A nice hotel with the classic Embassy layout. The hotel is only a mile from DisneyLand so it is within walking distance. The complementary breakfast is reasonably good and the bar in the hotel is well stocked for a hotel bar.

The staff here is nice for the most part but I found the counter staff to be most unhelpful when there was an issue with my credit card (their reader couldn't read the magnetic strip although other establishments had no issue).

The front desk staff and management of this hotel are absolutely horrendous. They are use to being able to disregard their guests because they primarily deal with tourists and convention attendees. Pre-Covid there was high demand for rooms in the area because of the proximity to Disneyland but when I arrived they charged an exorbitant fee for parking for an unsecured empty parking lot and were rude and unresponsive. They offered none of the normal services this brand normally offers. There are too many good properties available at good prices to stay at this property. When I explained at check in I was in a hurry to to make a Zoom meeting I received no response and only a blank stare. Even though all my information was on record and I should have had access to a contactless check in they required not only my ID but the copy of credit card on record , prepay for the room, vehicle description, initial no -smoking policy, early cancellation policy even though I was only booked for a one night stay and then sign a registration that was already on my profile. No other property I stay at has required any of this. It took 3 minutes to give me a room key. When I approached the manager on duty she was rude and unresponsive. This hotel is a mess and a disgrace to the Hilton brand. I don t see how they survive in the current climate.

Really great hotel. Great place to stay with your family if you're visiting Anaheim to visit Disneyland. The parks are only about 1/2 mile away and the hotel offers a shuttle for only $6/day to go to and from the park as much as you'd like. It leaves both the hotel and the park every 30 minutes. Pickup from the hotel is just outside the hotel under a canopy. I really like the free breakfast this place has. Full buffet and a station where a chef can make an omelette to your liking. Really allows you to fill up on a good breakfast before spending all day at the parks. They also have a reception for 2 hours in the evening where they offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks plus snacks! The suite we stayed in, 4 adults + 2 kids fit perfectly, used the sleeper sofa that was in the room each night! An added plus was the fake lion they had in the lobby, it looked so real and roared every 30 minutes!

Time capsule of 1957 was my main impression. But in all fairness Iwas only there for confrences in their main meeting room and lobby. But have heard their rooms are adequate. And the staff are helpful. The best parking is in back..

We had three rooms for the 9 of us which accommodated us nicely. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience during our stay from the very beginning with customer service at the front desk. We were not honored the price for our third room which was an online purchase through a third party. The front desk supervisor was argumentative, non apologetic and rude.
The smoke alarm went off around 4pm on 12/21/19, 11:51pm on 12/21/19 and I had heard the morning of 12/21/19 at 6am and everyone had to evacuate the building. The 11:51pm was a big inconvenience during our stay.
The thermostat was set at 70 and we could manually adjust, but then it would go right back to 70 degrees, so it was very hot and uncomfortable at night. Front desk could not accommodate us.
Our shower had a chipped tile corner piece on bench of which I was unaware of until I cut my knee in two places getting out (took photos). This was not handled appropriately.
A large picture above the sofa bed was missing off the wall which was odd and the floors were dirty.
The positive things were the location, easy shuttle service, full breakfast, happy hour & bedroom layout.
1 star rating for rudeness of front desk supervisor and not trying to even make an effort to honor our rate for third room when I even had a printout of bill and chat conversation.
3 star rating for hotel accommodations, shuttle & breakfast

Whatever you do don't stay here if you want to stay in an embassy suite I recommend the one in Anaheim yes it's smaller but the breakfast and the happy hour are a hundred times better yes it's a little further away from this thing on but there's a shuttle that takes you to Disneyland if that's what you're here for but just a couple of blocks away there is an outdoor mall with all the top name brands. Not to mention there's an indoor swimming pool two pools in total so rain or shine.

I took my family and LOUD children here and, in Embassy suites fashion, they were great. Every single person working here was great. They were friendly and understanding. They were so helpful. I have come to expect wonderful customer service from Embassy suites.... I have not yet been dissapointed.

Our first stay here, but not our first Embassy Suites stay. This is a fantastic property. 1.3 miles from Disneyland, walking distance, but they have shuttle service to the Park. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and have terrific amenities, including in room coffee makers. Only downside is the noise. Based on your neighbors, rooms can be a bit loud. The included hot breakfast is decent and certainly convenient. The hosted Happy Hour is a nice additional touch with food available for purchase. We're Disney Annual Pass Holders and, based on pricing, we will certainly look into staying here again in the future.

UODATE: General Manager reached and apologized for the issues. Had the opportunity to stay again with a much better experience.

Disappointed for an Embassy Suites property.

1. I reserved a handicapped room since my mother is in a wheelchair. When I arrived I was informed that no accessible rooms were in use as they were all being renovated. Was forced into a non handicapped room, no roll-in shower, no handrails and no ada counters. I was simply told that it was not "their problem" and I could leave our take the room (other hotels were sold out).

2. They use COVID 19 as their excuse for everything:

No room cleaning, due to COVID
No business center, due to COVID
No breakfast or food, due to COVID ( Keep in mind all local research open for dine-in)
No gift shop, due to COVID
No luggage help, due to COVID

Hoever in their lobby, you must check in at the desk, they handle your credit card without gloves, use a pin pad that is not wiped down between people, staff not using hand sanitizer between patrons.

When asked why the rates are the same with no amenities...no reply.

Oh yeah, asked for manager, not available...due to, nevermind.

Clean, well-kept facility; the conference center was lovely, the lunches and breakfast buffet was great, and the staff was universally friendly and helpful. I missed them when I had to leave! Parking is ample, and the location is relatively near Disney.

Great location just a couple of blocks away from Disneyland. A shuttle comes right in front of the hotel every 30 minutes and drops you off at the entrance of disneyland.. the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are all friendly..

It was a great stay with a spacious suite and the breakfast was hot and complimentary but busy and bustling as with any hotel in the vicinity of Disneyland. Great stay overall, loved the lion in the lobby!

We stayed here from July 3rd and had to leave after earthquake. You would think the staff would be trained for earthquakes since they are common in California. We were in the top floor and when the earthquake struck we saw staff run out the doors. Since we were on the top floor the building swayed a lot because of how it is built. We didn t feel safe and wanted to leave but they wouldn t let us cancel our rooms. We ended up at another hotel and paying over 1000 to stay at a safer hotel with trained staff. The manager was extremely rude when we asked to cancel. She said since we paid online by Expedia they would do nothing for us. Go somewhere else for your travel stay. The rooms are also very dated.

Hotel is very comfortable. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast is excellent but make sure you go early as it gets busy at 715. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are best I have had in a hotel.

I love this place. Though I must admit, Downey embassy suites is up in the ranks as well. A bit of improvement on the part of customer service but other than that, it is a great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay the night... The rooms are great!! Very clean, and a very peaceful environment. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is because the complimentary breakfast was kinda disappointing mostly due to the covid 19 concerns I'm sure... But other than that, I would stay here again and again if I needed to.

Rooms are decent- remember they are 2 full beds, not queens. Friendly service. The happy hour snacks are okay- mainly goldfish, carrots, and celery, chips and salsa. Overall good place to stay though.

I have loved the hotel so far! Great room, it was clean and the pool is open late so it was nice to be in the hot tub after disneyland. Overall great service with everything we asked or needed. Definitely would go again.

It's nice and a decent price for being so close to Disneyland. However, parking is a little crazy and the pool area is super tiny. Mornings in the hotel is a bit crazy but it's not too bad.

Really spacious and clean. This hotel is definitely one of the better ones I have stayed in. The view from the hotel entrance looking down is gorgeous and the service is excellent. Breakfast is also very good and tasty. The location is great and close to Disneyland. Would recommend to anyone who wants good rest.

This property suffers on several fronts. At 3pm yesterday at check in there was only one person at the front desk, even though there were 8 people waiting to check in, finally another front desk person showed up . The managers reception was a mess and extremely disorganized but the breakfast service was a disaster. I have stayed 50 nights a year or more in Embassy suites properties every year for the past 12 to 15 years. The eggs took almost 25 minutes, and the buffet food was not hot and had no flavor at all. The hotel is shabby and needs a lot of work. I had several choices where to stay on this trip and I realize this is a popular hotel for the Disney crowd, and I thought I would try it. My bad, the staff is generally friendly and pleasant but the property looks like no one is paying attention to even the most glaring problems and details. I have traveled for a living the past 38 years and this property did not measure up to even the most basic level. The pillows on the bed are the worst and most useless I have even encountered, absolutely no support of your head.

This hotel has 14 floors and their room rates are very reasonable, not expensive. Maybe because there's many hotels near Disneyland area. They offer FREE breakfast with make to order omelette. Their rooms are quiet big around 425 sq feet compare to other hotel rooms at 300-350 sq feet. They also offer free parking which is rare since most hotels charge you for parking in southern california.
