Is really very disappointed with your services, my shipment to Ipoh, is super fast, however; super good in breaking my goods; and yet to reply to my claim. Asking for ridiculous information such as packing picture from receiver; how can receiver give us a picture as per request; all boxes are opened and dismantle and threw away.......!!!!!!!!!.
Please have the courtesy to reply, return call or reply our watapss messages.....??????
You can wait and threw us away as your potential good clients, but, we can't afford to do that to our customer. We value and understand the meaning of customer service.

This review is solely for Aramex shipments that we arranged via EasyParcel. We have been using Aramex via EasyParcel for almost 4 months and have shipped almost 500 shipments. It was all good until recently that they started to dispute couple of our shipments weight. Coincidentally (or fraudulently, read on and you judge yourself), most of the weights that they disputed were double or more than what we booked. We are selling female lingerie so imagine they charge you 1kg (actual only 0.35kg) for just 4 pieces of lightweight lingerie....you can imagine the frustration that we are having. Contacted EasyParcel along with photos on weighing scale & contents of the parcels, they came back with an image from Aramex showing the weight on their weighing scale and literally shut the case without putting much common sense in resolving the issues. And then when we contacted Aramex, they will not deal with us as we booked our shipments via EasyParcel. So in the end, we as a customer have got nothing we can do but to absorb all the additional charges. The only solution that we have been suggested by EasyParcel is to book your parcels at a heavier weight just in case of such disputes.....brilliant solution!

Pgeon delivery destroyed my shipment (even after proper packaging). I asked for help on compensation / assistance first thing in the morning on a working day, Easyparcel got back to me at 4.27pm and asked for all the details by 6pm LATEST on the same day. Yet they highlighted for Pgeon Delivery, all details on the broken parcel must be sent within ONE working day (24 hours in this case, or maybe not??). MIND YOU, I already sent the picture evidence of the packaging and broken item before you guys replied me at all to ask for more information by 6 freaking PM.
I asked for further assistance since I only read the email late in the evening because I was busy before that. Not to mention, don't people need time to prepare the details? especially when you'll need the details from the recipient? What if you need time to collect all the details from the recipient too? Does this even make any sense? So I requested for further assistance but NOPE no replies, no responses. I tried messaging Easyparcel on the LIVE chat as well, nobody got back to me and just told me someone will find me. Waited for hours, no news. (cricket sounds). I sent all the details anyway but also NOPE no replies AT ALL. Shows how much you guys actually care about your customers. Maybe it's because I'm not a big customer and it's just one measly order to you guys? It's not even about the money anymore. It's about responsibility. I'll finish up my remaining credit and i'm gonna stop using this service all together.

Very bad service. Paid for a pick up collection parcel on Monday, but until Wednesday still no news of the courier guy. Contacted customer service but they weren't helpful on expediting the process and even prompted me to cancel my parcel. (You should be ensuring that the guy comes sooner?) In the end, I called up the courier partner to ask on the status and worst thing was their tone didn't even sound bothered to help with the customers and kept giving false promises, sadly the pick-up courier personnel never came. Used to be good, but recently very, very, very, very bad. Every parcel now will definitely be a missed pick-up, and when you report it to their CS team, they can only say that they will remind the courier service and then they will close the ticket. Zero follow-up after that, so you have to reopen a new ticket, over and over again until finally someone picks up your item. This has happened to me way too many times now, I'm done.

Overall, I've used Easyparcel a lot during MCO as Pos Malaysia is not working for international mail so I've had to rely on Easyparcel for international and local deliveries. When it's good, its good but one of the things that is difficult for me, is the inconsistencies. Sometimes some places in the US gets a different price way higher, almost double for TNT and then some places TNT don't appear at all. So I've had to cancel orders just because shipping is too high or there's no service from TNT, places such as Boston even sometimes. Making it very difficult to run a business at times. I don't really get it why TNT don't deliver to every state and why they can't offer competitive rates because I go down to MBE and I get a similar rate, a few RM higher and deliverable for the same address. So is it that easyparcel keep turning off choices to push the other couriers? or just that you can't negotiate a good deal. Long term plan for this is not good coz I already had to book less as the other couriers are way too expensive for my customers. Just to clarify TNT and Fedex have merged but on Easyparcel TNT offers a good rate for some places, the rate I got on MBE is for Fedex Intl Priority. I still hope Easyparcel will come through with TNT as the rates are great.
