I was programed for a c section on the 23rd at 1pm...

I was programed for a c section on the 23rd at 1pm. Everything was good to go, my primary doctor said it was time for the baby to be born. One night before I was told to call and was told my c section wouldn't be at one but at 7. I was fine with it then at 4 the same day of the surgery I was told It was going to be at 8. Then at 5 the doctor calls me and tells me he won't be doing the c section because the baby isn't ready to be born. That he wouldn't be doing it until Tuesday because he could get in trouble, he had not reviewed my case file and cancelled my c section 2 hours before it. My primary doctor said he didn't know why the doctor had did this but yea. Waiting for a call to see what time my c section is tomorrow :/
