We are really disappointed with the customer service in Hilton Markham.
1. We required bed making for sofa bed 3 days before check-in, but when we came in from a 14-Hr flight at midnight, dragging our exhausted bodies to the room, no bed making for the sofa bed. A guy eventually came 20 mins later after we called the room service, he helped to pull out the sofa bed to a Queen size bed, gave us the sheet then left..We need to do the bedding by ourselves

2. The next day morning, we asked for an extra blanket at front desk. When we came back at 6pm, no extra blanket in the room. Then we asked for a blanket at the front desk again, the front desk promised to bring it up soon. When we came back from the dinner around 9:40 pm, NO BLANKET STILL!!!! Finally, a lady came with a blanket and her blankly face without apology

Front desk and room service are not working as a team, they need more training due to these poor services We used to have good experience with Hilton hotels in different countries, they did exactly what the reputation promises, but not the one in Markham. Maybe I am expecting too much from its reputation. We still got couple days for staying, will updated if any.
