What a joke. For the 3rd time in a row, the custom...

What a joke. For the 3rd time in a row, the customer service assured me that the delivery guy will come by my place to pick up my parcel, but he did not arrive ALL 3 DAYS!! Worse experience I ever had with a delivery company. If you can't even manage this properly, please just close down your business.

Will give -5 star if I could. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE.
