First, the Caramel latte was wonderful.
However, I not a fan of the new concept. I understand the object was to increase customer experience, which I think is code for faster service times, but the I received my latte no faster than I would at any other Dunkin. I should note I was the only one in line inside.
The hot coffee is all made in urns holding 1.5 gallons each. Ice coffee is served from what resembles beer taps. The seats are all wooden with no padded seating available. There are only 3 tables: 1 group table seating 7 and 2 smaller tables seating 4 each. No 2 seat tables. There is no drop ceiling and the noise level was high.
Though I did not try it out, there is one amenity that could be a major improvement. There is a drive thru lane dedicated to On The Go orders.
All in all I have to say that this re-design is not an improvement.
