Horrible experience. No one at first window and aftet waiting 2 mins went to second window. Waited 5 mins before some greeted us. They sounded irritated that we went to second window. Then took a long time to get our iced coffee and strawberry coolata. They forgot the whip cream on my coolata and it took 3 more mins for them to bring it back. It tatsed horrible, not like a coolata I've ever had before. The iced coffee was supposed to have melted sugar and they did not melt it.
