This is my first time commenting on Google. I was introduced by a friend of mine to book a mailing service online. But I didn't expect this to be the worst decision in my life. A company that is not worth owning a star.
Disadvantage
1. Your company does not provide basic customer service contact information/channels at all.
2. When the package is lost/lost connection, the sender/receiver has no way to start. Don t worry if you don t provide call service,
3. The number of online customer service personnel is poor. If you are lucky, you only need to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. If you are not lucky, you have to wait 2 hours or more.
4. Only provide online customer service/email.
5. The service is really bad to say. . .
6. The package disappears somehow and is not processed.
From now on, you will no longer use your platform.
