Is really very disappointed with your services, my shipment to Ipoh, is super fast, however; super good in breaking my goods; and yet to reply to my claim. Asking for ridiculous information such as packing picture from receiver; how can receiver give us a picture as per request; all boxes are opened and dismantle and threw away.......!!!!!!!!!.
Please have the courtesy to reply, return call or reply our watapss messages.....??????

You can wait and threw us away as your potential good clients, but, we can't afford to do that to our customer. We value and understand the meaning of customer service.

Just have my very first delivery service with EasyParcel, send my water pipe to Teluk Intan, today pickup and tomorrow receiver receive the parcel, save my damn stupid time to queue in front of Poslaju Office!

Good delivery service with notification parcel current location and arrival time.
But stocks abit crashed need to be cautious while handling.

I'm a receiver. My goods arrived in good condition. Easy Parcel also notified me in advance prior to delivery. I do understand the slight delay due to the Covid-19 situation.

Just started my own online store and this is one of the best courier service platform I use. Punctual collection and delivery. Would recommend it to my friends.

Ship 20 parcel to singapore, cloths put in A4 Flyers so is 0.9kg, payment was made and customer received parcel. One months later, my account was been debited for RM100++ and the reason is that A4 flyers must count as volume metric. I understand that if box must count as volume metric, but parcel in Flyers need count in volume metric? Or anyone could just please tell me how it works ? Feeling Cheated

This review is solely for Aramex shipments that we arranged via EasyParcel. We have been using Aramex via EasyParcel for almost 4 months and have shipped almost 500 shipments. It was all good until recently that they started to dispute couple of our shipments weight. Coincidentally (or fraudulently, read on and you judge yourself), most of the weights that they disputed were double or more than what we booked. We are selling female lingerie so imagine they charge you 1kg (actual only 0.35kg) for just 4 pieces of lightweight lingerie....you can imagine the frustration that we are having. Contacted EasyParcel along with photos on weighing scale & contents of the parcels, they came back with an image from Aramex showing the weight on their weighing scale and literally shut the case without putting much common sense in resolving the issues. And then when we contacted Aramex, they will not deal with us as we booked our shipments via EasyParcel. So in the end, we as a customer have got nothing we can do but to absorb all the additional charges. The only solution that we have been suggested by EasyParcel is to book your parcels at a heavier weight just in case of such disputes.....brilliant solution!

Didn't even help to remind the poslaju to pickup my parcel for my customer!!!!!!!! Keep repeating the same mistake every month!!! No improvement!!

My parcel arrived safely with no pending time. The delivery guy also good customer service. (Friday 19/3/2021 - 1pm).

Do you love dealing with ANGRY customers? Do you love having MISSING parcels every week? Do you love spending half of your day typing countless emails to report missing parcels? THEN EASYPARCEL IS FOR YOU! Otherwise go with GDEX or DHL.

Their services are fine for other couriers except with PGEON. Experienced 2 deliveries with long overdue delivery due to "couldn't locate parcel"...Took 1.5weeks to have them delivered from Penang to KL.

Extremely unacceptable especially coming from the parent company who are an established webhosting company.

In terms of service, it is recommended to choose only pgeon, because if you choose other courier companies such as national wide or cj century (just placed the order, but have waited for 2 days, they still did not come to get the goods), call the courier company and ask them Say easy parcel did not inform them to come to get the goods, waited 2-3 days for customers to chase goods every day, but did not retreat to take the drop-off to a specific location, wasting time and complaining to customers.
I really wonder if your complaints system is really working. If you complain, there is no news.

Pgeon delivery destroyed my shipment (even after proper packaging). I asked for help on compensation / assistance first thing in the morning on a working day, Easyparcel got back to me at 4.27pm and asked for all the details by 6pm LATEST on the same day. Yet they highlighted for Pgeon Delivery, all details on the broken parcel must be sent within ONE working day (24 hours in this case, or maybe not??). MIND YOU, I already sent the picture evidence of the packaging and broken item before you guys replied me at all to ask for more information by 6 freaking PM.

I asked for further assistance since I only read the email late in the evening because I was busy before that. Not to mention, don't people need time to prepare the details? especially when you'll need the details from the recipient? What if you need time to collect all the details from the recipient too? Does this even make any sense? So I requested for further assistance but NOPE no replies, no responses. I tried messaging Easyparcel on the LIVE chat as well, nobody got back to me and just told me someone will find me. Waited for hours, no news. (cricket sounds). I sent all the details anyway but also NOPE no replies AT ALL. Shows how much you guys actually care about your customers. Maybe it's because I'm not a big customer and it's just one measly order to you guys? It's not even about the money anymore. It's about responsibility. I'll finish up my remaining credit and i'm gonna stop using this service all together.

Bought items online and the shop uses this service. Delivery was swift, and I received both SMS and email about my shipment. Great service.

I am writing with dissatisfaction of your service.

1) No one attended the live chat for at least 2 hours, and tried many times since morning

2) Your tracking system stated item delivered 9/7/2020 @ 1247pm. but god knows where the item is. I am at home and no one rang my bell or called me at all since morning until now 2.03pm.

Please look into this matter ASAP.

Very satisfied. I received SMS informing me on the delivery in the morning, before they deliver. And i text him asking on the estimated time he'd come. He called me after short while informing me on the time and he came on time! Considered fast delivery for Sarawak during mco period too!

I was the receiver of the parcel and this was actually my first time receiving parcel from easyparcel but I can say that I m beyond satisfied with the service! The delivery speed was very fast and what makes me wanna rate them 5 stars was the politeness and good attitude shown by the delivery guy

price at comparison section are really low.. then when wanna check out price twice than before.. not even close to the price given before.. n not even stated what kind of charges are added.. lol.. just directly go to the courier u want.. easier.. all easy parcel do is make your request to the courier u choose (phone call or email whatsover).. then all the pickup delivery things are done by the courier company.. so if have problem definitely easy parcel wont do anything..

Very bad service. Paid for a pick up collection parcel on Monday, but until Wednesday still no news of the courier guy. Contacted customer service but they weren't helpful on expediting the process and even prompted me to cancel my parcel. (You should be ensuring that the guy comes sooner?) In the end, I called up the courier partner to ask on the status and worst thing was their tone didn't even sound bothered to help with the customers and kept giving false promises, sadly the pick-up courier personnel never came. Disappointed.

Received a parcel from Kuala Lumpur without any hassle and the delivery was fast and efficient.

Used to be good, but recently very, very, very, very bad. Every parcel now will definitely be a missed pick-up, and when you report it to their CS team, they can only say that they will remind the courier service and then they will close the ticket. Zero follow-up after that, so you have to reopen a new ticket, over and over again until finally someone picks up your item. This has happened to me way too many times now, I'm done.

Don't use the service, cant go pos malaysia drop off directly and need to queue like others. And you need to pay online for the service. Some soft of double work u need to do. Would recommend u guys to use prabayar provided by pos laju, it's more easy to use

Master swindler. If you don't quickly use your credit they will delete it. Continuous top-up is the only way to stop it. What kind of service is this? Suka-suka burn orang punya duit. Stay away from using their service.

Overall, I've used Easyparcel a lot during MCO as Pos Malaysia is not working for international mail so I've had to rely on Easyparcel for international and local deliveries. When it's good, its good but one of the things that is difficult for me, is the inconsistencies. Sometimes some places in the US gets a different price way higher, almost double for TNT and then some places TNT don't appear at all. So I've had to cancel orders just because shipping is too high or there's no service from TNT, places such as Boston even sometimes. Making it very difficult to run a business at times. I don't really get it why TNT don't deliver to every state and why they can't offer competitive rates because I go down to MBE and I get a similar rate, a few RM higher and deliverable for the same address. So is it that easyparcel keep turning off choices to push the other couriers? or just that you can't negotiate a good deal. Long term plan for this is not good coz I already had to book less as the other couriers are way too expensive for my customers. Just to clarify TNT and Fedex have merged but on Easyparcel TNT offers a good rate for some places, the rate I got on MBE is for Fedex Intl Priority. I still hope Easyparcel will come through with TNT as the rates are great.

Bad Experience on Easyparcel. Could not print my AirWay Bill on the web and asked helped from the online chat, the Customer Service Agent took more than 1 hour and could not solve the issue. The website is not reliable.

Fast, efficient friendly and flexible service. I was out when the first delivery was attempted. The delivery driver called me and before I could even ask, offered me a 2nd delivery the next morning. Perfect!

Worst service and delivery . Didnt pick at sheduled time. Irresponsible customer chat agent. Paid 3 times for single delivery . Everytime they missed pick up . Finally cancelled my order. Failed 3 attempts of delivery . Waste of time and money . Please better select other delivery services.This is rediculous! Collection was promised repeatedly for couple of times but nobody came to collect.It's ridiculous to expect us to stay home everyday to wait for collection but failed us over and over again. What is going on?

I used EasyParcel Pgeon Services, it turned out Parcels not delivered after 1 month still, Pgeon no reply, EasyParcel also no reply, my parcels lost, my image damaged.
I understand MCO period things are tough, but can u answer me why deliver within Selangor area took 1 month ??

I must to be honest, you had a very good service as far I used.
Service as promised. Exactly reached me on the next day and do the pickup after my requests. Unlike the another same middle-man company. Their service are sucks.

VERY SLOW SERVICE. No contact number for customer service. Shipping partners do not collect parcels on time and EasyParcel claims that they're not responsible for it.
