The WORSTTTT customer service!! STAY AWAY!!! I bought a car from them and the car left me stranded a couple of days later, in the middle of nowhere. I finally got it over to an OReilleys and they tested the battery, the battery was completely bad!! I bought a new battery to get home. Why they would let me drive home with a bad battery is beyond me!!!! Called customer service and left Miriam w/customer service) 4 voicemails over a two week span!! NO CALL BACK FROM HER!!! Left her another vmail letting her know I was going to hang up and just call a manager. Miriam suddenly calls me back. She asks me to scan receipts over to her. A few weeks later, UPS delivers a check to me. Only it's a check for $1500 that another customer was apparently expecting!!! I called the dealership again, ask Miriam to transfer me to a manager, she refuses to and instead sends my call to a random salesguy. Again, she did not want me to speak to a manager. It has been 39 days!!!!! NO CALL BACK FROM ANYBODY, NO ISSUE RESOLVED, ANOTHER CUSTOMER DID NOT GET THEIR CHECK & I HAVE NO RECEIVED MY CHECK EITHER!!! THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, AND IVE BEEN TO PLENTY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE...SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY VALUE YOUR BUSINESS!!!
