I recently was in a serious trauma accident and all my follow up treatment was completed at El Centro Regional Medical Center.

Because of COVID, it s clear the hospital has taken a ton of extra precautions to protect all patients and visitors. I was pre-screened before entering, had my temperature taken, answered a number of questions regarding symptoms and of course was wearing my mask.

Once I made it inside I was greeted by registration staff, only waited a few minutes before being called back. I spoke to the Doctor about my concerns, had stitches removed and follow up imaging done. You could tell the staff was extremely busy but they never made me feel they were rushing. All my concerns were addressed and I felt comfortable and confident with my healing process thanks to the doctors and care teams expertise.

I was so pleased with my visit. I have read many poor reviews and find it hard to believe they re from the same facility. El Centro Regional Medical Center has friendly staff who is attentive and kind. I d recommend the hospital and clinic to all of my friends and family when they seek healthcare treatments.
