We had the best car buying experience. Jose got us into the perfect car. He was amazing and patient throughout the whole process. And we will definitely be coming to him to buy any of our future vehicles and recommending him to all of our friends. A week after buying the car it started having engine problems. However, after taking it back to the dealership Chase was extremely helpful and got it fixed it at no cost to us. We love this dealership and will definitely be back in the future.
George D was great to work with. Time at dealership could have been improved by getting paperwork done before I arrived. They had all the information prior to my arrival. George solved a minor problem quickly.

Avoid at all costs! This dealership is incredibly dishonest. They will say anything they can to suck more money out of the customer and not live up to their end of the deal. They tried to charge more than 6k higher than other local ford dealers for near identical new f150 s. Finance guy Jeff will go back on his word if it saves him a buck. Do some research and you ll find much better deals at nearly any other ford dealership. Consider yourself warned.

They are very good. Professional and very honest with customers. I like the facilities and the people there. As hard as it is sometimes to have good experience buying a car, I believe they will be able to make it a positive and memorable experience. If you don't have a great experience let them know. I bet they go the extra mile to fix that for you.
Ed Kenley Ford is my Ford dealer for life and here's why. 5 years ago my wife and I were out on a date and we thought it would be fun to go kick some tires and sniff some new cars. We had absolutely no intention of buying a car that day and we let the salesman, Jeff Wehus know that right away. Jeff didn't care that we weren't gonna buy a car from him, instead he cared about us. We asked Jeff about the new Expedition and before we knew it we were behind the wheel of one on a test drive. We were so impressed with the level of care and customer service from Ed Kenley Ford that we returned 2 months later and bought an Expedition and just went back to buy a truck. The lifetime powertrain warranty is fantastic and you can even upgrade to a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty as well. The 9 hour drive from Montana is well worth the wonderful buying experience and peace of mind I get from Ed Kenley Ford.

We were looking for a truck on Ed Kenley wed site. But had a hard time finding the one we like. Bryce Taylor helped us with some of there truck on the lot but it was not the color I like. We did find a f350 in the color I like and had Bryce go out to the lot and put this hands on it. He called me back, and I told him we would come look at it at 6 pm a hour before they closed. Bryce sad no problem we will stay late to help you ve in the truck. And they did. Bryce thanks for your help and patients. We love are new truck.
My wife and I had an amazing experience here! From the time we got there Andrew made us feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable about the F-150 we were looking at, however he was not pushy! We are in the transition from working full time jobs to running our own company so our finances were difficult to say the least, but they got it done! Andrew and Geoff stayed over two hours passed closing time to get us in the truck that night! I usually hate dealerships but this was different! I will definitely be returning here for all future vehicle purchases.

Honest and fair. Our salesman Mike was very informative, and did not push us into buying like many places train their people to do. We have looked into many different dealerships and found Ed Kenley was no pressure to buy and did not complicate the buying process.

The vehicle we went and looked at was not anywhere near what was advertised. However we did purchase the vehicle anyways. The sales staff was excellent to work with. I was truly impressed with how professional they are, and how well they listen to every question that is asked. The only bad thing is, a week after having the vehicle there have been a few problems with it, probably the vehicle. If I ever buy another vehicle from a dealer, this will be the only place I buy one from.

Edit1: My initial review was 5 stars. I'm taking a star away for a 2 hour oil change at the "Quick Lane". My car wasn't even taken in to the garage for an hour and a half. I noticed the techs standing around talking a lot. The tech working my car kept walking away to help on other vehicles. Being in the military I know what lack of urgency looks like and the "Quick Lane" is definitely it.
Edit 2: Purchased another vehicle from Dustin today. The experience was excellent so I'm giving that 5th star back. Thank you Dustin!

I purchased a used F350 and wanted to see what acc were available from ford. I went into the parts dept but no one was at the counter, there were 3 service writers sitting at their desks, not one of them acknowledged my presence. There were no other customers in the room, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, 2 different people came out of the parts dept and walked right past me without saying a word. Ok I get the message! See Ya!
Dave was very helpful in helping test out a few vehicles. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on the features of the cars we looked at. We ultimately decided on the 2018 Explorer Sport. I d highly recommend you working with Dave if you re considering a Ford.

I ve always dreaded purchasing the next truck. Been doing it three decades now. Each time it s been a cheesy, overbearing sales guy constantly disappearing go talk to a hidden manager about the great deal he s put together for me.
Things were lining up with my expectations when I started shopping around this time (looking your way Weber and Morgan Ford dealers).
Fortunately, I popped into Ed Kenley where I met Bryce. This was a whole new experience. Completely straight forward, no games, no evolving numbers, no surprises. The level of sales pressure left me wondering if they were in the business of selling trucks or just letting people drive them around when the sentiment struck.
I ended up with a new F150. Two days later I noticed a fit/finish issue, which the service folks handled swiftly and with little more than a 30 minute wait.
I ll absolutely go back when I m due for my next truck.
Took my truck there for service. If the salesmen are half as good as those guys and girls in the service dept i will definitely be buying my next vehicle there!!!
My car got a recall notice. I can't drop the car off until I am off work after 4pm. They tell me if I drop it off that late I have to wait until the next day to get it. They will not give me a loaner car for a day. I have no other transportation and can't miss work.
So they sell me a car that has a safety issue that could cause sharp metal fragments to fly into my face if the airbag deploys but I'm the one that has to take time off work because they don't want to give me a car for the day.
Took my truck in there for a problem no one could figure out. David and his team dug in and figured out the problem. Awesome job guys!

I love Ed Kenley Ford and have only had great experiences with them. I bought a new explorer from Brett in 2004. And I still have the same car - I love it - I have only had one minor prob with my explorer in 9 almost 10 years. It was just something minor with the back a/c that needed switching! I always get my oil changes at Ed Kenley and have never had anything but the great service from anyone who helped me. I plan to keep my car for at least a couple more years and when I am ready for a new one it will definitely be another one from Ed Kenley. They are kind, Great Service and Honest!
Smoothest transaction I have ever made. They were very upfront with pricing, and would work with you for a lower price if they're able. The test driving experience is extremely simple also. All you need to do is get the attention of a salesman, (they're not on you like flies when you pull in), ask them for the keys, then they'll take a copy of your license, and you're good to go. I will definitely be back here to buy another vehicle. Their lifetime warranty gives you incredible peace of mind.
We showed up close to closing to look at a truck that they received as a trade-in but they was not sure if they were gonna keep it. A salesman from the new car side escorted us into vehicle shop to look at the truck and he was very nice and polite. If I find his card I'll post his name.
But, the downside is they was supposed to give us info about the vehicle if they was gonna sell and what repairs it needed the next day when they opened. Didn't receive a phone call or message until we messaged them later, only to find they had it sold the night we came to look.
Would have been nice to know that it wasn't available.
I wish I could have given a zero star rating. I spoke with multiple manager including the owners son and was treated poorly though the entire process. I bought a 2018 used vehicle from them that had severe problems within 50 miles of purchase.
Throughout the process I was lied to by their used car manager Chase and sales person George. The car needed a interior part replaced that was damaged. They told me that it was not "available" and could take up to a year to come in stock. After purchasing the vehicle I immediately called another ford dealer and they ordered the part and had it two days later.
While driving the vehicle home (which didn't even have enough gas to get me home) it develop a knocking sound in the rear end and grinding noises. This all happened within 50 miles of the dealership. When I confronted management about the issue they used phrases like "Sorry you made a bad decision" and "your going to take a bath on that vehicle."
I gave them the option to undo the deal and give me a different car that they had in stock and they were not interested in doing that. I firmly believe you learn what a business is like when you encounter a problem with them. Ed Kennely does not stand behind their vehicles, they do not take pride in the vehicles they sell, and they do not take pride in their customer service.
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ED KENNELY FORD.
I recently had to bring my f510 in for some service issues. The service department was amazing. They were very friendly. They listened to my problems and made sure they were able to find resolutions to them. I was very appreciative since i took it to another ford dealer who wouldn't even give me the time of day to find out why my heated seat wouldn't work. I will recommend them to everyone.
Used Quicklane. Friendly staff, great service. Took both vehicles on a Friday night and Saturday morning. Will be back again for next oil changes.
Very easy to work with. The salesman that we talked to was named George and he was very laid back and chill, didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't feel comfortable to do. He was upfront and honest about the different numbers and did what he could to give us money back for our trade-in.
Bought a 2018 Ford F-250 here. It was a good experience and very laid back atmosphere. George took very good care of me and found the vehicle that I was searching for.
The service is also excellent, I just had an oil change done and the tires rotated. I didn't have an appointment, but I was in and out within an hour and a half.
The staff was super friendly, Mike was the car rep. that assisted me,and we were able to get me in a car that fit my needs,fairly quickly,and at a solid price. I definitely recommend giving this location a visit!!

I really Appreciate the service at Ed Kenley's Car Barn. Bob Stratton (No relation) was amazing- we came in with some difficult requirements for our vehicle (Under 10k, had to meet our bank's 90% Loan-to-Value requirement, and had to comfortably fit a 6'5", 350 lb driver.) The vehicle we originally came in to look at wasn't a good fit (literally) but Bob had a 2007 Ford Expedition ready to go- and it was perfect.
The buying process was fast, straightforward, and the sales manager we worked with couldn't have been friendlier. We've had the vehicle for a couple weeks now, and it's been great! We've found a couple of minor items that need to be fixed, but nothing that's enough to bring it back to the dealership (one of the side mirror downlights is out.)
Went for a key and they treat me like I was a bother... weird! Yeah sorry dealerships are not only to sell big buck cars but also to offer other services.
Everyone I dealt with were professional and honest. Even the paperwork took very little time. Plus you cant beat the full drive train warrantee for the used truck I purchased. I will certainly use Ed Kenley again!

Well we spent 875 dollars on a job. When the part got there they waited hours to start it then when it was done they broke the gas gage they suck.

Zero stars would be more accurate. Terrible service. I ordered a part that cost $150 and there were 2 similar type parts on the hydroboost that I was working on. They gave me the wrong one which only became obvious once I tried to put it on. In the process, the paper tag from ford came off (trying to put a part on, who leave the tags on?!). Now they won't accept it as a return because the tag is off, even though I have the receipt and wrong part that THEY gave me. Absolutely terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

I had amazing help from Jose!! I found a car online, he talked to me within 15 minutes of me sending the inquiry. That was yesterday. I am now in my home admiring my car outside, after mind you I worked all day yesterday and today so most everything was done over the phone with Jose. He was so helpful and didn t try to push me to have a different budget and actual got me below what I said my max payment could be. I got a wonderful deal on a beautiful 2011 Ford Escape that looks brand new!! Anyone thinking about it please go talk to Jose! Everyone there was very nice, I have NEVER had such an amazing experience!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Horrible service department and terrible customer service. After waiting a week for an appointment for my new f350 truck to be looked at for what the internet is labeling the wobble of death.I took my truck in and left it on the appointment date early in the morning and called towards the closing of the day that day.I was told they wasn't able look at it so I asked what it was that they were going to replace that would stop the wobble. I was told it could be just air pressure problems in my tires. The service advisor must think everyone is stupid or he must be stupid. they actually think that there aren't people out there that know a little bit about cars/ trucks.I told him it wasn't air pressure that was making my truck wobble like it was going to throw me off the road and that it was a line of BS. After hearing that I realized that I did not want Ed kenley Ford to do any work on my truck because it sounded like they were setting me up for a fraudulent bill or more BS. My Ed kenley days are over be very cautious when using their service department not very trustworthy or knowledgeable apparently.

Dustin was great! Quick, informative with a great attitude. Positive interaction and eye contact which goes a long way with us in any conversation. The process was NOT the stereotypical sell you car today! Looking for a vehicle...... come here you will be thankful you did!!
I will never buy a car here again. They called me a week later to tell me they did the paper work wrong and we owed more money. When we told him that this was their fault and they needed to fix it. The salesman George just laughed and said it was a misunderstanding. I didn't think it was funny or a misunderstanding. It was their fault and I should have never have had to pay for it. The only person worth dealing with is the assistant manager chase. He is the only one that apologized and tried to help. So be careful and check your paperwork because they can not be trusted.

The overall truck buying experience was great. However, I wish the salesman had explained the FordApp Rewards program. I happened to learn about it by accident while on the internet.
But, as far as the salesman and the rest of the staff helping me out buying the truck and taking care of business, it was a great experience.
A few weeks ago before going on a trip my car started making a noise, I stopped by Ed Kenley before leaving and they informed me the repair would not be covered under warranty because the car had 99k miles on it. I took the trip, on the way home it started making a grinding noise, when I pulled over the car would not move, the transmission locked up, I had to have it towed to the closest Ford dealership who diagnosed it as a complete transmission failure. The car now has 100,500 miles. Come to find out, because the car is Hybrid the factory warranty would have covered the transmission to 100k miles. If Ed Kenleys service department would have known about Fords factory hybrid warranty this issue would have been completely covered under warranty when I brought it in before my trip, but now because it is over mileage I am stuck with a $6200 repair bill. I went in this morning to see if there was anything they can do, they said there was nothing and sent me to Ford Customer service. If their service department knew about Ford warranties it would be covered! Strongly suggest avoiding this dealership.
We bought a used Ford F-350 Super Duty. The buying process was super easy and smooth. George is our kind of salesman. He isn t pushy, is easy going, and took the time to get to know what we really wanted in a truck. We need some aftermarket work done and George was quick to schedule it for us and to follow up on the work. The financing department are friendly and made the process less stressful. Overall, a fantastic experience!!
P.S. We have been bringing our vehicles to the service department for 5 years and never had an issue. Always smooth.

Quick Lane at Ed Kenley Ford is just that - quick and easy. They did mess up the model of my vehicle - I have two that I regularly have serviced there - but they have always been honest and thorough.
Won't give me their lifetime warranty on my new truck after their employee said they would AND apparently the phones there don't work to call out because I can't get anyone to call back ever!
Don't waste your time here. Take your business to another Ford dealer. These guys are terribly unprofessional and simply do not care about their customers.

On a whim I looked at a Ford escape. After a test drive I decided I liked it, however it had a whine. When I told them they took the car in and had it fixed in a couple of hours. I've had the car for a few days and I enjoy it very much .no pushy sales but very knowledgeable. I have purchased 2 cars from them and both times my experience with them has been just great. Not what I could day about other dealers.
Liars and cheats. They still haven't fixed my car and I have already spent thousands of dollars. Don't trust this location.
