Palm trees gracefully decked this deckadent hotel, preliminarily unrivaled by the salty swept sea schale. On a schale of one to three I give it zero chances of being a one.

Fabulous 5 star hotel with direct access to beautiful beach

Spoke w/shanti,and Takare at spa. Awful customer service,took forever,unprofessional, unable to understand them,un-informed of prices, low customer service.

Elegant with a lovely beach very professionally operated.

Had Brunch there this morning. Food was very good; waitstaff was attentive. There was so much on the buffet that it was a bit overwhelming, so I opted for a menu item!

Great place to relax! enjoy the resort and be pampered at the spa. They really do good job! I love this place and I will be back.

There were some things that were exceptional about this hotel. The rooms are sparkling clean as cleaned twice daily anathema concierge had the best recommendations. My spa facial was also great. Two glaring misses- first service and second the main Mediterranean restaurant. First the service- the only spa day o had was my check day since I had a late flight. I booked more than $700 in spa services and yet this hotel insisted.on charging me $100 more to be able to return to my room after I was done in the spa, finish packing, put my spa clothes away and get into travel clothes. My last appointment finished at 2:45. I think this was poor form. I am in the service industry and would have bent over backwards to make sure a high dollar client was relaxed and happy so that they would return. Also the food was terrible. I never tried Angle restaurant but the other ones made nothing fresh and an expensive steak was served with mushrooms they didn t even bother warming up.

Hotel NEEDS to be updated but the service knocks the Four Seasons out of the water which is saying something. Food not that great much like other 5 diamonds in FL. (FL overall is not a culinary epicenter.) Can t beat the location! I loved the intimacy of the space compared to other larger resorts along the FL coastline. RIGHT on the beach with an adult pool and family pool as well. Unobstructed views!! Keep in mind it is a rocky shoreline b/c there is an old road under the water just off the shore - about 15-20 ft into the water from the beach which is not that far. Will definitely return and recommend! We did club - good for breakfast and lunch, not much else after that.

Wonderful place for rest and relaxation. The spa treatment was out of this world and the restaurant and food is delicious. Highly recommend this for a place to stay.

Great service, food and drinks . Best view in South Florida

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful resort in 2010 for our honeymoon. At that time it was a Ritz-Carlton and although it was very enjoyable, it does not compare to the "wow" experience we had this time! The entire Eau team made us feel like we were the only guests for the entire week. The attention to detail of the property is something I can appreciate as well. There are many beautiful resorts in this world but the team at Eau like Ian, Tim, Patrick, and Rick understand that it's people that make the difference! Well done everyone! We will be back at least once a year and hopefully more.

This resort accommodates a perfect romantic destination for two or a great place for a family, they have separate adult and kid pools.
The restaurants are high-quality dining at its finest. Offers experience of Farm to Fork, unquine menu items that are one of a kind and superb food.
The attentiveness of the staff pays very close attention to every single detail and diligently strives to help guests enjoy thier stay no matter how close to the season's end.
Its was pure luxury, complete relaxation, total comfort and absolute enjoyment for a birthday celebration stay-cation that will never be forgotten.

A beautiful resort on the beach. This resort has a casual elegance and super cool ambiance. I love the restaurants and bar and the spa has these Fantastic swings over meditation ponds. The rooms are over the top gorgeous. You deserve to splurge and treat yourself to a stay at this lovely resort.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Driving in from I-95, you'd never expect this place tucked away off A1A. It's a bit pricey to consider on a whim but if you're looking for a highend resort stateside with a bit of botique feel then check this place out. The hotel itself is spotless and trendy. There's a handful of restaurants on site for dinner, brunch, or lunch beachside. Check out Stir at night for cocktails, and then relax in one of the 2 pools while getting pampered the following day.

Delicious food, great hospitality and great view of the beach!

This is my Favorite Place to visit, you don't have to stay to enjoy some of the amenities such as the great restaurants and outside grill. Great place to enjoy a cool evening next to the beautiful fire pit by the ocean.

Very nice and a great staff. This hotel does a bit of bait and switch however. Reserve (and pay) for ocean front and you might get a partial view and a fruit plate as compensation. Sorry, but a fruit plate doesn t really equal the extra $1,000 we paid for the week. It s not really a 5 star hotel, but would be a solid 4 the bedding isn t 5 star level. It is a beautiful location, just haven t had the greatest experience vs what we expected.

Came here for the day and was treated with the highest respect. Eau Palm Beach is one of most beautiful resorts in the Palm Beach area and has so much to offer. Whether you're here with family or just to getaway this is the place to be. The staff here are great and are always making sure your getting taken care of. Sat outside for lunch and the food was spectacular. The views over looking the ocean are amazing and make you feel like you're on a private island. The spa is one of the best ones I have ever been to and all of my treatments were handled with care. Well done Eau Palm Beach will definitely be back!!

Will NEVER be staying here now that I learned it's against their "policy" for black people to wear sunglasses.

Was very dissapointed at the service, virutally couldn't get a drink at the pool had to chase the waiters down everytime. Then I had the worst Pina ColadaI ever had. The restaurant for breakfast they sat us down and never came with the menu's we had to find the waiters AGAIN! This happened TWICE! In the morning you had to pay for a cup of coffee to bring back to your room and also a buck for an apple. Im paying 900 a nite and have to pay for coffee! seems like they are nickel and diming everyone. many others I spoke to also compained about the same things. In the evening at the bon fire outside you had to chase down the waiters to get a drink. I complained to the Ritz Carlton when I got home and they called me and said sorry.
I WILL NEVER STAY AT A RITZ CARLTON AGAIN. 5 Diamonds Hotel my butt! This was the first time I ever stayed at the Ritz Carlton, from now on its back to the Breakers a great hotel.

They did a great job of making guests comfortable while enjoying the venue. Love the addition of the sushi bar and really enjoyed the live guitar playing. Safe and FUN

As a local I enjoy the outdoor deck and bar. Very enjoyable and fantastic service. Always fun to taste one of their special cocktails. And, don't forget the wonderful food.

This is a wonderful place to stay yet and also to have a drink outside while you watch the ocean everybody here is beautiful take time out of your day and come and visit this wonderful place

Wonderful and beautiful accommodations but they missed my morning room service order when I truly could have used it.

Temple Orange is the bomb, the food is outstanding and plated very nice, no small portions here but not overkill, leaves you feeling just right, beautiful views of the Resort and the beach, the staff is very friendly and professional, this place is beautiful and very well maintained, definitely going back and checking out Breeze next.

Resort style place that is in an excellent location. They do a great job of protecting you from the pizza delivery people.

Gorgeous ocean front hotel. Had our 211 gala here and the food, drinks, and staff were amazing!

My wife and I went for the Sunday brunch and was awesome, the service was above excellent. 100% recommended and valet parking is included.

I know i have said that I will always stay at the Hyatt but this was the closest best hotel to my family where i am staying for the rest of the month. nice middle class area. Hotel staff is great, good Mediterranean feeling for sure. good stay.

Use to be a Ritz. Service is still very Ritz like, as are the room rates. Which would be fine except the rooms are dated and the overall experience wasn't up to the overall cost

Beautiful place to stay with great staff and great food.

We are locals and thought we would get away overnight for our anniversary. The staff and service at Eau Palm Beach is outstanding, very friendly and over the top attentive. Our room was so peaceful as soon as we got there I fell asleep in the swing chair on the patio. We had dinner at Temple Orange, Snapper special and Ribeye, both pictured here. The pools are relaxed and set up with everything you could need, really enjoyed our time here and we highly recommend it.

Visited the Eau with my uncle and sister; great ambience; wonderful service; beautiful property; exquisite decor and 5 star experience. Definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

5 Star Hotel and Conference facility! Nothing else needs to be said!

We just got home from an amazing week at Eau Palm Beach. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the amazing service. We were there with our family for a week and couldn't have had a better experience. 5 star service all around. Special thanks to the incredible beach and pool staff!! Jahq took care of us in our cabana and he was AMAZING!! He made sure we had a prefect day! Ahmet at the beach restaurant was also wonderful! It was hard to leave but will definitely be back!

5 star resort, perfect experience. not crowded due to name change

Amazing place for our getaway. We cannot say enough nice things about the property, staff and service! Highly recommend!

My wife and I celebrated an anniversary dinner here last night. We had the cabana dinner for 2 which was an amazing experience. There was a fantastic server that was very attentive with a great personality, did an amazing job on the food and even came out as the meal was finished to meet and greet us and we were presented with a signed cookbook from them which was a treat. I'm not sure of other people's reviews in the past but I can say for sure I would definitely do this again as this was an extremely memorable experience that was done with 125% professionalism from all parties involved: Alejandra did a great job with communicating by email/phone and setting up the event and she greeted us at the door as we arrived, Eric did an awesome job making sure we were very well taken care of from the minute he sat us down, the chefs had such a wonderful presentation and outstanding taste all of their food, the very polite server that we had in the Silk bar which enlightened me to warm up the Grand Marnier under candle light (sorry, I forgot his name) which was a great twist, the valet was welcoming and recommended some photo opportunities before we left for the evening and brought us some cold water for the trip. The limo company they recommended, Pier1 Limo (Alan) also went above and beyond and was always on time and in communication with me throughout the day. We enjoyed this experience so much that I will be bringing my entire family there to celebrate a birthday in December.
