VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. And this is my first time using this service. No one can be contacted and the so called customer support is just so damn pathetic with a response message saying that they will only revert in 24 hours. HOW THE HELL DO YOU EXPECT TO PROVIDE ANY PROPER SERVICE WHEN YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY AND YOU WILL ONLY REPLY IN 24 HOURS WHEN THE PARCEL WILL BE PICKED UP TODAY?

I won't give any stars if that's possible. Had very bad experience with EasyParcel. They're not responsive when customers had issues. Scheduled for pick up twice, and but both were failed. Credits were deducted. And it's so hard to reach EasyParcel Customer Service. LOUSY.

I never wanted to post here but I had PM, reported, submitted ticket since 18/12/2017 till now 21/12/17 and my parcel still with me. No one comes and collect it. All the submitted tickets only reply apologize and same answer each email but my problem is not fix!

Been looking for their contact number from their site and google, I can't find it. Anyone have their number to call up?

this company got no customer service and no Trust. i waited for 1 hour and no one attend the web chat ....and no one either to contact me back. They Promise Pegeon delivery next day but did not even bother to contact you anything and item did not arrive after 1 week even mention guarantee next day arrive....Do not use this company else you will regret .....

This the worst courier company in Malaysia, the most stupied employer, simply put a pick up request at wrong house and when we go and claims the parcel it belong to other people address. They shouldn't exist in this country

A LOT OF ITEMS are under non-compensation means if the postmen lost your parcel. You HAVE TO BEAR THE LOSS (your product cost and compensation to your customer)

EASYPARCEL changed the non-compensation list in 2020. Last year, I can still claim compensation, but now I have to bear the loss, even if it is not my fault. I have changed to DELYVA.com *can add-on insurance currently because they can claim compensation.

If the postman loses your package, many items will not be compensated. You must bear the loss yourself (product cost and compensation to customers)

Bad experiences. Always missed pick up. Customer service nobody to answer calls. Leave message, no follow up. Always give excuse on their delays, but no action been taken. Not recommended.

Every detail from registering as a customer until the package arrived at my doorstep was taken care with utmost respect by Mr Marshall of EasyParcel. His step-by-step instructions for a noob like me is highly appreciated. I had the most heart-warming experience with EasyParcel, which I had not seen anywhere in the service industry for a looooong time! Keep up the great work and a big SYABAS to Mr Marshall.

Horrible service for Easy Parcel. They dont bother about quality and customer service. You wont get any response in a week. And once parcel is damaged, they will find a way to say they wont reimburse. Even Rat bitten my parcel, but they did not reimburse.

I love Pigeon delivery service as it's the cheapest among all courier services with pickup service from my home. Saved me time going out to post and I can avoid crowds during MCO and save waiting time. Strongly recommend. Oh ya, I also love the referral rewards by introducing a good service to friends.

(0 star) Liked easy parcel for their pink packaging. Paid RM0.50 for each flyer. BUT, Very Terrible experience with EasyParcel . Lost my customers trust because of easy parcel. Delayed pickup for five days. Called them and even called poslaju to rush for pickup at my house but not even come until nowwww (one month already). Easy parcel so called easy but HARD though. They never even come and ask me about whether Poslaju has pickup my parcels, doesnt care about customers. I ended up going to Mailboxes.etc to drop the parcels. Faster. Will never trust Easy Parcel no more. Thanks

Absolutely terrible service if you send to overseas. Do not be fooled by their low prices on their website because they WILL charge you more later. You will end up paying more than walking into any store and paying the full price in the beginning. I had one parcel send to Europe, parcel value is 200rm, i paid RM60 for the easyparcel service. 1 month later they emailed me and said they cannot deliver the item and they can return it to me if pay RM400 or destroy the item for RM250 which is what they did and i am out of almost RM500 and they said there is nothing they can do about it. last week i sent a parcel to USA via Fedex. i paid the full price, item delivered few days later now they just charged me another RM110 on my credit card because they said weight of the item is different than what i booked (while i have a digital scale and i weight every single package before sending. now i have to prove to them that a parcel i sent last week was not 2 KILO grams and it was only 300 GRAMS ) There is a reason they want your credit card to be able to send overseas because they will charge you as much as they want later. Customer service is mostly a joke because they reply emails quickly but they cannot do anything if yor package is missing or lost. I had one package lost. i reported it 2 months ago and the status is still "proceeding"

If not my company want to use easy parcel , i will never want to use! Lousy , not responsive at all , poor service . My parcel pick up on 1/3/21 , only Cheras to Cheras area , now, today already 12/3 /21 receiver still didn't receive. No complain contact , email also roboting replied . Very Terrible this company.
