Purchased my first Ford from Dustin Neilson. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He listened to what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend him as a sales agent.

The whole purchasing process was painless at Ed Kenley. I was impressed and will be back next time I need a car.

Edit1: My initial review was 5 stars. I'm taking a star away for a 2 hour oil change at the "Quick Lane". My car wasn't even taken in to the garage for an hour and a half. I noticed the techs standing around talking a lot. The tech working my car kept walking away to help on other vehicles. Being in the military I know what lack of urgency looks like and the "Quick Lane" is definitely it.
