sent handed me the sheets and a plastic bag. So am I suppose to change this myself? I called 20 minutes ago still waiting for assistance.
Live update*
Now that she's here she put's the new sheets on the floor before she changes them, this is crazy! She only changed 1 bed not only that they only changed the sheets not the cover really ? This is ridiculous.
I called the front desk 4 times. I do not want to grab my stuff and get another room I'm tired I want to lay down in a clean room thats what i paid top dollar for.
we shall see how the meeting with the Manager goes on the morning. I'm big on customer service, if they value my business they will fix this.

We stayed here for our visit to Disneyland and everything about the hotel was great except for housekeeping. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for housekeeping. We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights July 16 - 19. The next morning on the 17th at 9am I asked the housekeeper if we could get 2 extra bath towels and she said sure I will get them and be right back even though she had her housekeeping cart in front of my room with plenty of clean towels on her cart and my mistake was being nice and I tipped her $20 just for two towels because I didn't have change at that moment. Sadly to say she never came back with the towels. Later that night at 8:15pm I told the front agent what happened earlier with my request for towels and I told her I was heading out for few hours and please leave the towels at the front desk. Right away the front desk agent called on the phone to housekeeping to get the towels for me to front desk. After I came back that evening at about 12:30am asked the overnight front desk agent that there should be towels here waiting for me. There were no towels waiting for me at all. I explained the whole ordeal to the agent and she asked me to wait a few minutes and they will get me the towels I requested. Finally I received the 2 towels I asked for originally.

We stayed a week for a work conference. Hotel was fully booked. When you walk into the hotel you are greated with a hot and muggy atmosphere, two out of the four elevators are working. Sign posted saying for your convenience take the stairs. Oh yes 12 flights of stairs with my luggage and 3 kids I think not! Second morning at 7am no hot water tell about 8:30am and the rest of the week it was a race to see who would get hot water and who wouldn't. And have to wait 20 minutes for an elevator because it was full every time it came to our floor, my husband had to take the stairs because he would be late if he didn't. Third day fire alarm goes off and told To get ready to evacuate if needed over the intercoms. Then on the fourth day they interrupted the conference to tell everyone if your rooms end in 1, 2, or 3 please go check your room because there is a flood due to possible busted pipe. Day 7 check out bell hop dropped one of our bags on the way down and I didn't notice because he took the service elevator and loaded the car for me because my husband was doing work stuff. Called when I got home to say a bag was missing and they procceded to tell me I had to pay for shipping if I wanted it back. Why would I have to pay for shipping if your bell hop lost my bag, I would be more than willing if I forgot the bag in the room but they even admitted it fell off in the service elevator on the way down. Why didn't they call they knew what room I was in they had my cell phone number. All those things added up makes me want to never stay in an embassy suites or Hilton again. I expected a whole lot more!

It was a very nice hotel.

It was a very nice hotel.

Disneyland is 3 km from here. You can walk at all, but Uber is easier. On the way back, there are suspicious people in the square of the intersection, so stop walking as much as possible and call Uber.

The center of the hotel is a colonnade, so if you leave the curtains open, you can see the whole view.
There is a gym on the first floor. Let's aim for a time when there is no people.
There is laundry on the odd floors so you can do the laundry.

The room has basic amenities, TV, microwave, refrigerator, sink and numerous power supplies. The United States is the same A type as Japan, so it is an advantage that it can be directly inserted. I think people with a lot of gadgets will be very helpful.

When you leave the hotel, you will find familiar shops such as fast food restaurants and 7-Eleven stores.
I personally recommend that when you leave the hotel and go to the right, you will find a complex supermarket called TARGET. It is also an ant to buy frozen foods and fruits for dinner. There are also salads and chicken ham, so if you are losing weight, go to TARGET. You can buy basic rice for $ 20.

The bacon for breakfast is very greasy, so keep a few. I have a stomachache from the morning.
I personally recommend omelets.
Speaking of Everything, they will put everything in. However, if the pickles are spicy, let's remove them. Don't forget one more tip.

Do not under any circumstance Go to this particular Hilton. many problems with this hotel on my daughter's birthday weekend. General manager refused to speak to me after I requested a call, was told by Hilton honors that because they gave me a discount on my parking they considered the matter settled. Despite the fact that I woke up with a puddle of water in my room, it took them all day to get me another room stopping me from being able to go to Disneyland with the family while I waited to switch rooms. Normally I'm very positive about the Hilton but pick any other one than this

Does not meet the standard of other embassy suites. Only an outdoor pool and after playing in the pool for 30 minutes they wanted to get out due to the excessive amounts of chlorine. They could not See the rest of the night. There are only 4 elevators making it really hard to get to where you want to go. I just took the walk down the 150 stairs. Problem with reservation and room. Does not meet the standard

First time staying here and it was a good stay...nothing spectacular but they do practice social distancing..the maids don t come to your room until after checkout but it s no problem to call for extra towels or whatever you may need..they do offer some kind of breakfast and it s within walking distance to Disneyland but most importantly the room was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN...i d definitely stay here again.

Free morning buffet & clean beds, hot spa to middle night, 24 hours fitness room. On negative side, a few times, the elevator request lights went off without reason, have to press again to get the floor you want to go. Parking charge and ART(shuttle, $5) to Disneyland are industry standard around here, we walked to Disney in 20-30 minutes.

Location is good, 5$ bus makes getting to the park easy and fast. Room was very clean and had above average amenities. I would recommend getting a room on a lower floor as there can sometimes be quite a wait for the few elevators.

the staff was unwelcoming. they did not honor my military discount which i have never had happen at an Embassy Suites. The clerk at the front desk was so offensive about me being in the military my wife left the desk very upset. the breakfast was a mad house. no organization just a free for all. the rooms were good. clean well kept but just the people that work at this place ruined the hotel for us. it also took them almost 10 days to finally charge my card. i would not stay here again and i even talked to the hotel manager after i left. shes offered little to make my wife and i want to come back and didnt even apologize for how rude her staff was. i love the Embassy suites but would never return to this one

Good hotel, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Bar service was great, and food above average for hotel food. Easy parking and very close to pretty much everything the Anaheim area has to offer.

Good embassy full of tourist and kids going to Disney. I was put off that as a Hilton Diamond member they asked for my ID and credit card during check-in, but it turns out this is a city ordnance. Still, it would be appropriate for the front desk to inform me during check-in of this oddity.

The Embasy Suites Anaheim South are very nice with comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, and a lovely happy hour with free drinks. The only complaint I have is that the wifi is almost non-existant in the bedroom of 301, it work okay in the living area though.

I was a guest of my friend, who got the room for after our trip to Disneyland . it was a wonderful room with eveything needed to feel comfortable ..spacious rooms with comfy beds, nice and cool and clean. Staff are efficient and friendly. Wonderful complimentary breakfast, with everything you could possibly want to eat. Love the lion, too!

Helpful staff. The hotel was very busy mostly with families going to Disney. It was a little loud Durning the evening but quiet after about 9. They have a decent free breakfast and a free happy hour. Those are nice little perks

7E2-401: Great 2 room suites with ample room. King bed very comfortable, slept very well. Great complimentary breakfast with make to order eggs. Close to Disneyland. Only thing negative would be that they charge for parking and the parking spaces are really very narrow.

Stayed on 14th floor, one bed room, slept on front room pull out bed while father stayed in other room. Delicious breakfast, friendly service, and very clean. Running water was fresh and soft.

Love the room set-up. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Some of the seats at the table were damaged, however the hotel acknowledged this issue and comped the daily parking cost at the hotel. My particular room had a horrible view of the empty, open lot next door, but that didn't bother me, I don't use hotels for the views from the windows
