Worst customer service, no reply for hours, tracking not updating, suspect parcel stolen/lost.

Good Services ! Easy and convenient for me and also affordable service price !

Item received in good condition, no tear nor broken items.

Often items are manageable quickly and efficiently. Love it!

The service is convenient where everything can be easily be done with just a few clicks. Not to mention, the customer service agent is really helpful and efficient when I'm facing the delivery issue.

One word --> Horrible!!!!

I wish I can rate 0 star for this. If the management see this, please contact me, maybe I can show you some POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL customer services that I experienced. As a EP2000 user and I am going to stop using as soon as my credit finishes.

I received message this morning and tell me will send parcel to me before 6pm. But i wait until 7pm i didn't receive any parcel and call. If u guys cannot send me in today why wanna send massage to me and mention me stand by . I spend whole day to wait ur parcel then? Seriously wasted my time.
Till now it showing out of delivery. Where u guys delivery to? Ur warehouse?

Pls, would u like to take the wrong parcel that u had sent to me on 8/5/2020? I don t have the responsibility to take care of the item almost 1 month without any clarify at all in u company!!!

Speed delivery are fast, delivery man well manners, polite.. excellent service, will definitely recommend anyone who need to send goods often.

The web server always reported abad gateway error! Why such error happen always! Can't even load into the page!

Received parcels by sellers who used EasyParcel. Personally, I love the pink colour of the parcel which look so vibrant. Service is good, item received in good condition. Thumbs up to the team

bad service. i didn t even get my parcel for a few weeks already . sorry but im Highly not recommend to everyone . no wonder a lot of people keep complaining about it sorry but say no more to easy parcel .

Used to be my only choice. But now, missing parcels, late email replies, never get my parcel issue solved which I sent on March and until NOW 19th June still not yet delivered!! I am very angry as my customer had requested refund and I lose RM418 just for one missing parcel which they never delivered. Also, they will auto deduct your credit for any charge back without consulting, make me trust them less

Your delivery guy was being rude, unprofessional and scolded my nephew who help take my parcel on my behalf which he cried later on. I understand that delivering parcel on high volume whole day who make one go tired but not to the point go and scold a person.

Receive the item quicker than expected. Due to this pandemic time they still managed to deliver the item on time. Definitively recommended to other.

Worst customer service ever. They took money from my account after the parcel has been sent, by TNT saying weight dispute. Should have inform me before sending. Contacted the customer service but she did not listen to anything I said, she replied me with copy-paste long email instead. I gave her a feedback regarding the website and was disregarded. Courier companies always missed pick up the first time I book. I addressed this to them and customer service agent said it didn t get picked up because the parcel wasn t ready. Actual fact the parcel was ready and I was waiting the whole day for the courier company to come.This was CJ courier. Pgeon delivery lost my parcel, I contacted them via live chat. I waited for an hour, and noone was there to reply me until I gave up. They just gave me an automatic replies saying that they will reply me soon. Horrible, horrible, horrible - never again!

My parcel is in a perfect condition. Good services. The staff called me before they reached to my house.

My parcel should be picked up on 27/7/2020 . It has been 12 days late , the courier service still haven't come to pick up my parcel . I did reporting , rescheduling , nothing worked ! i went to the help center and tried to rebook or remind the courier but the system says there is no parcel pending to pick up ( i cant even do anything . I was waiting for the courier to come at home everyday but they didn't even give me a call ! The service is worse and slow . the live chat requires 2 hrs for someone to answer me and if i didn't answer after several minutes means i am inactive and live chat should be closed ! I am very disappointed with the service and hope someone will take this seriously !

0 star, please dont use easy parcel as they are not responsible towards your parcel. they have lost my parcel. Asked for refund yet they said its not applicable as we are the one who didnt attached the airwaybill. i have an ok picture that i already attached airwaybill. defeat reason eh tanak refund. must be lost on route. I mean, is it logical for us who have been using courier services for 10 years for awb? Nonsense i can for evidence lah attached.

Ready to go citylink ok to see where the parcel is. then I know where easy parcel can say we do not attach airwaybill. seriously? Citylink is ready for tracking dorang pickup, so which part eh said I am not attached awb, easy parcel does not update near the system that dorang pickup parcel i. even though I picked up on 1st Feb.

I call city link dorang respond every question i, when call aramex asyik said want to investigate but until then there is no answer. call many times ready to place and enggage right CS number dorang. Live chat near easy parcel does not help the answer that robots repeat the same thing to each question. go easy parcel jalan reef 1/2 rawang dorang kata oh dorang agent je, they are not responsible pun. i mean seriously?

then if you ask for a refund of RM 138.30 dorang blame us also do not attach airwaybill. luck i have awb picture attached with black parcel.

Super bad courier service company!! Just declare the lost of items and didn't compensate us. Very Irresponsible company! Please do not use this courier service otherwise you will be regret if your parcel lost!!

Tracking with details of event and contact of delivery guy given which you can call to actually track your parcel.

This is my 1st time using this service. But gladly their service such a good service. I got the tracking number through my email and the date that I can get the parcel exactly same date that they informed me.

Are all the 5 star reviews authentic? I suspect these are paid reviewers. I signed up for EasyParcel, and out of the 10 delivery attempts I booked, only 1 gets picked up. There is no contact point, and no place to lodge complaints. Do not ever use their service. It's an absolute flop! And mind you, I have patiently waited, and patiently tried out their service over a year. It's been terrible, the worst I have encountered.

I think this book 'rest your heart with prayer' is very valuable. Writing that is very touching ... especially when read in the middle of the silence of the night. This book is able to holistically link the 'living' prayers with our worldly life and busyness .. take care of my heart and gently educate my heart .. may God bless the author .. ustaz pahrol mohamad juoi

Fake advertised for delivery date. I shipped my document from Malaysia to Germany. On the easyparcel website, they mentioned that Aramex will only take 3 days (priority express parcel) to get my shipment delivered, a month passed but my shipment is still on the way. I contacted Easyparcel customer service and request for a refund for shipping fees, but no clear solution was given. If I don't concern about delivery time and service quality, why should I pay the higher cost for courier service but not using the snail mail service from the post office? I am really disappointed with EasyParcel and Aramex.

So fsr my experience with easyparcel is good. Fast delivery and the parcel received is in good condition. Thankyou for the good service.

The customer service is terrible. They didnt pick up my parcel and then when i tried to contact the customer service personnel, he first sent me wrong information as it was suppose to be to another persons chat. Second he told me to wait if not come back after a certain time as they have Friday prayers and other excuses. What kind of service provider company are they? A freaking joke!

System keeps crashing. Shopify with 100 orders. Tick 50, click add to cart, crash, check again, 8 went through. Try 10 at once, same thing.

Took me 1 hour to add all to cart. Payment also hang, 15 minutes to pay, then finally want to print consignment note, already 1.5 hours at the time of typing and still crashing away.

Oh yeah, it also likes to randomly log you out and the "Remember Me" function doesn't work on the website.

Clearly the system is not ready to be used. Avoid.

Very speedy international shipping! Website is easy to use (though it did take me a minute to figure out) and the SMS updates were appreciated!
