Very professional people they gave my top dollar for my trade in. My product specialist/sales man was Mr.C.D.Morris Jr. He was a true honest person with no surprises. He made sure that we were able to stay in the budget we wanted. He customer service was awesome and he made sure that we weren't bored will waiting for the finance team to complete their work. I was really nervous, having never purchased a car on my own. Thomas was very patient with me; and he took the extra time to insure I was comfortable with my purchase and the financial terms. My mother and I came to Driver's World to shop for a car on 3/23, per my aunt's recommendation; and as we walked in, we were first greeted by William Miller. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, and he explained everything that he felt I needed to know. He guided us through the car searching process, and he helped me pick a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage due to its subcompact feature and price. As my mom and I were test-driving the car with Will, he even went as far as making conversations with me as if we were already great friends (maybe because we both shared the same age)! After the test driving of said vehicle, Will also helped us through the financing process and he, along with his team lead, helped me better understand how financing a car works. Will looked out for me and my future with car-buying by giving me advice that I should start financing on a vehicle as early as I can, because in the long run, I may have a harder time being able to buy/finance a new car (in the event that I do in the future), due to not having any prior auto financing history. That was the greatest piece of advice I've heard, and ever will hear, from a car dealer like Will. He also took his time to compare full coverage insurance quotes for me, and he wrote down the most affordable options and gave me the note. Thanks to everything Will did for me, that I came home with my 2015 Mitsubishi for a bargain that I could not pass up! Keep being awesome, Will, I can tell how passionate you are with your job! If and when my mom and I decide to come back to Driver's World, we hope that Will will still be there to guide us!

I had never bought a car from a dealership before and was a little apprehensive to start the process. I had an older car and really needed to find something fast. I ended up going to Drivers World. Not only did he make the experience really enjoyable but his customer service skills were also on point. It was also nice that every person who worked there, that I interacted with at Driver World, was very personable and would say hello and ask how were we doing. Chris T. really took his time and explained the car buying process. He asked me what I was looking for, the features and remembered that as we were looking at all the cars. Also, it was great that I was able to take my time and never felt rushed anywhere in the decision. Which, made me feel like I was making the best decision about a car. I ended up test driving 2 cars, getting the carfax and looking over stats on the 2 vehicles. It was pretty painless and enjoyable. I ended up leaving with a car and honestly felt pretty confident with my purchase. As I said, I was very apprehensive to start but it felt like I had checked something off my to-do list and was not an agonizing process. Went in thinking this was a regular car dealership. Think of it more as a car supermarket. No-haggle prices and salesmen working noto off commission...very relaxing environment. Worked with Randy Earles, he was great. Very knowledgeable and patient as we looked at 5-6 cars. We had tried 3 dealerships prior and none were close. The other dealerships' lots didn't match their posted inventory, or the blood suckers were more interested in pushing their opinions (profit margins) than listening. Highly recommend Driver's World and Randy Earles!

Wow!!! I've been buying cars for years but this was hands-down the best experience ever! Chris Thompson was professional, patient, knowledgeable and direct. We Bought A beautiful 2013 FJCruiser in Nov. 2014. We were told we were going to get an extra key but after the deal was done they said they didn't have enough profit in the deal to do it. On the way home that evening I noticed my radio reception was not good. The antenna was missing. I also noticed that the roof of my truck had lots of dents in it because the side bars are missing on the roof rack. I went back on Saturday and they gave me an antenna and I showed my salesman the dents in the roof and he said it looked normal to him but he would talk to his manager and give me a call. This has not happened. Since then I have noticed that I am also missing one of my headrest for the back seats. I have looked at lots of FJCruisers and none of them have dents in the roof like mine. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled or should I say not handled. I would not have thought this would have happened with a company of this size, but I was wrong. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them.

In my opinion they shouldnt be in business took my wifes car there for the auto trader instant cash offer which was 5772 was the offer for a 09 with 58k miles on it and they came back with some rediculous offer of 3500 thats no where near what the offer was online then i had to deal with some ignorant guy who said he was a manager that in itself was highly doubtful if you think about using auto trader to sell your car beware of these low balling crooks

I'm updating my review. I had purchased two vehicles from Driver's World this past year. One of the vehicles did not have a front license plate bracket and upon purchasing we were promised that they would take care of that, but I had to bring it back another day for them to do so, which was fine with me. Shortly afterwards, though, my family had a very unfortunate turn of events and thru it all I hadn't made it to have the front license plate put on and it slipped my mind until recently. Today when I brought my vehicle in for an inspection I explained all of that to them and I was informed that they would not honor their promise since it had been too long since purchase but that they would order a bracket for me for $60 if I would like. Now I'll admit that obviously it is my fault for not following up sooner, however I would have thought that my customer loyalty and satisfaction would have been worth more to them. I would like to add that my previous praise for Randy Miller still stands, but their service department lacks customer appreciation. I'm not saying I won't be buying from them again but this experience will definitely make me think twice.

My wife and I went looking for a used vehicle, and just happened to come upon Drivers World one Sunday afternoon. From the moment that I walked into this establishment, Demario Street worked with me over and over again while I was going back and forth about cars that I wanted. He printed all the Car Fax(s) that I needed to ensure that I was receiving the car that I wanted / needed. I was sure that there was not a car for me after test driving few. On my way out, I found the perfect car sitting in the lot ( which is the car I bought) and it has made me extremely happy. There was a lot of laughter and positive vibes from the staff as well. The General Manager worked with me as well and was very knowledgable in areas that I was unfamiliar with. I was actually referred to this place by a coworker so I would just keep your mind open but stop by and see what they have to offer for you.

Doug Mulikin wqs very easy going and made the process hassle free. No rush to make a decision and took the time to lookt at several vehicles.

very satisfied with our buying experience, we stumbled on to Drivers world after several trips to other dealerships and Carmax. Very competitive pricing and friendly staff. A comfortable shopping atmosphere and since it's a non commission shop, no pressure whatsoever to buy. We were fortunate to work with Nashant who exceeded our expectations. We spent a week deciding on what car to buy after finding a civic here. Nashant, ensued the car was run through the service department and ready for delivery when we finally decided to buy. He ran through all the finance options and fees on the contract, this is our 9th car purchase total, and best overall buying experience. Highly recommend!

Being a 21 year old female with very little knowledge of cars, I knew it was going to be difficult shopping for a vehicle. What a great experience I had I has left one dealership and was headed home when my friend said are you sure you don't want to stop by Drivers World? Well mind you it was 8:20 pm but I said sure. I went here not knowing what to expect. Jeff greeted me when I walked in and listened to all of the things I wanted in a car. I was able to check everything off my list. They were able to get me an interest rate that was HALF what my bank offered. Low payments with a 6 year warrantee. I'm so happy with my purchase. Jeff really made my experience the least stressful car buying experience ever. I feel like o got a good and fair deal, and I loved the haggle free process. I felt like I met most of the people who worked there and they all seemed happy to be at work, which is really saying something at a car dealership.

I've gotten 2 cars through Driver's World and both times I had great experiences. I got both of them through Reggie Dildy and he is the absolute man! He's really laid back. He treated each of his customers like family and he knows his stuff. He won't try to pressure you into anything and I GUARANTEE every time you go in there and see him, you'll walk out with a smile on your face. The 1st car I got through him got totaled in an accident but when I went back, he found me the perfect car that was within my budget. It had to go through the shop to get inspected and needed to be cleaned but I went in on a Saturday and everything was closed. But on my Monday it was available. I work all week (in Hampton at that) and couldn't pick up my new car. Reggie took the time out of his day to deliver my new 5 speed VW to my work! He really is an amazing guy with a big heart. I enjoyed my first-time car buying experience at Driver s World this week. William did a fantastic job helping me find the right vehicle for me in my price range. I came to Driver s World with the mindset that I was only going to leave in a 4Runner. Will asked me why and what I was looking for in a 4Runner. After explaining to him what I wanted, he showed me all the features of the 4Runner I was admiring and compared them to the features of a Ford Flex they had on the lot. I can happily say I left in the Flex. It better fit my needs and it was also easier on my pocket. I also spoke to another salesman named Ryan and he was also very helpful which makes me think everyone at Driver s World is above standard when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend stopping by Driver s World for your next vehicle purchase.

Pros:
Great place to trade in your vehicle to get a nicer newer one with less mileage. They make two fair assessment of your vehicles trade-in value and choose the higher of two. I enjoyed my time test driving quite a bit of the cars before I settled on the one I purchased. Jeremy was a great sales associate and wasn't pushy or impatient at all.

All in all I am satisfied with my experience and would recommend the place.

Cons:
Be sure to call ahead to ensure the car you're looking at online is in the lot. This didn't affect me too much so it wasn't a big deal when I asked about a car they didn't have.

Be certain to get pre-approved for a loan from you're own bank or outside creditor before buying a car. You can get way better APR from you're own personal bank or outside lender. I wasn't aware of this and almost got stuck with a higher APR and higher monthly payment. Fortunately, after a lot of calling, I was able to get them to stop the loan and finance through my own bank. I highly recommend you NOT finance thought Drivers World.
