I went in to the ER I had shortness of breath and was really dehydrated the staff on the front window attend me his name is ALEX he's a CNA he was so arrogant and seemed really unprofessional he was eating while he was talking to me he kept asking me the same questions instead of helping me all the staff members were gossiping with the security staff
They have the worst customer service I saw a mother brought in his 2 yr old child he was vomiting non stop he was choking on his vomit they walk right past you like if they do see anything , I don't think it's fair they how they treat patients, they are so rude to patients they should hire professional people to work there not people that are always gossiping and talking about patients .
