6 hours for Labs that where done within an hour of processig the patient, no doctor was capable of seeing her, she was stuck outside of rooms 14&15 in the hallway literally no # assigned. I am absolutely horrified with the treat they provided no patient contact at all. Worst treat ever. Pt arrived woth jaundice to the point where skin and eye pogmentation was similar to tht of a canary, no triage system helped her...she was vitaled and sent to waiting room for three hours. Iam extremely dissapointed and filing a grievance report.
