I came in 5/28/20 to inquire about a specific vehicle I found on Facebook marketplace & online (their website), they told me to go check on their computers that show available stock just to make sure it was still available. After I successfully found the vehicle I wanted in their stock I kept trying to flag down employees to find out what my next step in the process would be with no luck (many employees walked by and never once acknowledged not only myself but a few customers in the lobby). It was close to closing so I figured ok they just want to get home, I don t blame them (still trying to be courteous). I walked up to the desk and the first thing the guy at the desk asked was if I had just arrived because at that point they were already closed. I explained to him I was asked to look through the inventory on one of the computers and then I tried to get the attention of an employee for awhile with no luck and informed him that I had no problem with coming in the next day I just really wanted to get the ball rolling and see what I needed to have all my ducks in a row to expedite the process and make it easy on everyone. He then referred me to a salesman who then came to speak to me and told me he would text or email me the site to apply online that same night so that we could be prepared to buy Friday. Thursday night I waited and never received the email, Finally on Friday I received the email and went on to apply right away. I text him and informed the application was done and he responds with letting me know he would start working on it. I few hours later with no response I contacted the salesman and ask for the status and he says he was sorry but got busy but they were currently working on numbers and again he would get back to me. I said ok and informed I had taken the day off thinking I would be able to get this taken care of ASAP again he says I ll get back to you. Here I find myself 3 days later still waiting and they are closed today so I definitely won t get a response today, tomorrow will be my 4th day since I made my initial point of contact with no response. If I did not qualify or whatever the case is FINE but at least have the audacity and professionalism to reach out to your customers to inform them of the outcome!
