Waiting time is ridiculous. Staff is not checking ...

Waiting time is ridiculous. Staff is not checking up on patients. Been here for over four hours and have not been seen by a doctor yet. Patients waiting for hours in hallway chairs in emergency. Wasn't this hospital "upgraded"??
