Beautiful place, Great location, excellent service and very friendly, polite and professional staff with outstanding and positive attitude. We just attended a wedding reception and we were very pleased and satisfied with the management, food service and quality of the organization and support. Big 5!

The property is well maintained and well kept. Definitely recommend staying here.

We paid 1149 for one night for a queen suite which was simply a regular room with two beds, nothing special. It came with a breakfast package we were unable to use due to a previous engagement. When we made a suggested request to the manager (Jason) he flatly refused to exchange it for a lunch voucher later in the day stating that he didn t have the authority to do that.
We also had a $150+ dinner at the hotel the night before.
For a nice, but ordinary room and dinner, that was ridiculously overpriced. We thanked Jason and told him nicely that we would not be returning if that was his final decision, at which point he became rather rude and sarcastic replying, over that? . We smiled, agreed and left very disappointed.
It s a nice place, the rest of the staff were excellent, Jason could use some more training.

My favorite resort ! The grounds & rooms are fabulous. All the staff is very kind. helpful & go out of their way to do anything for you to enjoy your stay.

Went for brunch, sat on the terrace overlooking the Ocean. Great food and friendly customer service. A must if you get to Palm Beach.

Great place to relax, dine, and enjoy the beach/pool. The Temple Orange restaurant has the best breakfast buffet and has a very friendly restaurant staff who is willing to accommodate your needs. 5 stars for Temple Orange!

Went for their summer dinner special, 2 tacos and a margarita for $20.18...our waiter, Patrick, was great. The tacos were SMALL and margarita was bland. Disappointing

Love this place very clean , staff all courteous, great place to bring kids as well as they have a camp on site , certain things was a bit too pricey but overall nice place and live music weekends

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. We enjoyed the delicious buffet which included the best meat and seafood. Worth the price and the atmosphere.

My family and I stayed here at the resort for 4 nights. Our stay was great from the very beginning. Our check in went really smoothly with such a warm and welcoming feel from the front desk agent Christine. Throughout our whole visit she made sure everything was going well for us and we were well taken care of. Everyday we enjoyed the pool which is located ocean side and really convenient if you want to alternate your time back and forth from the beach. The service at the pool was great also. Brendon and Sam were so attentive and very patience with us and helped us our entire stay. The food at the lobby restaurant stir was great along with the service from Tia and Lauren. Lauren was so patient with the kids doing s'mores with it being the end of the day and them being restless she made sure they still enjoyed themselves. Also we are sushi lovers so the Friday sushi night was the perfect end to our stay. Our room had a great view of the adult pool and ocean. Our housekeepers were also great coming back to a clean room and Judith greeting us with nothing but smiles everyday was awesome. Even the evening turn down service from Marie was a pleasant end to our busy days. Looking forward to our next visit to this great resort. Highly recommend!

Top notch food and service, location and beach/reef is one of Florida's best. Parking seems to be valet only, which I do not prefer.

Excellent property and the service is top notch! They had live music by Arturo Romay on Friday night and it was the most beautiful evening. I highly recommend the resort and Mr. Arturo Romay. Just a perfect birthday trip!

Wow, was just beautiful experience. The place is so peaceful and beautiful. All employs war so nice and helpful. The massage therapist i had was good and definitely relaxed me.

Day passes are awesome, the food is great, and the view is amazing!

Is this place pricey? Yes. Was it worth it? Every penny. Eau staff, you guys and gals were nothing short of the most gracious, helpful, friendly, patient, and worthy of all stupendous accolades. This was my first stay, and the hotel is beautiful upon entry- the rooms are not big- at all- however, the bathroom is nicely sized. I was a bit surprised at how small the shower was, but it was clean, the water was steaming hot and pressure great- things lacking in some other well appointed hotels. Breakfast was nice and the food good- as was the food by the pool. I cannot complain about the service as others did, because all of our servers were on point.
The beach is a little disappointing, but it is symphonic to hear the ocean waves while falling asleep. The main pool is great for families and especially fun if you find people in general - interesting. :)

It's just a beautiful beautiful Resort that must be seen to appreciate.

Came in for an overnight stay during January 2020. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 or so and despite the official check in time being 3 or 4 pm, they were very accommodating and rushed our room set up to be ready for check in by 1:15 or so.
Rooms were clean and facilities were great. The entire place has a go big or go home sort of vibe. it feels grand, historic or decadent but that's how it's made to look. Like the opposite of minimalism. I'm not criticizing, just observing. The staff were very polite as well.

Service is great. Staff is amazing. Location is beautiful and all dining on property is done right. The best place to stay in west palm. If your from the area or just happen to be staying on a Sunday brunch is a must.

I just had an amazing weekend at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa! There were a few unusual mishaps at the beginning of my stay with the rooms. The manager Jason Mudgett is really wonderful. He took care of everything. The Eau is lucky to have him. He is very dedicated to the hotel guest experience! I so appreciate his help with everything. The second day a large group were leaving the hotel from a meeting. Jason in his suit in the rain was valeting the cars for the guest to prevent a long wait time. This was an out of box experience to see. I would like to thank Jason for insuring a wonderful weekend for myself and my Mom.
Also John Siefert the Bell Captain was so kind during our stay. This is a great hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you again to the Eau!

This place is awesome. You feel like you're in an island resort. We were just there for the drinks, but the Sunday brunch looked out of control! Will definitely go back.

I'm a mobile notary and performed a wedding art on the back patio overlooking the ocean. The hotel and the grounds were beautiful and impeccably kept. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Eau Spa & Resort was an amazing value for the luxury experience. We stayed with the third night free option to celebrate a wedding anniversary and they took extra care of us with our infant by providing a mini fridge, crib, diaper pail, baby toiletries and extra touches. It was a beautiful view, pool and you cannot imagine the spa experience. It is divine. Thanks Eau for a fantastic weekend!

The staff are amazing. Best hospitality I have ever received. That being said, the food isn't. Undercooked chicken isn't something I'm a huge fan of. It's incredibly dangerous. Also, they charge a 50 dollar fee to remove liquor from the rooms. Insanity. The decor is impressive, but the upstairs and sleeping quarters are entirely out of place. Like, the Brady bunch. The downstairs is extremely posh. I don't know what the designer was on.

I give it a 3 star because of the uncontrolled bug problems. I had two bites while sleeping the first night, and by the end of my stay I was covered in red bites all over my body. These bites ranged from 1" to 3" round. When I complained to the front desk, they said someone would contact me and after calling 3 days in a row I gave up. The second complaint was that there was constantly someone knocking on the door asking to come in to check the fridge for leaking water, or the shower or toilet, it was ridiculous what people were asking to come in the room for. I would make sure that you use the safe when you leave the room, too many people in and out of our room.

Front desk staff that work the desk need to be a bit more friendly and not treat people that they are not good enough to stay at this hotel.

Really not sure how this place got its 5 Diamond and is keeping that status.

Amazing dip in the pool after my spin class. The staff put a couple towels on my chair while I was swimming. The fitness center has a neon lit spin studio with bikes that rock side to side and infinity mirrors baller.

What happened with this hotel? We sent some clients to stay here because we had a great experience several years ago. Bad idea. We also planned on inquiring about holding a large conference at the resort. Not happening anymore after our clients' terrible experience. The staff were not trained to work in a 5-star resort. They were quite an inexperienced and immature bunch. Apparently they are going for a new theme. The theme in the new rooms don't match the theme and decor in the lobby. It almost feels like you are in a different hotel all together. There needs to be some serious rethinking of the changes being done here, or maybe some thinking at that. Some serious thought also needs to go into structuring and designating management positions. Possibly hire managers with some experience? Not like the rude woman running the front desk. Lets not mention any names though. I was extremely displeased with what is going on here and I will think twice before recommending this property to anyone else.

The best local place to escape to for a day of R & R ~ actually, the best I've ever been to be pampered!
