You need to up your service level, pal. I must agree with most of the people who commented here. Missed pick ups especially with Skynet and Nationwide courier companies (I've tried PosLaju, Skynet, Nationwide & Pgeon so far). You really need to improve.

I want to give a review of easyparcel service and their partners.

1. My parcels have been sitting on my desk for over 7 days. The missed pickup was reported but still, I have not received any better service from any of the courier services as if there is no communication and reminder been put through from easyparcel to the courier partners especially POS Laju.

2. Rescheduled pickup was not informed to me and courier came to collect when I was not around. Didn t leave any numbers to call.

3. I rebook the schedule thinking it will transfer the responsibility to other courier but instead I was charged again for easyparcel and its courier service own fault.

4. I am a new easyparcel customer. I have the impression that easyparcel service is reliable and solve people's problem in doing deliveries without hassle. Obviously, my impression was wrong. Worst earsyparcel take my money up front.

Apparently, after googling, I found there were so many complaints about easyparcel rampant missed pickup and left customers hopelessly waited for their parcel to be picked up.

Hope I will receive immediate better service and expect to resolve it by today else I will report this mistreated event and handling to KPDNHEP for further action. Tq

Items delivered in good condition. Tracking system helps a lot & very user friendly. The courier guy is friendly and well behave. Overall, i am very satisfied with EasyParcel services. Thank you.

bad service , parcel gone for 2 months already, easyparcel no claim ,no reply, just keep on asking the detail of the parcel ,photo of parcel, but no claim at all.no responsibility, very very bad service , please do not choose delivery under easyparcel.

parcel condition is good, sender sent out on 18th, 19th and 20th are weekend, 21st is Thaipusam so i received on 22th. Some even send the parcel during weekends or public holidays, so the speed is not impressive enough.

bad experience. Booked and paid for a delivery, no updates on the date of collection and delayed the whole procedure. Futhurmore a simple apology was given with no update on collection, was left helpless.

Parcel first failed delivery on Jun 20 at 9+pm eve...

Parcel first failed delivery on Jun 20 at 9+pm even after repeated reminders it was an office address. Alerted them on Jul 05 that parcel was not delivered. Other than repeating over 3 consecutive days that they are waiting for courier to update them on status, with no means other than a generic email to contact the courier, they basically cannot be bothered with your missing shipment. First and last time i will ever use them and Janio.

DO NOT listen to all these reviews below, it looks too fake !

Personal experience;

1) Late PICK UPs
2) NO SHOW PICK UPs
3) NO CONTACT to CLIENTS !
4) Spend HOURS trying to get SERVICE

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! If you want to do business, Easy parcel is NOT your partner !
BEST to go direct and not waste time with Easy Parcel

Have a look at their FB page with ALL the complaints from other users !

Please don't use this service. Customer service doesn't help. Twice my parcels went missing and they refuse to refund. They say same day collection but collection doesn't come for weeks and no follow up at all. Wasted my RM100 reloading and not using. What a cheat

Very disappointed with the service & system. Dropped off my parcel at their pgeon point, received sms notification straight away. However online tracking system not updated at all & upon checking they did not received the orders. Request to manually inform the courier service about the missed pick up. However, my parcel is still there after 5 days.

service is not efficient because i did place an arrangement for my parcels to be picked up by courier BUT some of them didnt get the information from easyparcel. Also, we received a late notification from easyparcel. This is really upsetting and please improve your efficiency.

Sent from Malaysia on 22 Sept 2020 and arrived on 28 Sept 2020. It took only less than a week with value for money to arrive Japan where I am residing.

Hassle free, cheap and reasonable most of all the box was in mint condition.

Will definitely use it again with the fees and professional handling.

Good work EZParcel.

The service is superb, very professional and efficient. From the collection to delivery was very smooth. I already expected delay due to covid19 so no worries about few days delay because I could keep track and update where is my parcel is. I received it in very good condition and the price are so cheap too compared to others. Highly recommended.

Been using their service for close to 3 years. It ...

Been using their service for close to 3 years. It has been good all this while with usual hiccups like missed pickups, missing parcels, etc etc. Happens to all courier companies and they are not one at fault as they are just a platform offering such services.

However, recently it has become frustrating to deal with them. I have ordered a pickup for Pos Laju on 30 July 2018 and the parcel was delivered to my customer on 2nd August 2018. All was smooth till I received a mail on Aug 30, 2018. That is precisely 28 days after the parcel was delivered.

The email mentioned that there was a weight dispute with the parcel (instead of 5kg it should be 7.05kg). So instead of RM 6.90, the actual charges is now RM 48. Since Easyparcel is a prepaid credit based company, hence they would deduct RM 41.10 from my credit.

FIRST: I have sent the same item using Pos Laju many times and there hasn't been any issue.
SECOND: Couldn't this company verify with the customer before sending? If the customer choose to proceed and agree with the surcharges, then go ahead and SEND.
THIRD: A backcharge of 28days after the parcel is delivered? So if the aunty who sold me Nasi Lemak this morning asked me to pay extra RM 10 after 28 days of eating the nasi lemak is OK??

I'm starting to feel afraid of using their service esp Pos Laju. They DO NOT care about their customers and just follow whatever the courier companies mention. I have an existing account with Gdex and sometimes weight dispute happens but they are good with follow up. They would come to my office to see and weigh the item of dispute. With Easyparcel, its a NO.

Anyone who wants to use their service, think twice about it. I would just finish up my credit with them and open an account directly with the courier company. Less hassle without the middle party.

So far so good. Aramex and TNT pickup has never disappointed me so far. The customer service Lucas is responsive. It'd be great if you guys are able to extend the operation hours to attend customer's queries. Keep up the good work!

Dont use this at all cost... poor communications despite being the middle men that they should be good at it since this is part of their core services and this had also resulted numerous delays in picking up my parcels and making their own decision without getting my confirmation

It's nice of them (the company) to inform of the package arrival as well as the tracking which are given without asking... Though the parcel sent to me is durable and not the fragile type, i am still certain they would handle every item regardless with the utmost care to make sure the recipient is satisfied.

First experience with easy parcel using nationwide...

First experience with easy parcel using nationwide express courier. Domestic delivery.
Placed order on 11/9/19. Collected by staff on 12/9/19.
Receiver still have not receive the parcel by 17/9/19. Online chat with EasyParcel can only tell me that the item is due for delivery and will revert to the incharge person. Email support replied delivery will be in 1-3 days and to revert to them if still have not receive the item.

Receiver found the item at Nationwide express STORE on 18/9/19 in view of too long duration of delivery. End up self collecting instead of delivery to front door.

The worst service. No one come to pick up my parcel on the designated date. I have been waiting from 1PM-6PM ( according to their SOP ) Still no one comes pick it up at 6.35 PM. Customer Service only reply that they remind carrier, but I did not hear back from them! The worst!

Sadly i waited the whole freaking day for my parcel to be picked up as i booked for pickup today. Wasted my whole time. Not a single word from them. Lastly cancled shaja la. Promise is a promise la guys. Ive waited the whole frigging day!!!
