We always enjoy the sea life! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable
Took my 2 year old daughter to sea life and we were both blown away and amazed by the Dolphin, Sea Lion and Penguin shows which I recommend seeing. More daughter got to feed the exotic birds and also got to hold them. We enjoyed being able to sea large turtles so close and enjoyed the shark area. We'll worth a visit, if you purchase a ticket just know it includes transfer there and back.
Small place, but staff are amazing, shows and views are gorges
Swimming with the dolphins was too expensive. Park is not that impressive but for food for kids to see
Had a great time with my family. Used the Kama'aina discount so it was reasonably priced.
It was amazing I would highly recommend doing the dolphin tour activities or any other wildlife activities they have there. Very amazing place that does amazing things with the sea life there
My family flew from Illinois, and practically everything was under construction, closed, or workers were running late! The operation is horrible, however the dolphin shows were great, & our dolphin interaction was a non-forgettable memory!
Haven't been in decades. Like the new look at the park. Missing a couple of attractions but still worth every bit of the pre-black Friday deal that they had going on. If you're going within the next week or so be sure to mention it if you're local it'll save you almost $30 per adult.
Amazing place to visit with the family and do the royal dolphins swim wow very impressed my family loved this place. My kids really enjoyed swimming with the dolphins the staff are excellent and very professional
Very nice many attractions the best thing about this Sea Life Park they recognize veterans that have a day where they closed it off to the public it's free to all Vietnam veterans military pass retired and all of them Appreciation Day for military just wonderful Uso helps so do I
My family and I went here for the Dolphin Encounter. We loved the experience more than we were expecting. Just be prepared to be pushed to buy photos. We ended up just paying for our daughter's but they were kinda rude in the gift shop. I wish they had just an electronic option for photos instead of printed.
Go to the Chief's Luau! It was the best Luau we have ever been to. It great for all ages and really makes your time in Hawaii special. We go to Hawaii almost every year and the chief really puts on a show. Funny, action packed and gives you variety.
Small interactive park. Good for families and small kids....make sure to go into the aviary.
Lots of sea animals. Feading dolphins is fun but expensive. For a general ticket, you can still see a couple of dolphin shows. You can feed turtles and birds too. A must see.
Alejandra(a dolphin trainer) at the dolphin encounters was literally the best. She spoke multiple languages (English, Spanish, Japanese) and accommodated to all of us in the group. I learned so much about dolphins and she answered all our questions (ask about how dolphins are mammals). If I go back, it'll be because I learned so much from her. Request a dolphin encounter from Alejandra, because that is why this place gets 5 stars
Small park. You can see the whole place in 30 minutes or less. The shows are pretty good.
It s worthwhile to go to Tandao and definitely go here.
Place isn't like I remember it...lot has changed in the 20 years since I went last, and not for the better
Amazing display dolphins and sea life. Must visit for kids
Ada accessible. Thank you for a great dolphin show!
Anyone who has seen another Sealife will be very disappointed in this.
Small but the scenery and view tottaly made up for it. Feeding the birds was our favorite.
Swimming with the dolphins was such an amazing experience. The trainers are great and work really well with the people. Richard who oversees the park really was so down to earth and spent time with the customers. That meant a lot to me. Thank you guys for a experience of a life time.
The park itself is great and has a nice sea life interaction program. Travel to and from Waikiki beach is lengthy.
Great Sea Lion show but it would be nice if the park was maintained better.
Nice place to visit while in Hawaii, very educational,
Upgraded to swim with the dolphins. Totally worth. Great time had by entire family.
Had a great time there very educational and interesting
Lot's of construction and closed areas. Missed out on the full experience.
Swim with the sharks needs to be booked in advance threw a third party company so wet didn't get to do out because they just changed it so there website is not updated but we swam with the rays and white tipped sharks so it was still a blast
Amazing! Kids loved it! They fed birds, turtles and fish.
The dolphin show was awesome, and swimming with the dolphins was amazing. The trainers were really nice, but the pictures are outrageously priced. Your family or friends can stand outside of the dolphin area and take pictures, but it's not close enough to get good pictures. You can touch baby sea turtles.. so big bonus there
Chiefs Luau was amazing I loved every minute. A loud and lively atmosphere, this place is one for those ready to get up and become an active member of the "family". Family friendly and good food I hope to come back soon!
Big time tourist trap. Paid $90 a person for the dolphin encounter . The whole thing is a scam to dupe tourists into overpaying for pictures. They don t let you take a camera in, set you up for a picture then when you go to pick up your picture it s at least $25 per photo. So you basically pay to sit it a bathtub with dolphins in order to pay for more pictures. Don t do it. There are better options on the island. Save your hard earned cash for a place that isn t out to rob unsuspecting tourists.
This is a small park. It took us about 1 hour and a half to visit. It's great for children as there are many activities for them.
Place closes at 4pm. We went there at 4.30pm. Agent over the counter was helpful and gave us 6months open tickets to visit any of their sea life parks.
had the usual creatures but a bit small and expensive
Dolphin show and bird feeding was a great experience for the kids to enjoy. Even my parents in law enjoyed the birds sitting on their heads :)
It's a small park that is meant for way little kids. The only fun part was the dolphin exhibit. If you're going for any other reason I'd suggest go to the actual beach, or go to a real sea world. Theres a reason they sell alcohol there
Luau was fantastic. Entertainment was spectacular. Food and service were both excellent. Worth the price and drive from Waikiki.
A pirate ship being done outside? I wanted to see the dolphin show a few times, but I haven't been to it since it disappeared, but the sea looks beautiful and there aren't many guests so I can see it without a hitch.
Dolphins were amazing and there were lots of fun things for kids to do
Not worth the 40 dollar general entrance fee, too many sea turtles inside their little pool. Fun for kids but a pity to see as an adult. Dolphin show was cute, but still not worth it.
Awesome. Go watch Chief Luau's performance! A must see!
It was a lot of fun even for grownups. Nice shows and very clean.
Great shows and sea animals! Fun time chaperoning my son's field trip.
We had a fun time. Some of my group too a photo with birds. We got a great picture from the experience. Some of us did the dolphin adventure, where we got to pet and kiss the dolphins and also hang in to it's fins while it swam. They took photos of us, available for purchase. Alas, we had to go so we could make it for our dinner reservation and weren't able to see our photos. But the Sea Life folks were able to give me an internet address so I can but then in line later.
I had a really enjoyable time, my favorites were the bird sanctuary and the Sea Turtles
Very small with not alot to see but the specialty excursions and the dolphin show were great
A little underwhelming. Seemed like it was running on its last legs. If I could review Luau it would be a strong 4 stars.
139 dolphins have died here since this place opened. They're also keeping the last surviving cetacean from a Japanese drive fishery (like the one in Taiji featured in the documentary The Cove) in the US in a small tub in the back. She's been there since August 2015. I'm writing this in February of 2017.
The luau here was really good we enjoyed it very much
It's one of those places you should go visit once, but probably won't feel like you need to visit again.
Good. But needs more shade over bleachers for shows
Wouldn't let my blind wife swim with the dolphins despite this violating ADA law (there has to be a written rule stating that vision is required for whatever activity they are denying with a study or findings to prove that). We tried multiple times to get a hold of the curator (no one would tell us a name, just 'the curator') to actually ask what concrete reason/rule she was being denied to no avail.
Dolphin Quest was more than happy to accommodate us, they didn't have to do much as my wife is still a proficient swimmer just needed to take a moment more to explain certain things. If you want a more enjoyable experience where you can tell the marine biologists (not just the elusive 'curator') genuinely care for the animals then try Dolphin Quest.
No one should support a company who holds animals in captivity who are forced to entertain and die an early death. It's absolutely inhumane. Support eco tourism instead
Good food good food fabulous show luau was amazing it rained and it still was going down recommend anybody that lives life to definitely come one time free world was decent very very very good shows entertaining
There is a dolphin show between tourist routes
It was nice to have a 5 year old daughter
It is bit small but has variety of sea animals. They do different shows about penguins, sea lions and dolphins. It also has a bird nest where people can go and feed the birds. They also do story time for children and give them badges according to their achievements. Badges can be collected from the souvenir shop.
amazing!!!!! such a fun place to be, smiles all around
Swimming and interacting with the dolphins is awesome including the scenery in the back ground. I highly recommend this place just be sure to bring cash in case the power goes out
Beautiful little park with shows. Amazing views of ocean in the background. Got to feed birds in a bird sanctuary. Right across the freeway from the ocean.
Not very big. Has a few shows throughout the day, but not very many exhibits/attractions.
