They get you with the pricing but one thing I noticed is that they dont provide a 360 inspection on these used vehicles like they advertise. I bought a 2016 BMW 528i with 33,000 on it that had bad breaks and a messed up suspension system. The shocks were so bad that when I went over bumps you could hear it screech as the car went up and down. I bought their warranty and Ally s. Reported the problem to them and they set an appt up to bring it in to correct the issue. They called me to pick my car up ablut a day later and said they fixed the breaks...i advised it was breaks and shocks. The guy told me he would check to see if they did work on the shocks and call me right back. Never called me back. Kept calling them and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! A whole week later some guy named Kyle emails me letting me know they did extensive work on the suspension system and the car was ready to be picked up. Got my car and the breaks were fixed BT THE SHOCKS WERE STILL MESSED UP! Was advised by Miriam that she would call me Monday to confirm if they did the work or not and SHE NEVER CALLED! BEWARE OF THE VEHICLES CONDITION WHEN YOU PURCHASE! DURING YOUR TEST DRIVE TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY THEIR BEST TO GET OUTNOF COMPLETING THE REPAIRS THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE BEFORE YOU BUY A VEHICLE! What type of 360 inspection is that! THEN the Enterprise right across the freeway said the same thing. They get alot of customers who just bought cars who have to bring them back and get put in rentals because they weren t sold to the customer in a proper condition!
