We have had our Disneyland trip planned and paid for a year in advance. My parents are from Arizona and my 6 yr old daughter and I are from Salt Lake City. Our 4 day Disney vacation was booked with AAA. In our itinerary the hotel is with Embassy Suites Hilton Anaheim South a double suite. When my parents arrived the room they provided was not a double suite. Long story short, the hotel keeps putting blame on AAA and of course AAA blames the hotel. What upsets me most is that the hotel front desk told my parents they have no double suites. But while waiting for the elevator a hotel worker approached my parents and told them the front desk had lied. And even had 2 double suite rooms available. Our trip ends Saturday Oct 13th 2018.

Great happy hour and breakfast. When you've had a long day with the kids and you don't feel like going out for dinner because you're exhausted, you can dine in and enjoy happy hour. Breakfast choices are great. Nice pool and hot tub

The location is great, though not for walking, they have shuttles which run until an hour after the latest park closing. Lots of restaurants nearby, tho also 1 on property & a little convenience mini store. Free hot breakfast w/an omelet station, free cocktail hour. Room layout is perfect for large families. They have a separate bedroom with up to 2 doubles and a living room with a pullout couch. Plus, there is a mini-fridge, microwave and wetbar. Not the most modern/trendy decor, but can't beat all the other perks!!

Very nice staff! Conference hall was clean, the employees were awesome! On top of everything! Great service! Atrium was nice with a waterfall and "lion den" was cute. And food was yummy! Couldn't have asked for more.

Convenient to Disney and Anaheim areas but also busy, overcrowded and parking is shared with 3 other properties and restaurants. Good luck finding a parking space at the end of your day.

This place is heaven, free omelettes cooked to order in the morning, all the alcohol you can drink from 530-730 . The staff is awesome. No matter what city I'm in I will only stay at an embassy suites. This place is unrivaled... Did I mention free alcohol! There's a grocery store across the street, good fast food and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were clean and the price was alright. Happy hour was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Be aware of the $15 parking fee per night and $6 per person fee for the shuttle service between the park and the hotel. We'd probably stay there again.

Staff is rude We booked with a travel agent 2 months in advance paid our deposits in everything paid everything in full. When we got here they hit my bank account for another $300 deposit stating that we needed to pay deposit even though we showed them where it said we've already paid and they go well there's nothing we can do it's already went through it'll take 5 to 8 days to get it back so they're not gonna issue it back until after we check out took almost all of our spending money from us as soon as we walked in their door When we asked to talk to the manager the lady walked away from the counter came back and said the manager will not talk to you I demanded to talk to him multiple times finally he came out he looked at me and said there is nothing I'm going to do to help you. Completely ruin our vacation for our children we drove to days for the staff to treat us like crab and overdraft or bank account without our permission. We would it had better service if we woulda went and got a cheap sleazy motel. My advice save your money and go somewhere else you'd have a way better vacation.

This facility is located in a great part of the Disneyland tourist area. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception is great added value. However, the air conditioning in this facility is a major issue. I had to change rooms upon checking in as my guest room was over 80 degrees. After a few hours it went up not down so I requested a change of rooms to one more accommodating. Unfortunately, the next room I was changed to was no better. The lowest I could get the room temperature was 75 in the front living area. The back bedroom never did cool off and in fact my husband choose to sleep in the chair in the living room as he found the bedroom intolerable. Never did hotel management check with me to see if the room change out was more suitable. And while talking with several other hotel guests I found that they too were experiencing rising temperatures in their guest room. One lady from Connecticut told me she's complained so much they brought her in a box fan. This is not what I think I need to worry about when I book a hotel room. Embassay Suites made it my top frustration. To the point I checked out of room 409 on my second of 2 nights - pre paid - as I found the experience more frustrating than the reward. My advise...don't stay here when it's summertime!

Are you Kidding Me!

Are you Kidding Me!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!

A full breakfast is included in the price, which in my mind makes the cost of the hotel that much sweeter.

Hey, the cost of taking everyone out just for breakfast is a fortune down here in "tourist land!"

The rooms were clean, great view of the lobby area and had no problems whatsoever!

And the best part of staying here is that we are minutes from Disneyland!

Great place somewhat pricey but they makeup for it with breakfast fresh omletes and pastries. Rooms are nice and well maintained. Staff is freindly and very helpful. For price of a one night stay parking should be free. Overall this hmm hotel is a great place to stay while you visit the theme prks.

So we arrived at 2:45 to check in it took forever to have someone help us finally at 2:59 it was our turn only for them to tell us that the room was not ready so I asked what time is check-they said 3 o clock ok really it is 2:59 so then it will be ready in a minute right, so he said let me check with house keeping them he comes back and says it would be 30 minutes before the room would be ready I said what but your policy says 3 o clock is check-in but we don t have all the rooms ready at that time so then why do you say check-in is at 3 finally after waiting 30 minutes I go and check again and they say we have one room ready and I asked about the other room they said 45 more minutes for that one that point I lost my cool and and I started getting a little aggressive so they come back and say oh because we are having you wait we will waive the parking fee really I don t care about the parking fee all I want is my room!!! Bad service I will not be staying here again!!!!

I see poor reviews and I think they are based on seasonal statistics. We arrived in mid April and it was not the busiest season for this area. I have to say that both my wife and I were more than pleased and satisfied with almost every aspect of our seven day stay. The Staff from the front desk, to the service at happy hour and beyond was sensational. I believe that a good attitude towards people will bring you what you receive in return. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They are spacious and free WiFi was offered as we stayed for more than the average guest. We rented a car and also were not charged to park. We did pay $5.00 each per day to travel back and forth as often as you like to reach Disneyland but...$5.00? If your complaining about this than there are Hotels and Motels down the road that cost less, offer less, and will give you something to really complain about. Thank you Embassy South for An amazing stay and we will be back.

Rooms are nice. Matress on bed is on the hard side. The matress on the sleeper sofa is horrible. You feel every spring. I know sleeper sofas aren't meant to be comfortable but this is ridiculous. We stayed on the 11th floor and the water pressure was non-existent. We also stayed in the corner near the elevator and heard the elevator going up and down. It sounded like wind blowing outside but you could definitely hear it. Breakfast buffet was delicious and there are plenty of tables to sit at. Hotel offers shuttle service to Disneyland, $6 for adults and $3 for kids under 10 each day. The hotel charges $18 for parking per day. It's also close to restaurants and a Target if you need to pick something up.

I think it's our worst checkin experience at any hotel. We booked a room for a weekend and called in to let them know our flight delayed so we won't be there until 2am so hold our room. We arrived and checkin but wait for 30min because the lady at the front desk said their system all shut down and wait for it to come back. Another 30 min went by and we still waiting because she said the system extremely slow and nothing she can do.

I asked to see if we can into our room and when her computer back up they can bring paper work to our room since we already prepaid but no. It's 3:23am now and we still waiting for our room.

Can't believe it. This is not the first time we stay at Embassy but this is definitely the worst experience.

Not to mentioned, we booked double room with firework views and they put us in a double room but not with view and she said because no firework at Disneyland. I told her I paid for that view, whether they do firework or not, I want that room.

On a recent trip to California my husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites Anaheim South from September 12-16, 2016 and we had a great experience while there. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, the food delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed while we were there. After we left and returned home to Tennessee I realized I couldn't find the USB charger for my Fitbit. I looked everywhere at home and finally decided to call the Embassy Suites to see if I had left it in the hotel room. I spoke to Jose' and after explaining my situation he checked and found my Fitbit charger. He offered to mail it to me the next morning and said if I did not receive it in a few days to please give him a call back. He went above and beyond should be commended for his actions. Thank you again Embassy Suites and Jose' for making our stay in California so great. We will definitely stay here again.

Always great here. Breakfasts are unbeatable, rooms are clean and spacious, and it is a quick taxi/uber/shuttle ride to Disney. Our most recent stay was made even better thanks to staff member Myrna. We arrived late and missed the breakfast one day, but Myrna saw the situation and made sure we got everything we could want. We will always stay here when we visit So. Cal or Disney.

Great facility. The rooms are large, the breakfast is great, the amenities are good. The only problem I ran into was unsupervised children in the business center, pool and found one riding an elevator up and down. #travelingfirefighter
