After my Chevy trailblazer died, I was looking at different options for a replacement and never even consider buying Dodge until I meet with you sales associate Acee Bell. He was very professional and informative about the different trucks and SUV that Dodge had to offer. Although I didn't make a purchase that day, My outlook on the Dodge brand vehicles has been changed! Thank you Acee Bell!

Service to the vehicles is still good. But the service manager's need to continue to work with the service advisor's at Southern Kia with communication with customers. This includes updates on car service and returning customer phone calls. Customers should not have to leave numerous voicemail messages.

My saleman Joe Jones was the best ever, it was told to me that he was new but with his knowledge and work ethics I couldn't tell. The whole team was awesome to me and my family. If you needed a reason to buy from Southern Auto Group, I gave you more than one! I am so estatic about my third year anniversary gift!!! I just want to express how disappointed I am with ...

I just want to express how disappointed I am with the Southern Auto Groups lack of dedication to customer service and satisfaction. My car has been in the service department of southern Chrysler dodge jeep in greenbrier. First off I requested to be sent updates via text message and never received any. I always had to called or text to request an update on my vehicle so that system is pointless and not be utilized. Now my car 2 weeks and one deadline push later is ready for pick up today June 23rd 2019 and I have no means of going to pick it up. The dealership provides shuttle service to home or work from 8 to 10 am. But this system while on the surface seems amazing is flawed because now on this the day that I need to pick up my car and I've been left immobilized for the past 2 weeks, I m being told they don't have a system in place to pick up customers only to drop them off. The service department manager "Joey" went as far as to tell me to get a taxi or an Uber. Not that its any of your business but as most people would guess getting a motor replaced is not a cheap repair on top of the $1200 of income I ve lost due to not being able to work as an Uber driver since I don't have a car. I simply don't have the finances at this moment to afford an Uber from Virginia Beach to your location. I need to pick up my car that s in your dealership and there is no system in place to help me as a customer to get that done with no out of pocket cost. I m being made to feel that it was all sunshine and rainbows when I sold my old car and bought this new one but as soon as you get the keys and sign the paperwork customer service go right out the flipping window and no one cares about you or your needs anymore. I am highly disappointed with this experience and will most definitely be plastering my story on every platform of social media available to me. Hopefully ill save someone else the trouble and stress of having to go through what i currently am dealing with. Chose a better dealership.

On Friday the 13th I was in a wreck and my 2012 Optima was a total loss. Yesterday I stopped in to Lynnhaven Kia around noon to ask about my options. Within 5 hours, and for only $441 out of pocket, I walked out the door with a new 2014 Optima. It matched or exceeded all of the features in my '12! Thank you to Kevin Patel & Charlie Wood for expediting this process. I was not looking forward to having to buy a '77 Gremlin! Anyone looking for a Kia should stop in and ask for Kevin.
P.S. Kirstie, did you watch Fargo yet???

horrible experience!! Had a car all lined up and plane to tickets to fly down and boom the car was sold under my feet!!! No phone call to warn me of the possibility that the car was going to be sold. I had already purchased my tickets and they sold the car without my knowledge. Poor business without the care of the customer. I am now stuck with 2 airplane tickets, THANKS!!

I was in the market for a pre-owned truck and inquired about an F150 via email and was told it was no longer available but asked if I was interested in any others and I was in fact interested in about 5 other vehicles they had listed on their site so I email back with the stock numbers and the response I got was I don t know they are at other locations . At this point I decided to inquire about each of them individually. One in particular that I asked about was a Toyota Tacoma and was asked when I would like to come to the Lynnhaven location to view it so I made an appointment for 10am and showed up on the dot. While the front desk associate looked for someone to help me I got a text message from the gentleman I was working with stating that the truck was at a different location in Chesapeake, so, I got back in my car and headed to Chesapeake only to find out when I got there that the truck had been sent to auction weeks ago as the associate at that location put it. I drove over 100 miles in one day to view a vehicle that had been sent to auction weeks ago. I do not have the time or money for this and I didn t even get so much as an apology for the complete lack of awareness this auto group has for their own inventory. As I type this both the Tacoma that went to auction and the F150 that I inquired about are still on their website.

I just have to say I always get superior service from Kimberly Smith and the rest of the service department at Southern Kia Greenbrier! We bought our first Kia there in 2010 and I always ask for her when taking it in for service. She steers me right and is always available if I have follow-up questions. She's the reason we keep coming back and buying our cars at Southern Kia Greenbrier. Thanks Kim!

Chris DePalma and his sales manager took good care of me. They got me an awesome price on an amazing family vehicle that I couldn t say no to. They streamlined the process and got me in and out quicker than I thought possible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle

The auto shop here is horrible! Called to make an appointment for my state inspection was to told I didnt need to make an appointment. Showed up at 8 am this morning and was asked did you make an appointment. I said no bc I was told by your receptionist I didnt need one. Was then told they could not do my state inspection today bc I didnt have an appointment. I bought my pathfinder from southern. But now I will not return when it's time for a trade in and I will never recommend southern to anyone buying a car. Fix your service department!!

Southern Auto Group is a great place to buy a vehicle! My salesman Bill Womble is a 10 kinda no-pressure salesman and he hunted for several weeks to find the trim and color I wanted in my Pacifica. Well above and beyond the usual search efforts done to get you a ride. Outstanding experience.

Anderson Bell spent as much time with me as I needed to get through the purchasing process of my car! He was patient, knowledgeable, and was a blast to hang out with! These guys know their product, and that makes the decision process less of a hassle for the consumer.

The car buying process can be stressful, but Acee Bell made it very simple. He's a great sales associate who got me exactly what I wanted. I've been shopping around at other dealerships who treated me like I was just another sale but Acee was genuine and really cared. He worked very hard to to make my purchase happen. He takes customer satisfaction very seriously, I'm very glad I was able to meet him and buy a car in the process!! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!! Thanks Acee!!

My service advisor Charles Bacs was awesome, he told me step by step what services were being performed, what I would need done and yes he was great. He encouraged me to get a battery like soon so I took his advice and got a battery and I'm so glad that I did. I could not have asked for a better advisor than him! I'm going to keep Driving Southern!!

Took 2012 car in for an inspection and rear right ...

Took 2012 car in for an inspection and rear right side tire loosing air ,and daytime running light replaced . They told me i was leaking steering fluid and it had to be fixed to pass inspection ( 2,400 hundred). said i was also leaking oil .replacing seals (4,500). (6.900) tot. I told them no. I want just the tire and light fixed and go ahead and fail my inspection . Well the tire was still loosing air after I left.paid for but never fixed. Took it to another place and told them why i failed . They checked it . Said they can not find a steering leak. and they fixed my right rear tire as well .The oil leak is very minimal and not dripping . They fixed my tire and passed inspection for 40 bucks . just stay away from this dealers garage .

I finalized my car purchase yesterday at Southern Auto Group, KIA, in Chesapeake. Ryan Lynn was our salesman. He was great. I've been making my car decision for about a year now, so I am obviously no easy sell. I like to know every tiny detail about the cars I'm considering and Ryan did not disappoint. I ask detailed questions, and for the 1 or 2 that he felt that he needed to clarify, he did so. He was extremely pleasant, not pushy at all and seemed to be genuinely happy when we found the car we wanted.

If you're looking to purchase your next car go to Southern and ask for CJ Burns. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. CJ did an outstanding job, never felt pressured throughout the process and he answered all my questions in a timely matter. I will certainly suggest him and your dealership to my friends and family. My only recommendation is to make sure you have several hours to complete the purchase of your car. Once I finished my paperwork with CJ I had to wait nearly three hours for two other people to offer me a detail package and warranty I had no intention of purchasing before I was able to receive my tags.

Jorge, Jesse, Brian, and the GM Brett spent practically all day with me helping me decide which car suits me best within my price range, as well as finding all the discounts for me! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and warranties and incentives! I had such a pleasant experience buying my first car!

If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Anderson Bell on Military Hwy! If there was a book titled "Car Buying for Dummies,"
I would be on the first page. Anderson took his time to ensure that I was comfortable with my decision. He was extremely knowledgable and there was NO PRESSURE. As a female customer, I did not feel haggled, pushed or forced into a regretful decision. I firmly believe that Customer Service is a lost art form, with Anderson's expertise and skill level, my faith was renewed. I even took extra business cards so that I can tell everyone about new friend over at Southern. When it comes to buying a car- Anderson Bell should be your only choice.

We came to Southern Auto Group to see if we could trade in our current vehicle and get a new one at a lower cost. Our salesman, Avery Ball, helped us out so much. He made us feel welcomed and was able to provide us a brand new vehicle at a better monthly payment. Will most definitely be coming back next time we are needing a new vehicle and asking for Avery. Outstanding dealership and outstanding staff.

I needed a car after mine had broke down and not only did Anderson Bell come and pick me up because I did not have a way to dealership I walked off the dealership same day with no problem and whenever I have a question about my car or need help he has been more then willing to help me. Ask for Anderson (AC) Bell best sales rep at the dealership!
