I really appreciate the staff at Associa Hawaii. They are always responsive to my property needs and are friendly and helpful.

Staff seemed friendly and ok they totally screwed me over when I went to set up automatic withdraw I was told I was up to date for the month(I came in twice asking once to pick up the app and once to drop it off) TWICE! and they still charged me for the month I was paid for AND cause me an overdraft and they say they are not going to pay me for the financial harm they have done to me

The worst property management company you ever will deal with. Actually, you probably won't even be able to deal with them at all, they are well known for disregarding and ignoring inquiries, and not responding at all. Their former CEO is in jail for embezzling association funds, so you should do an audit if they managed your association.

UPDATE: Do not let the "New Associa" TV ads fool you. Nothing has changed. After firing Associa Hawaii a year ago, we are still trying to get our financial documents from them. We learned our former account manager (Laurie Sokach) has left the company (rats are the first ones to bail from a sinking ship), but her replacement (Marissa Bankston) is not better, she won't even respond to our requests! We finally got our documents and funds back from them, and guess what! Their check bounced "Insufficient Funds"! What a joke! Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company!

Associa Hawaii manages our AOAO in Kamilo. Our representative seems to work hand-in hand in questionable practices with our board. We (owners) have been told we can only communicate with our board via Associa Hawaii, yet when we do about any item deemed contentious, we get no response, or are admonished for asking certain questions.
