for years we have been enjoying the lobby of the ritz/eau resort.
BRIGHT, ELEGANT, WELCOMING, COMFORTABLE. the drinks and food have always pleased. the service staff is always impeccable!
on a glaringly bright sunny friday, august 28, at about 6pm, we arrived into the lobby
and were jarred with the dimness of the lighting. that along with the low steady beat of the "techno" music made the atmosphere seem almost sleazy. we could visualize a pole dancer in the middle of the lobby! the lights are being dimmed too early and even then, too dim. we enjoy SEEING the place.
we ordered some drinks and were ready to order a bite to eat when the 2 guitars started playing low rumbling blurry and loud. perfect for a red-neck road house. would it not be pleasing to have a harp, classical guitar, violin, chamber ensemble, jazz ensemble, etc.? we transferred our drinks to the adjoining restaurant and had dinner with much of the music mercifully muffled in our ears, enabling us to still have a very pleasant experience. the food was wonderful. compliments to the chef(s) and the creators of the menu. do we have to arrive earlier to avoid the brown-out?

Martha Weiner in the La Coquille club downstairs is wonderful. The hotel is elegant and so nice, but it s staff members like Martha who make you feel like the most important person in the facility, she remembers your name and is extremely professional. You will feel special here. Highly recommend this hotel and membership here.

Stay elsewhere, but go here for brunch and drinks. Maybe the spa if it is working that day (Spa was broken during my visit)

Did not enjoy staying at this hotel because they seemed to care more about the people visiting for the day for the spa or cabana than the paying hotel guests. So if you are looking for a place to stay In Palm Beach look elsewhere.

We have been staying at this resort for over 20 years. The service has always been very good and we have had great experiences until this last stay. Due to a misunderstanding we were forced out of our room for the last night by a very rude and combative manager. It ruined our last day for what had been a wonderful visit.

It used to be The Ritz - way more cache than "Eau Palm Beach". The owner thought he could do a better job of managing it than The Ritz so he took it over. The service is still good, the rooms are the same - nice, and the food is good. I don't know if much has changed except trying to go for a younger vibe. The lobby has a DJ at times and different lighting so the older people might feel out of place. But this is still a great spot to stay.

Good, not great. Rooms were nice, shower heads were ridiculously terrible, food was hit or miss and expensive, service was pretty good (but not quite as great as I would expect for the price), hotel was clean, pool was closed for repairs without notifying us when we booked, beach was nice, furniture and lobby were beautiful, bar closed early when we went to get a drink at midnight, valet parking was mandatory and very expensive, rooms were expensive ($300-$800/night), coffee was terrible, location was a bit far from other things. I'd stay again if there was a steep discount. For the price, I don't think it was worth it. This was my first time in the area, so I have nothing else to compare it to.

Beautiful location. The company I woke for has had our holiday party here the past two years. The service, food and drinks are always great.

The best. See Stevie at the bar. Get the watermelon feta salad.

We love their Sunday brunch. It's quite pricey but very special and if you sit outside you are right along the Atlantic Ocean!

Horrible experience! My husband and I were watching a movie in our room that we paid $20 for at 2:00 am when we were startled by a loud banging at the door. The hotel manager said "come out here i need to talk to you" Of course i did not open the door, any decent hotel would call if there was an issue, never send someone unannounced to the door. The rude manager declared that we need to turn the volume down as we are disturbing other guests. The volume is controlled by the hotel and only goes up to a certain level, totally the fault of the hotel. This is a glorified holiday inn with thin walls for $1000 a night- I would expect an apology from that rude manager who should be fired for offending customers. My husband and I were planning to stay here every year for Christmas, now we will never come back!!!! We would not recommend this overpriced hotel, there is nothing special about it. Overpriced and underserviced. This hotel owes me an apology. I had my do not disturb sign on and was terribly disturbed.

The service (valet & restaurant staff) rendered was professional & courteous.

I've lived in this area all my life. All I can say about this store is: I had brunch here and was very pleased. Not cheap, but acceptable and served a broad range of foods on 4 tables. The Breakers is slightly better however is FAR more expensive.

Wonderful destination for a couples get away. Food and drinks were amazing and the staff is very attentive. Greeted with champagne upon arrival, and the location with a private beach right below the pools is incredible

Hosted a private retreat here and it was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The meeting spaces were great, the guest rooms were bright and airy, and the pool is incredible.

They make you feel like royalty. Property is gorgeous, staff is amazing, food is delicious! A vacay worth doing! Relax, rejuvenate and rejoice!

I stayed here while trying to find a house in the area. I was completely happy with the service from the staff. They accommodated everything and had no problems or complaints. I was by the beach, so that was a major plus! I do recommend people to stay here if you're on vacation. Everything is walking distance and to wake up at the beach is amazing.

Heaven has nothing on this Resort. I was there for a company Christmas Party December 12-14. All we spoke about were the beds. They were magnificent! 400 Sales Professionals from around the country can't be wrong. My favorite was when my room attendant Sandra prepped my makeup kits in the bathroom. That was sweet and unexpected. She put little towels under them and organized them for me (see pic below). Thank you Sandra I really appreciate your service! :)

Hotel was awesome, staff great, but the reason they get one star is because they are still holding my CC deposit two weeks after checkout.

Having an amazing time !! Room service , diner waiters everyone here is just a beautiful soul and so caring ! Definitely would come back any time !

EAU is one of a kind! The rooms are as beautiful and as clean as they come. The staff members are nothing short of absolutely amazing people. The food, no matter where you order it from at the resort, is TO DIE FOR! The pool serves free champagne all day long. I recommend a drink in a coconut (ask the bar.. they'll know what you mean). The valet service is great! As you can tell I had a one of a kind experience and I'm coming back as soon as I get a chance!

The staff here are very nice and the space is sEAU relaxing. The reflection garden is peaceful and different.

Attended for a wedding event at the Hotel and was very impressed with both the quality of the facilities and the service while there. Food was also exceptional and I was very pleased.

Beautiful rooms, accommodations are lovely. The lobby smells amazing. Pool and poolside bar/ restaurant are excellent and the beach is quiet. Great place to stay or to come to have a meal. Ambiance and experience are great.

I'll give it a 5 star, I was invited to an event there the foods was tasty and delicious with great services.

According to Google translate, "eau" means "water" in French. As such, water is a major theme for this business. For example, water can be obtained on demand from the faucet.

Had a fabulous massage from Patrick and spent the day enjoying the pool with my friends celebrating a birthday:) lunch was delicious! Beautiful property and they are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe.

This hotel is home away from home when we're in Florida! The service is amazing and I highly recommend splurging on the club level, between Phillip, Jason, Myrna and the whole crew you will feel so cared for and comfy you'll never want to leave! Also the spa is not to be missed. I this hotel!

The service and food were great. A great place for a small intimate dinner or a business dinner, not too loud. You can hold a conversation without shouting.

What an amazing time! We were truly blessed 3 weekends ago when we exchanged our wedding vows at the Eau Resort & Spa Hotel in Manalapan, Florida. We couldn't have chosen a better venue to have our wedding. The views are spectacular, the property itself is all that we could have imagined it would be and more, and the staff catered to our every need as if we were royalty. From the planning to the actual day of the event, we got to know all of the players involved from certainly, the Catering Manager, Samantha Goldberg, to the Reservation and Rooms Specialist, Melissa Monzon to the GSM himself, Tim Nardi, even to the Chef. We not only felt like they were with us throughout, this, what could have been a stressful process to an absolutely memorable and enjoyable event. When ever we had a question and picked up the phone to call, they were always available, not going to any voicemail or staff who was not fully aware of the details regarding our event, when we would give our event name. They welcomed, not only us but our guests as well, the day of the event and addressed us by name and remembered our faces. They were there at our disposal to navigate through the day right before the event and while it was going on to insure it went off without a hitch. Samantha, the Catering Manager is a Godsend. She worked so hard, I felt like I was paying her directly to be my wedding coordinator. She dotted all i's that day and crossed all t's. She came upstairs to get me to escort me down to the area, after the wedding she and the sales manager himself, escorted our guests from one location to the next of the hotel property to insure that the flow was seamless. Not to mention, with a lot of our guests not being able to come due to the COVID Pandemic, the staff was flexible with our menu, our counts and the delicacy of the situation. They even upgraded our room to the Presidential Suite during our stay. We were so humbled. Because of how they treated us we will always remember their kindness and are extremely grateful. We have been talking about it to all of our friends and family, the blessings of the entire weekend, thanks to the Eau Management Team ,as well as general staff members all the way to the front desk and parking attendants. They delivered special bags to our guests rooms, everything was so on point and on schedule as we had planned with them. We have received feedback now from mostly all of our guests who attended and the repeat feedback was that they have never stayed at a more elegant hotel property than the Eau. That the event was classy and top notch, and we owe it all to not just the beautiful and clean property, but to Samantha Goldberg and Tim Nardi, and Melissa Manzon. Wow! You all made our "day", event and year ,2020 despite COVID. Thank you so much and we will be back next year to celebrate our anniversary. The suite was royal, grand and comfortable, we did not want to leave and the food was so good. I loved everything about the Eau Experience, and my friends said they will also be coming back for their vacations and staycations. Love you guys! Until next year

I look so nice and beautiful in there but I'm not rich to stay in there.

Ambiance was amazing staff were there to help the Eau billing practices a bit juvenile and rudimentary impossible to get an e invoice right away.....

This is luxury at its finest, with a staff that have been there for years and treat you like family!!

oh wow - or how they'd say, 'EAU wow'! THIS PLACE IS LEGIT MAGIC! Loved every minute of my stay. Great service, food, spa amenities & VIEWS... Got a great massage in the spa and had a wonderful experience with the babysitting team. Room service could have been faster, but not any worse than typical expectations at a boutique hotel. Prefer slower R/S to a gentrified conglomerate stay. Will return - with friends - AND MORE MONEY... This place WAS NOT CHEAP.

Great property with outstanding guest services. I would recommend this place to anyone. There is also a great sushi restaurant and a homemade ice cream shop across the street.

With a classic and classy feel, the Eau is a return to the superior service and accommodations of yesteryear without being pretentious. A great, albeit a little cramped, pool area, good bars, and see great restaurants make this a truly wonderful experience. That with a friendly staff makes for an exceptional experience here.

Beautiful resort, great amenities, spa, gym, kids club. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The service was Top Notch!!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The pool was great. The only issue for some people was the rocks that are placed for beach erosion but that you will find many areas down the coast. It was perfect for our little ones because it creates a little wading area during low tide.

I love going to the resort. They have the beach the best breakfast buffet at temple orange and amazing tacos at the outside bar where you can look out at the ocean. The spa is the best part of the experience too.

Extremely racist hotel that practices bigotry. If you're not Caucasian the staff will call law enforcement if you attempt to check in. You can have 3 pieces of ID and the doctor that birth you and they'll treat you like a criminal. Go to a resort that is minority owned.

Excellent place to gather with friends and family. Must go and listen to Arturo guitar music Friday nites and Sunday brunch

$900.00 for what they offer you in a room not Acceptables, The place is dated the sink don't drain well, you take a shower and the steam is around everything, poor ventillation.
Yet the staff and service is 1st class the food is above average.

Chef Siu is top notch. Local ingredients prepared to show off their true flavors.
