I had the best experience purchasing my new vehicle at EchoPark in Grand Prairie Texas. Charles Bright made our experience easy, fast and gave us all the information that we needed to choice the right vehicle for our family. I would highly recommend If you are looking for a vehicle to go to EchoPark and ask for Charles Bright! He will make your experience amazing!

They get you with the pricing but one thing I noticed is that they dont provide a 360 inspection on these used vehicles like they advertise. I bought a 2016 BMW 528i with 33,000 on it that had bad breaks and a messed up suspension system. The shocks were so bad that when I went over bumps you could hear it screech as the car went up and down. I bought their warranty and Ally s. Reported the problem to them and they set an appt up to bring it in to correct the issue. They called me to pick my car up ablut a day later and said they fixed the breaks...i advised it was breaks and shocks. The guy told me he would check to see if they did work on the shocks and call me right back. Never called me back. Kept calling them and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! A whole week later some guy named Kyle emails me letting me know they did extensive work on the suspension system and the car was ready to be picked up. Got my car and the breaks were fixed BT THE SHOCKS WERE STILL MESSED UP! Was advised by Miriam that she would call me Monday to confirm if they did the work or not and SHE NEVER CALLED! BEWARE OF THE VEHICLES CONDITION WHEN YOU PURCHASE! DURING YOUR TEST DRIVE TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY THEIR BEST TO GET OUTNOF COMPLETING THE REPAIRS THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE BEFORE YOU BUY A VEHICLE! What type of 360 inspection is that! THEN the Enterprise right across the freeway said the same thing. They get alot of customers who just bought cars who have to bring them back and get put in rentals because they weren t sold to the customer in a proper condition!

I can say that purchasing a vehicle here was pretty painless. Although I was not super stoked about the price of the vehicle, in my opinion, it was priced, JUST A LITTLE over what it was worth, the customer service of Robin Washington, her eagerness to help us find the right vehicle, and get the financing and payments within range was excellent. Everyone that we dealt with in the office seemed to have an upbeat attitude, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. The car drives great. The extended Warranty was a concern of ours, and it turned out to be the same terms as getting one straight from the DEALERSHIP, with the exception that Drivers Select has an option where you can forgo the deductible!!! Robin was excellent in explaining all options, and hunting to find the right vehicle in the right color for us. Thank you Drivers Select, and Robin Washington.

This place has a great variety of cars. My actual care buying experience was great. Roberto was very patient.
However once i got the car I have experiencecd the worst customer service yet. This place does not return calls, they do not email back.
When and if you call and choose the selection for purchase-someone answers right away.
I have waited for a Kyle , a Yana to call back for weeks. Not only are they terrible with communication, no refunds, follow up with the company they work with Ally auto.
You can check out their cars, but buy knowing you will have the worse nightmare with paperwork and cutomer service. I would give a zero if available.

I contacted them about purchasing a reasonably priced vehicle and intended to trade my car in on it. I was called by the salesman to advise me that they had worked out the deal but were only able to give me $XXXX for my trade in. I could not hang up on him fast enough!! I have a KBB written offer for my car and they were trying to offer me HALF of what that offer was!! It was beyond insulting and they must have mistaken me for some "clueless female". Now I can see one of the ways they keep their prices "low"... because obviously they aren't paying anything out! Will NEVER contact them again no matter what their prices are! I'm not that desperate!!

I came to look at a car I found online, I scheduled an appointment and I was fortunate enough to have had Liz as a guide here. She was super friendly and great to work with. I didn t get to take the car I originally came for but thanks to Liz I found another great car at a great price and I m happy with how everything turned out.

Harry Lee did not try to up-sell me. I appreciate it so much. I came with my own pre-qualification and was in and out within an hour. I appreciate the safety measures. He was knowledgeable and fast.

I was only coming to browse and test drive some vehicles. George found the exact vehicle (but even more specialized) that I was dreaming of!! It was very reasonably priced and the and was a much faster process than I have ever experienced!

While the inventory is huge, prices are good and price offered for my trade in was also good, the dealership did not do what they promised to. To make a long story short, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. I asked the sales staff if I could see and test drive the vehicle and the salesman went to look for the vehicle. He couldn t find it and it took him nearly 45 mins to track down the vehicle. I was patient and waited and was finally able to test drive the truck. After doing so I was 99% sure I wanted to purchase so I asked to see the vehicle again. Well after another 30 mins or so of trying to track down the truck he came back and said one of their staff crashed the truck when they moved it and they would have to send it to the body shop. They promised that they would give me a call when it was done and I could come look at it and have first chance to buy. Well the phone never rang so I called a few weeks later to inquire about the truck only to find out that they had sold it to someone else...Needless to say I was and still am very unhappy. Dealership is not honorable to their word!

I never thought buying a car could be this easy! Such great prices, no hidden fees, and wonderful customer service!

As a first time buyer I was a tad bit nervous walking into drivers select. I've heard cringe worthy stories from individuals I know about the car buying experience. I bought a audi A4 2015 model almost two years ago. The car looked in excellent condition and it had no accident reports. After 7/8 months I could notice on the side front bumper the paint peeling off. I thought maybe a small rock hit the side and caused it peel but the peeling kept going in three different areas until I decided to take it somewhere to re paint. They said it was a bumper accident and the dealership should've noticed bc there were significant repair signs from the hood and side door.. I am really frustrated and very disappointed to trust the dealership with a 24G investment. Despite the car running perfectly I wouldn't recommend this dealership one bit.

My salesman Mr.John Shaffer was the best. he made sure we understood everything from our first conversation over the phone and from the time I step foot in the door he was the best.. I never felt any pressure to buy the car he made me feel comfortable in my decision..he even went with me to get the ins on the car now that was coooolllll.... would I recommend him to my friends and family YES I WILL!!!!!! he was GREAT!!!!!! and if there were more salesman like him it would be a lot of happy customers.......

Super easy experience! Eric was the gentlemen who helped us, very professional minimal pressure to purchase anything. We had two different vehicles we wanted to drive -no problem- they brought them up one at a time and let me and my wife take them out for a rides. It was a great experience buying car from them. I had an issue with the key fob after I purchased the car. Best part, Mike and Wes helped me with the problem and they covered the expenses related with the problem.

Had to wait more than 4 hours to test drive 1 car. They lost my license and handled the situation very unresponsibly. Later found the license on the table and the way they acted was little weird. They don t value our time. Won t recommend anybody.

Charles McCormick is the BEST car sales person out there!! I was very nervous about buying my 16 year old son his 1st car, but Charles was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient, he helped me and my son find the perfect car for him! Buying a new vehicle is usually a hassle due to high-pressure salesmen and back and forth haggling but we didn't experience any of that here. Robert and the other employees were extremely friendly and helpful and the business model they follow there is transparent and modern. They sell cars in excellent quality for the price and their service honestly matches that quality. We'd definitely consider this place for our next vehicle purchase.

Called the sales guy an hour before leaving and let him know the exact car I was coming there for. Am hour later we get there and wait for almost an hour he comes back to tell me it's on hold. No due diligence or ability to do their homework to answer customers accurately on whether a car is available or not.

I bought a camaro from this dealership about 6 months ago, great price , great salesman ( His name was trey i believe) , not pushy at all , car was in mint conditions , drove it to florida and back to texas, my family have had horrible experiences with different dealerships like david mcdavid. I decided to get my car fron this dealership because it had great reviews compared to other dealerships. Reviews dont lie

I came in 5/28/20 to inquire about a specific vehicle I found on Facebook marketplace & online (their website), they told me to go check on their computers that show available stock just to make sure it was still available. After I successfully found the vehicle I wanted in their stock I kept trying to flag down employees to find out what my next step in the process would be with no luck (many employees walked by and never once acknowledged not only myself but a few customers in the lobby). It was close to closing so I figured ok they just want to get home, I don t blame them (still trying to be courteous). I walked up to the desk and the first thing the guy at the desk asked was if I had just arrived because at that point they were already closed. I explained to him I was asked to look through the inventory on one of the computers and then I tried to get the attention of an employee for awhile with no luck and informed him that I had no problem with coming in the next day I just really wanted to get the ball rolling and see what I needed to have all my ducks in a row to expedite the process and make it easy on everyone. He then referred me to a salesman who then came to speak to me and told me he would text or email me the site to apply online that same night so that we could be prepared to buy Friday. Thursday night I waited and never received the email, Finally on Friday I received the email and went on to apply right away. I text him and informed the application was done and he responds with letting me know he would start working on it. I few hours later with no response I contacted the salesman and ask for the status and he says he was sorry but got busy but they were currently working on numbers and again he would get back to me. I said ok and informed I had taken the day off thinking I would be able to get this taken care of ASAP again he says I ll get back to you. Here I find myself 3 days later still waiting and they are closed today so I definitely won t get a response today, tomorrow will be my 4th day since I made my initial point of contact with no response. If I did not qualify or whatever the case is FINE but at least have the audacity and professionalism to reach out to your customers to inform them of the outcome!

I had a great experience at Drivers Select, Dallas. I encountered only friendly, courteous, warm employees who were willing to answer in detail any questions I had, and who did not pressure me to buy quickly, but to look until I found something I was completely comfortable with. It is certainly a more modern was of doing things - from the staff roles to the bulk-sale approach to the facility itself - but I was grateful that this didn t take away from the experience, in that I still felt very comfortable and was treated like a person, rather than simply a number.

They have unbeatable car prices. That being said they literally force you to buy unnecessary extended car warranty with the purchase. They will persuade you to buy the warranty or other services through them while delaying your purchase paperwork and making you wait to get more stressed out about it. It has happened to two of my friends when they made their purchase and i have witnessed it all. Nevertheless i might still suggest to buy car from them JUST because of the price they offer.

Came from Ohio. Before leaving I asked several people several times to send detailed pictures showing any defects in and out. I kept asking if the paint was swirled. The salesman generally left a bad taste in my mouth, treating me as if I wasn't a serious buyer and they are so busy..whats the big deal it's just a car purchase...they sell so many and have so many sales people. So he assured me none of thier cars have any damages. He promised me that if there was any issue it would be corrected before I left. I called back to get a different salesman who verified that was the policy. I would not do the $500/24hr non refundable deposit bc I now had an icky feeling...and they require you apply for financing first...drove all weekend for the suv of my dreams...bc I didn't want to lose it now(even though it sat there for a month) Got there and the paint was swirled, crusty stains on the headliner and pitted rotors. Felt a weird vibration in brakes...which I think was the actuator after googling. Ok..time to make it right, right. Wrong. The manager and service manager all claimed nothing was wrong, the car was in perfect condition. As in I'm just some crazy little lady...what do I know...(enough to.not buy it) Not fixng it. So I price out repairs ...tell them I need that much off the price...not to mention a good buffing out. No go...they are losing money on the car. So I told them they will lose even more on it bc it's gonna sit. left and found a great dealer that got me a brand new 2018, same trim level at the same price... minus the sunroof. So glad I walked out.

These people a joke.. We test drove a GMC Terrain the left us setting so we tried to call so we left them a text explaining why we were leaving.
We were. Very interested in the car .
We explained that the brakes and rotors were bad on the back.
I told them to correct this give me a call that I was still interested in the car.
No calls no apologies no nothing from these people I would never ever buy anything from them they are very unprofessional

I was just inquiring online , I asked Marcelo for saleswoman Marla Rosser there, she had written me yesterday and he said let me get you her phone #, & he actually did it. I had experience with larger natl used car dealer yesterday, I called to speak to my salesman & man answering phone could not be bothered to fwd my call or my message to my salesman while i was driving. My salesman has been there 16yrs, he never got the message i left either. Customer Service is so important. So I am super impressed with Marcelo Palomo & Drivers Select so far....primo customer service !!! Thank you Marcelo Palomo.

Description about the vehicle are 100% accurate and the fixed listed concept saves lot of time and energy. The Sales Reps are very professional and disclose everything to prospective customers. I ve gone through the car buying process twice at Driversselect and was lucky enough to get the same Experience Guide both times. My experience was pretty good both times. Dameon Washington was great! He let me take my time with making decisions, was very patient, knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. I walked away with the car I wanted for the price I wanted! I like the selection of cars they have and found that they are more affordable than other competitors. I would advise doing as much research as possible, which their website is great for, and knowing what you want and can afford in advance. Financing with them makes for an easier process also. My rates came back lower with them both times than when I got pre- approved. Overall, I had great experiences and I would recommend purchasing from them!

We had been looking for awhile for a used car for our daughter. We wanted something safe and affordable, and we came upon a car from Drivers Select. We worked with Erik, and we had an incredibly easy time finding exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure to buy anything we weren t totally sold on, and when we did find the right vehicle, Erik helped us through the process with no issues at all. The day we bought the car we wanted, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. When it s time to start the process for my son in a few years, we ll definitely head back to Drivers Select.

I went here on a Saturday to meet with David. I test drove the car and all went well. He told me he would be able to beat it probably. When he went back to run my credit, he told me it would only be one hard inquiry on my account. When I went to check my credit, I had 4 hard inquiries because of this and score drops by 70.
Apart from credit check issue everything perfectly fine and got better deal than outside dealers.

I contacted and also went to store to ask about credit checks, the guy from financial team came and was telling me to open dispute with Equifax. When I opened dispute with Equifax, Equifax says they can t remove those hard enquiry because DriversSelect don t support them to take out. I mean DriversSelect don t help them with documents requested from Equifax.

Great location. Great experience. I knew what I wanted and I purchased that. I did not purchase on the first visit, but it was clear that the salesperson was keeping an eye out, so to speak. Not purchasing right away is just the way it may work out for some people and I'm glad I stuck with this team of folks. Test driving and purchase were stress free. Nicole walked me through everything and was very thorough in explaining processes and inventory to me. I never felt pressured to purchase nor pressured to not purchase. Nicole did not call me too much, but she ensured she followed up and set reasonable expectations. Very knowledgeable and did what she said every time. It was very convenient to have an option of reaching her by email or phone and she was always responsive. Everyone at this location was polite, professional, and accurate in the work. I had a little contact with the finance department, which went well. Stephen from finance mirrored Nicole's positives and worked hard to meet my needs.

Like most people shopping for a car, I did a lot of research. Hands down, driversselect offered the best deal...especially compared to CarMax, Vroom, Carvana, and Auto Nation. Not only did I get a SUPER competitive sales price, but I got EXACTLY what I wanted with ridiculously low mileage AND I didn't have to deal with shipping the car in. Historically, I buy and sell with private parties and have no interest in dealerships, buuuuut it was hard to deny the inventory at driversselect, so...I gave it a shot. Dealers don't make money off people like me...I'm a cash buyer and I'm a gambler and don't get warranties. Lol. Charles McCormick, my representative at driversselect was perfect from the get-go. Super informative about what my choices were. Super interested in listening to what I wanted [since, believe me, I KNOW what I want]. While he was very careful to make sure I was making informed decisions, he didn't pressure me into purchasing options I wasn't interested in or simply could not afford. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience overall -- every single person in that place was helpful, polite, caring, and genuine. You can tell these folks like what they do and are quite happy to be working for this company. Perhaps, anyone I ended up working with would have been just fine, but Charles rocked it!! He's the kind of employee you WANT to work with. EXCELLENT experience, EXCELLENT staff, EXCELLENT car! Do the research for sure, but you'll end up at driversselect...I promise. And you won't regret it.

I made an inquiry about a vehicle via internet and received a text message from Josh. I did not respond to the text until I received a second text. The second text said do you want me to remove you from the list, we usually only get customers who are serious about purchasing.

I responded to ensure Josh I was serious about purchasing and that I had already received financing through my bank and that he could remove me for their list. He responded we didn t take outside financing.

If that is the type of customer service given to a potential client I doubt that it gets any better.

Not only did he do everything he said he would do he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was ready for us when we got there as we drove from San Antonio to Grand Prairie just to purchase this vehicle. I would give him and the team 5+ stars.

Hi I ve bought about 8 vehicles in my 58 years on the planet. I have to say this was the best experience of them all. Although I did not finance my car, I was treated fairly and everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I had a perfect, and I mean PERFECT sales person. Not like what you think in your head what a car s salesman is, no! DeMeon was so kind and considerate. I also spoke with the sales Manager Mike. And get this... he was great and yes PERFECT also. Our entire experience could not have been better if we wrote the skip ourselves.

Buying the car was no hassle. They do try very hard to get you to finance and buy the extended warranty.
NOW...waiting on service to return call about the malfunction light. Car was purchased on 9/3/2020, it comes with a 30 day warranty. This light came on, and I called on 9/21/20. They were going to see about doing a diagnsotic locally for me rather than driving to Dallas. I have called back twice, emailed, and still hve not had anyone get back to me. I will follow up.

We just bought an incredibly well priced Lincoln MKZ Hybrid and we couldn t be happier with the experience. These folks have a pretty good selection of low-mileage, reasonably-priced top brands, and the customer service is super good. Our guy, Damian Kuri, was knowledgeable and friendly without being overwhelming or pushy. It took us about an hour from the moment we arrived to the moment we left in our new vehicle. We already had financing, but it sounded like they had some good options with BoA and Wells Fargo. Towards the end they tried to get us to buy some after-market warranties and services. That s their business, of course. We politely declined and they didn t push too hard to get us to reconsider. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.

They charged my debit card TWICE for the remainder of the DOWN PAYMENT of the car (paid in cash also). How do you accidentally charge that amount to someone's card. One of my two keys did not work with my car also. Also very unapologetic.

Knew I was a first time buyer but provided very little information. Definitely would not suggest for a first time buyer. Basically the person who was handling me was handling multiple people at once so all interactions with me were very very rushed IF he did remember I was there. Basically take your papers and keys and go. Did not explain ANYTHING. Car was not cleaned and I found sticky stuff on all windows and some weird stuff in my perforated leather. Was just tired of contacting them so I stopped. Talked me into warranty and gave me 0 information on it. Just 0 info on anything.

This is a really straight forward car dealership. Bought our last car in under an hour and everything was as they said it would be.

Wonderful selection and great prices. However, our initial sales rep refused to fully addressed our safely concerns, got frustrated and dismissed me mid conversation. The second representative asked a manager to investigate the product issue but the manager was very manipulative and very misleading. He literally proved the issue then turned a blind eye to their own shortcomings in quality assurance and would say anything to me to redirect the focus. We decided to purchase the vehicle and address the issues on our own because of the amazing price. Even after they tried to bait and switch on us. Great prices, but that was a rough dealership experience.
