Met up with some friends for apps and drinks. Great service, nice selection of drinks and good prices. I really liked the lighting within the bar.

The conference hall is located at the heart of downtown Markham which is the business district. It is minutes away from highway which makes it convenient rather you are coming from Toronto or Newmarket. Parking spot is a little bit limited but there are options to park off site. Room is very large, but with a high ceiling and decorations it looks modern and cozy. It can easily provide catering for 1000 guests. Staff are very friendly and professional.

Lived for a week, the room can, breakfast for a week is the same, let me have no interest in living down, other very good

Large conference hall, it's a good place to have display

Was a great wedding venue. Had a nice outdoor section to have the ceremony. Only downside was an indoor pool beside the outdoor area with glass walls. Which caused them to see the wedding and us to see them and was kind of a disappointment but otherwise venue was great.

Except for Markira in the bar. She'll run you out of there if you bring your own drink or if you choose not to order while waiting on a friend. Very rude about it too.

Nice hotel in the heart of Markham. They have amenities like gym and pool as well as squash courts in the gym area (not sure how pricing works or if you need to have a gym membership or not). I like the layout and decor of the main lobby - fall ceilings with lots of windows for natural light. They have space for weddings too.

Overall nice stay. Better lighting inside room was preferred

Ordered Christmas Turkey dinner and it was very good! White meat was dry (as expected), but the combination with desserts and stuffing was great. Would order again.

We are really disappointed with the customer service in Hilton Markham.
1. We required bed making for sofa bed 3 days before check-in, but when we came in from a 14-Hr flight at midnight, dragging our exhausted bodies to the room, no bed making for the sofa bed. A guy eventually came 20 mins later after we called the room service, he helped to pull out the sofa bed to a Queen size bed, gave us the sheet then left..We need to do the bedding by ourselves

2. The next day morning, we asked for an extra blanket at front desk. When we came back at 6pm, no extra blanket in the room. Then we asked for a blanket at the front desk again, the front desk promised to bring it up soon. When we came back from the dinner around 9:40 pm, NO BLANKET STILL!!!! Finally, a lady came with a blanket and her blankly face without apology

Front desk and room service are not working as a team, they need more training due to these poor services We used to have good experience with Hilton hotels in different countries, they did exactly what the reputation promises, but not the one in Markham. Maybe I am expecting too much from its reputation. We still got couple days for staying, will updated if any.

Ridiculous...my company booked several days of conferences at the hotel...came earlier and asked for WiFi and front desk - they don't give it out, at the lounge - they give it to the restaurant guests only. Called a manager and he said we need to pay for a package with a set number of devices for extra pay.

Basically it is easier to get a WiFi at a resort in Cuba. If you are coming for a business trip, definitely not the place I would recommend.

Friendly staff, place is well taken care of. Rooms are pretty decent and the food is quite nice. Can't complain about anything to be honest.

The lobby was quite busy when I was there and can get quite confusing to navigate in the commotion. Luckily staff is placed strategically so that they may assist .

So far so good, the room is amazing. You can cook if you need to. We had the suite with kitchen dining table, livingroom and bedroom. I will be going to the pool later today so the spa/pool is a private club shared with the hotel no cameras allowed and a lot of rules which is fine. There's about 65 classes thru the week. So, say you went to the pool at 9:16 you are not able to use it because there's a class 9 to 10. I did not like the ambiance of the pool either. The wicker seating area was nice but there was no lounges. It's a pool you need lounges in my opinion.

I was at the Hilton fir a work meeting. The Hilton provided breakfast and lunch. Service was great and the food was also great.

Veru clean and the staff was very nice! Loved my room it had a nice big kitchen I would have liked to have a cleaner water boiler but overall really nice. The food is pricey but good!

Beautiful hotel, minimal wait times for elevators, spacious and clean rooms. I'd give a 5 star rating but I won't because breakfast wasn't included.

My firm frequents the Hilton for conferences. Love the breakfasts there! The conference rooms have all the audio and video equipment you need. And, the staff are friendly and helpful with whatever you need.

I think location and the rooms are the best part, totally out rank other places I've been.

Friendly staff, clean, and modern. The lobby area gets likely. The hotel fitness club is a full gym. The mobile key is a cool touch!

We were there for a weekend course. The screens were clear to tell us where to go. And I believe that is all the interaction with the hotel we really had. We were in a room in the lower level, and rooms were clean. Water was left out which was nice. Parking was surprisingly expensive, a we were only there for 3 hours.

Gorgeous hotel with a very nice conference room which my company has been holding our event yearly. Staff has always been very accommodating to our needs.

The lighting at the conference rooms are pretty dim, wish they could change them to LED lighting.

The marble entrance way is quite impressive. There's a lot of parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Immaculate and up to date hotel (then again, all Canadian hotels seem to be from my experience). Very clean and well kept. Service was extremely customer friendly, lots of smiles and positivity going on here. Bar had pretty decent and eclectic food, again with great service. Well worth the price for the value obtained.

my mom stayed here in Feb 2020 to quarantine out of precaution. was kicked out of the hotel due to being chinese and quarantining. security basically kicked her out. shame on you hilton
