I'm a 78-year-old male. I thought I thought I had a urinary tract infection. I arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning. There were 25 people in the waiting room. It wasn't spic and span because there were babies running around and some of them had accidents on the floor and the place was very busy. Within 30 to 40 minutes I had been processed by an efficient and friendly staff and was sitting in the observation and treatment room. Two hours later I was out the door with the prescription in my hand having been treated by a very good RN and PA. There seem to be a lot of waiting while the staff busied themselves with other things. In reality there were three other people in the room that needed treatment as well as myself. There was also some waiting around "doing nothing" but actually that also was the PA simply waiting 30 minutes to see if my anabiotic reaction was normal. I think the staff and the management are doing a terrific job especially considering the chaotic and uncertain nature of our healthcare system $$??.
