Attended a company Christmas party and all the staff were friendly. The decor of the hotel was fitting of the season and overall clean and inviting.

Great gym facility. Don't know much about the hotel itself

I was there for the annual dental conference for two days. Almost no awailable parking on friday afternoon. Exactly the same problem we had last year. At the conference provided food required to eat with fork and knife but no tables in the foyer. Almost no way to eat properly especially If you have a glass of wine too. Rooms are clean and fresh. Resection is very helpful.

This place is gorgeous! Great suites, wonderful fitness, pool, spa.

I always stay at a Hilton for all my trips, but I was really diappointed that their executive lounge does not open during the weekends. The snack option was portion controlled, and it was very limited without any variety. There were no alcoholic beverages available at all without a fee. This is a complete opposite of what I am accustomed to at other Hilton(s). The room has been recently updated with new furnitures, but the sofa bed was horrible even for little kids. If you are a gold or diamond member, why would you charge us $20.00 for valet and $10.00 for self parking. Management should look at all these issues closely.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful with very well maintained rooms and amenities. Staff is exceedingly helpful and courteous, and always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Parking can be limited due to unauthorized vehicles from drivers from surrounding buildings using lot.

Its very nice and comfortable beds.and spacious rooms .service is 10/10 but the breakfast so far is a bit simple but indeed very tasty . The pool could be a bit bigger but not too bad

They were very helpful and understanding as my friends were using our the the rooms for wedding photos and a tea ceremony and allowed us to check out later than usual.

Great place, the rooms are super clean. The staff goes above and beyond. This place is super accessable and has abundant parking. I come to markam at least 4 times a year and this will be my home away from home from now on.

Good Hotel, but bad location in terms of access to downtown. If your business keeps you in Markham, then this is a 5 star.

The staff were attentive and the food was reasonably good. The conference room was comfortable and the AV equipment was very good.

The venue was very nice but the staff there are somewhat rude and did not pay attention when responding to my requests. Overall, great place for professional events.

The rooms were pretty good, and the conference center is great. Unfortunately, the (expensive) breakfast falls very flat. If I am paying $20+CAD for breakfast, I expect real eggs - not powdered.

EDIT: Since my review, the hotel has replied and stated they do not use powdered eggs for breakfast. If this is the case, then they use the worst "real" eggs I have ever encountered.

Hotel staffs are super kind and friendly whenever and whoever you talk to. I love how beautiful the guestrooms, common areas, restaurants and meeting venues are! I will definitely come back!

Hilton Swim School (Pool rented out to swim school)....
Their swimming pool has been rented out to a swim school (the swim school even has its office across from the pool entrance). Swim instructors and students as well as gym members were competing with hotel guests for swimming spaces. The changing facility was dirty. The floor was covered with dirty water and was never mopped. It felt worse than a community center. Not even a Hilton Garden Inn would rent out its pool to swim school. Let alone a 4-star Hilton Suite. Can you imagine a Ritz Carlton renting out its swimming pool to swim schools?! If you are looking for a hotel where you could have a swim and relax, look elsewhere.

Educational event at the hotel. Clean rooms, polite staff, good service.

Excellent quality hotel with nice rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complain is that the pool is not kid friendly. The pool is a part of a club that is open to people besides hotel guests and there were people swimming lanes so we couldn't have a swim with the kids.

Beautiful, very expensive drinks. No tarp or back up accomadations if their outdoor wedding area is met with inclimate weather!

I was at the hotel for a work-related function. The hotel is very beautiful and the conference room (on the second floor) we used was very nice.

Attended corporate event over two days. Food and facility were good, staff were great. Easy to get to and generally a positive experience.

We hosted our business event at this super amazing Hotel & Conference Centre. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to create abundant results in there lives.

The afternoon tea at Essence of Unionville was delicious. Great selection of desserts (tarts, mousse, cakes).

Very nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Parking is also easy

We are rooming near another large group that contains several small children. This morning, said children were running up and down the halls Me laughing before 7 am. When we returned from our day, the cleaning crew had left the door open, we just had to push on it to enter the room.

Good room. Good view. Cleaning services could have been better.

Nice hotel and staff but they nickel and dime you on extras like breakfast and upgraded Internet packages. Continental breakfast, juice, cereal and muffin. If you want toast, it's an upgrade.

Location is great, didn't stay in a room, service was fabulous.
