New to El Centro. My mom had an emergency where she was sent to El Regional Hospital. They left her in her feces and urine for a couple of days my mom had a silent seizure to which she could not communicate but she was aware of her surroundings. Where the head nurse restrained her so tight that she couldn t talk to warn them she had anxiety. They took it as if she wasn t complying to their orders. She could not communicate and they treated her like an animal. Leaving her to get sores on her behind from leaving her in her waste. On top of that, the emergency nurse tells me and my cousin that the doctor thinks she was faking it. Through this experience my mom refuses to go back there even though she is very sick. She still has anxiety when she thinks about how she was treated she s scared of that hospital and therefore we have to move because of her experience. My mom also suffers from her blood vessels being popped on her arm where she does dialysis because the CNA was careless. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY LOVED ONES TO THIS HOSPITAL. Never know what they are doing to them behind closed doors.
