It is one of the only courier company that I don't have to call them to be on time delivery. They takes care of the on-time delivery while I worry about my Insurance Business! The courier guy keeps his word when he says he'll be at my house in 10 minutes.

Domestic courier maybe ok.
International courier is not reliable.
They don't update the tracking status in the system, and inform the customer on time and that caused delivery takes more than it should.
For urgent matter+international courier, i don't recommend to use this service.

Had a very bad experience for my first order for collection with Easyparcel. I ordered for a same day collection but no one came at all. I made an enquiry through their Facebook page and also sent an email to them but no one assisted me. I had request for a cancellation and also make a refund to my customer. Plus, they don t even refund you if they did not make a collection! I will definitely not recommend easyparcel to anyone!

this is an awesome website for me to book my deliveries online. I'm a part timer selling items online and the door pick up service is all i need.

Horrible company and support. Causes a lot of heading. We use Pgeon (their company) and item went missing because they simply pass to other courier to do the delivery. Now they don t want to be responsible!!!

They just cancel my parcel for no any status for me ,i send it form K.L to Sandakan but i checked in system they send it to Ipoh . I dunno why and at last they said the item is cancel

Handle the parcel very well. I did send some biscuits and cookies to UK and can see from the route update the parcel has transit to a few countries first which reach destination the biscuits n cookies area all still in good condition.

Very reliable logistic service provider. Always happy to see my purchases being delivered by EasyParcel. Hope more vendors use them.

Worst courier experience ever. Don't waste your time or money if you are expecting any form of efficiency. Don't even deserve one star

What a joke. For the 3rd time in a row, the customer service assured me that the delivery guy will come by my place to pick up my parcel, but he did not arrive ALL 3 DAYS!! Worse experience I ever had with a delivery company. If you can't even manage this properly, please just close down your business.

During this Covid 19 period, having our items shipped from JB, Malaysia to Singapore within 7 working days is a very good job indeed. Previously I used a different company but reached only after 1mth.. Good job Easy Parcel

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE . I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I dropped my parcel at 99 speedmart since 19/5 until now more than 9 days still not collected. MCO or not such a bad service . The 99 speedmart is not even located in kampung area. It is in city center just beside KL SENTRAL. What is wrong with this courier service. No phone number provided, live chats are useful as no one is ever online. WORST WORST WORST courier service ever.

I am using CJ century to deliver my parcel.

The pick up time is punctual.

My parcel should be deliver to customer on 22/2/2019, according to their schedule time.
When I call on 25/2/2019, they promised to deliver on that day. Today is 26/2/2019. It still not yet deliver. They give the reason of traffic jam, not deliver to that area.

I have to track everyday and explain to my customer.

With all these reasons that they given, I suspects my parcel may be lost.
If so, I have to refund to my customer, this is a lost for me in terms of business and credibility.

I hope Easy Parcel can review your service partner.

Given an advance notice thru sms on who is going to deliver with contact number.. Very helpful.. Tq

I was hoping easyprcel was a gamechanger, but I was left being disappointed. I have made payments but apparently the platform kept asking me to pay again and again and againnnn. Dont know where the money went, the platform didnt update itself after the payment. Sent them multiple emails with no reply. Quite a disappointment

Fastest delivery by the next day, received msg notification on the parcel out and delivery, the delivery boy call to inform when parcel arrived at guard house, very responsive Trusted the services! Terbaik so far

This is my first time commenting on Google. I was introduced by a friend of mine to book a mailing service online. But I didn't expect this to be the worst decision in my life. A company that is not worth owning a star.

Disadvantage

1. Your company does not provide basic customer service contact information/channels at all.

2. When the package is lost/lost connection, the sender/receiver has no way to start. Don t worry if you don t provide call service,

3. The number of online customer service personnel is poor. If you are lucky, you only need to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. If you are not lucky, you have to wait 2 hours or more.

4. Only provide online customer service/email.

5. The service is really bad to say. . .

6. The package disappears somehow and is not processed.

From now on, you will no longer use your platform.

Very terrible service. Pickup and delivery was on-time in the beginning when we have the free RM25 credit upon signup. After we topped up, things started to worsen. We experienced a fraud case by Pgeon delivery last year. And then, we experienced late pickup by as long as 4 days, and late delivery of one week. The total duration for a simple delivery from Penang to Kedah is 2 freaking weeks! I want to stop using their service but they cannot refund the remaining credit in my account. This is a service that should bring convenience to us, not trouble. I'm so disappointed with Easyparcel.

I received the tracking number one WEEK ago and today I checked the online database and apparently the parcel is still processing at the center where my seller dropped it off.
Very bad service.
What added to the irony is that a parcel from Japan posted at the same time a week ago has already reached my doorstep. JAPAN, mind you.

I trying to use easy parcel for the first time, I have received payment notification but easy parcel website was not update my payment, send email to them for few times but TOTALLY no reply, feeling disappointing. They should provide telephone number to let customer call in complaint better than let customer waiting for they reply.

parcel received in excellent condition and good packaging.

My phone is missing with Pgeon. They steal my parcel. I post it at Easyparcel Penang HQ, and send to Puchong main office. Then Pgeon tell my receiver the phone is missing? And plus, it's shipped with Pgeon Prime.

Wouldn't recommend anyone using Easyparcel. There is a lot of thief. Last case also took 2 months, nobody follow up with me until now. Now kena second case again.

When you top up credit, they keep the money, then deliver lousy service. No refund available. Think twice before you top up.

I have send 5 parcels so far and i chose Pgeon since it was the cheapest. However, i am not fond of the tracking updates. I hope u guys can do something about this, overall i rate the easiness 5 star.

Extremely terrible experience with the website and never easy to make order. The website is totally not user friendly and i personally couldn't understand why the management did not realize it or do nothing about it. I feel that simply because of some customer service definitely cannot make this such a high rating apps. Please try to modify and simplify your apps and website. This is about technology, not just over phone or email services

As a seller, i got a lot of parcel that need to send. Sometimes i have no time to go to post office and need to have long queue to submit my parcel. And it waste my time around 1 hours. With EASYPARCEL, it save my time and some more, the driver come pick up at your place!!

I use this service to deliver my brother's birthday present and everything went smoothly! It keeps me updated with emails and sms! So far a very good service by them thankyou for your hardwork!

Definitely sending more shipments with EasyParcel. It's great that I can choose either pick up at office or drop off at Pgeon point. Overall, great service from the whole team, keep it up!
