I am using CJ century to deliver my parcel.

I am using CJ century to deliver my parcel.

The pick up time is punctual.

My parcel should be deliver to customer on 22/2/2019, according to their schedule time.
When I call on 25/2/2019, they promised to deliver on that day. Today is 26/2/2019. It still not yet deliver. They give the reason of traffic jam, not deliver to that area.

I have to track everyday and explain to my customer.

With all these reasons that they given, I suspects my parcel may be lost.
If so, I have to refund to my customer, this is a lost for me in terms of business and credibility.
