This morning Monday 21, I stopped at ECRMC regis...

This morning Monday 21, I stopped at ECRMC registration ( old building) because I had a question. My mom was scheduled for a bone density and I didn t know where to go if I was to go to the new building or stay in the old and I couldn t find one person that could help me.
I went to registration and decided to walk and ask the receptionist. Therefore I walked straight to the front of the line and said good morning I am sorry I have just a question
The receptionist answered loud and upset I am busy taking care of this patient get in line and back off to give privacy to the patient @ I said is just a question she again interrupted me and said go to the back of the line ( 6 people) and wait for your turn.
I believe she was very rude and didn t care about my question or my concern very bad service.
Please improve we need you !
