I came to this D&D location at about 10:15am on 2/...

I came to this D&D location at about 10:15am on 2/17/2020 and ordered a Beyond Sausage Sandwich (vegetarian), but received a regular sausage sandwich (non-vegetarian) instead.

The scary thing is that the sticker on the sandwich wrapper said it was a Beyond sandwich, so if I never had one before, I would not have known not to eat it. The only reason I knew is that I've had them before, and knew that the shape/consistency of the patty wasn't right.

I had to drive back (>10 minutes each way) to inform them of the situation. I told them that I wanted my meal refunded, and the manager agreed, but actually took back the coffee in my hands... just to throw in the trash. So aside from attempting to feed a vegetarian meat, they also made no attempt to make things right.

I'll definitely never return to this D&D location.
