Wow, super accommodating. Delicious drinks at the bar. Clean facilities. First time at a 5star resort but if I had the income; I'd be coming here alot more often.

Baggage was not in room when we checked in..
Maids on the phone cleaning rooms as late as 530 - 6 pm.. .not acceptable in a 5 star hotel

has a huge kids klub...many activities...beautiful facility...pool bar right there...hot tube and adult pool...staff is super

Valet parking of my vehicle started off a perfect lunch. The friendly waiters, bartender and the overall atmosphere and of such lovely surroundings was wonderful. I had the Broccoli, it was delicious. Going back again soon.

Ok what does do not disturb mean?
Someone representing management pounded on my door disturbing my over priced movie volume controlled television .
This place is run by master intimidators - the staff is on egg shells, the menu is repetitive.
Everything is overpriced and the quality is less then expected.
Why would you pay $1000 per night when the front desk is rude, the concierge is useless and the atmosphere is boring and sterile.
Do yourself a favor stay at a real 5 star hotel like the Breakers - this place is nothing but a waste of money.
If you want a great vacation then stay anywhere but here.
I will never waste my money again for this second rate motel.
I will never stay here again and I will not be happy untill management makes a change in the hotel policy.

Amazing hotel. Right in the ocean and walking distance to shops and food. The rooms are designed by Jonathan Adler and are stunning. Insta worthy! Staff is beyond nice and I can t wait to go back

How dare you discriminate.... what does it take to warrant affable service and true respect for patronage. We will not return until Mr. Johnson finds it in his heart to frequent your establishment again.

Went to an outdoor wedding, which was BEAUTIFUL. The ceremony was outside, so beware of rain and wind.

Love love this hotel! Went for our anniversary and had such a great time at the spa and the beach. The steak house was also great.

We were at a JAFCO gala and stayed the night. Great event and beautiful hotel.

We went to Eau Palm Beach for a conference. The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Room was clean. Fitness facility was well above average for a hotel/resort. I would certainly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Previously The Ritz Carlton in Palm Beach - this beachfront hotel and spa is well valued for the price. There are two pools - rooms are beautifully decorated and service is spot on.

Fun vacation place even on a work trip, food was pretty consistent but the room we're absolutely lovely. Only negitive is that it's built way too close to the water, the beach was only like 10 ft. Deep.

I stayed at Eau for a business conference in early November. I departed on the 15th to return to Dallas; TX. Mid afternoon the next day I received a phone call from hotel security asking if I left a significant piece of jewelry behind. To be honest; I hadn t fully unpacked yet and I don t really know when I would have noticed it was missing. I m sure a few days later it would have been obvious - then I might have gone over board wondering where I could have possibly misplaced it.

Skylar called and could not reveal what the item was, so I had to unpack my jewelry to see what was missing. An honest person in housekeeping turned my diamond ring band in and I was contacted about it being missing. Once I noticed what was missing I was able to accurately identify it and Skylar worked meticulously to get it sent back to me in a secure manner.

Kudos in a day where honesty and integrity cannot be taken for granted!!!
My friend and I had a fabulous weekend before the work week began. The service and hospitality were exceptional. And, bonus points for Tito & his staff for going out of their way to recommend a great place to watch my football team play and even sent a mascot logo sign to my room. Now, that s extra classy!!!!

Dehumanization at the front desk seems to be the norm. I will take my money elsewhere from now on.

This review is for Aquanuts kids club located in the Eau Palm Beach Resort. We just had the most unbelievable 5th birthday party for my daughter here on Sunday! Kelly the club coordinator was simply fantastic. She was so organized, professional and sweet. She also has a wonderful group of people working with her, especially Gaby and 'Pirate Brad'. The staff made all of the children feel special and provided non-stop fun. The food was so delicious and the activities such as the scavenger hunt were a huge hit. Everyone had a blast and I'm still getting calls telling me that the day was simply amazing! I was so impressed, I have also provided a more detailed review on TripAdvisor for those parents possibly looking to book a party here. Thank you Aquanuts for making my daughters special day so memorable!

Wow! This place right here Thankful for the wonderful workers here that actually show appreciation and care for you. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars

I stayed here with my girlfriend for one night. When we came back to the room at 1am. We found they did not change the sheets. There are sands and dust, even some broken glasses. I called them to change it. It took about half an hour to get the work down.

Next time we are gonna choose four seasons.

Friendly staff great location on beach and convenient

A gorgeous 5 star resort with every amenity you can imagine. My family was in town for several days and we treated them to this wonderful place. They did not want to go home!

The Eau staff provided great service to our entire family for the duration of our stay! The guys who worked on the beach setting up chairs were on top of everything and very nice! We had an issue with our room keys and the front desk workers, specifically Logan, helped us quick and efficiently! Would definitely stay there again. It is a very clean resort with outstanding food! It is the little things that made it even better - offering free sun screen by the pools, free coffee stands with muffins in the morning, not charging for kayaks or any of the other activities on the beach. When you are paying so much money for a vacation, it is the things like those that make it even better!

Simply Amazing!! Staff let us enjoy the outdoor fireplace after the terrace bar closed. Great service. Great drinks.

Best place we have ever stayed at. Kristopher at the front desk made our stay a hundred times easier and more enjoyable. Overall room were luxury and beautiful with amazing views and the staff was always happy and happy to help with anything. Make sure you check out the sea turtles at night 10 is best and DO NOT TURN ON YOUR FLASHLIGHT OR WALK IN THE NESTS. we saw a group of stupid teenagers walk and jumping on them the hotel's turtle patrol kicked them off the beach.

I have been there two times in the last two years. We were lucky enough to have ocean front room which were wonderful, updated and clean. Staff was overly nice. We felt very welcomed. The pool staff was real nice too and helped at the beach and pools with towels, papers, water, fans, etc. The restaurant was closed, so we went downtown to Delray which was awesome too. It is a great place to stay. Some people complain about the rocks in the ocean, but that is some old concrete road and reefs and it is awesome snorkeling for beginners. One person complained about the pool being too deep...well it is 3.5 and the max is 4.4 fee. Not deep at all for a pool and there are steps on both sides. Definitely a very fancy place to go and well worth the stay.

This hotel and resort has steadily declined in overall quality over the past few years we have been coming here. It is a "good" facility but for the room rate, it should be at least a consistent very good to excellent experience.
The staff is helpful and friendly but the number of staff personnel has declined causing service to suffer. Specifically, longer wait times for food and food items occasionally running out at the buffet.
More timely clean up around the pool during the day would be possible if they had more staff as well.
I'm being critical here but in this price range, it's a fair assessment.

Fabulous property where the staff is engaging and focused on exceeding guest expectations. Everytime one employee handed me off to another employee during the arrival process, they used my name and introduced me to the next person. It was a warm welcome! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was quite large. Two pools - one for families and one labeled as the "Adult Tranquility Pool" where guests had to be 18 or older. The conference and function spaces were well thought out and easily accommodated our group of 150+ members.

Always love coming to this resort for pure relaxation; service is top notch, food is delicious, but most of all, the staff working here make the trip worthwhile. The relaxing pool is a great way to unwind, the gym is so spacious, the beach view is gorgeous. The family pool is great for kids. If you had a wedding here it would be breathtaking!

Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Lacking in good outdoor kids programming and the food services are extremely slow. I wouldn t recommend this hotel for families with young kids.

Gotta love the decor Jonathan Adler did an amazing job. The mix between the lobby and rooms is s bit off. Stir lobby bar is wonderful, lighting music are perfect and highly recommend the hummus. Service leaves a lot to be desired but since service was good in the rest of the hotel they still get still get a 4 star rating.

Great hotel. Been coming for years and we are always pleases. They have kept up the ritz Carlton standards. Great spa and gym as well. Enjoy!

Love the rooms and the beach and the vallet but the price was way too much for what we got didn't even get a breakfast

We stayed at Eau Palm beach mainly because we could get a room with a outside cabana as well as direct beach access and they had a family pool.
Our room was was very nice, but the outdoor cabana had no outdoor lighting because of turtles laying eggs on the beach. The pool was too deep for our 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year to play and there are rocks sticking out of the ocean so we could not go swimming from the beach.

After paying $700 per night you can imagine our frustrations. When we mention the lighting situation on our cabana to the front desk the young lady told us she might be able to find us a flash light. I will leave it there.

The room are super clean, the setting/decor is to die for. Customer service is exceptional, everyone is so helpful, informative and nice. $200 accidental charge per night hold.
