Driver's World Review

This was my second vehicle purchase from Drivers World and my experience was even better than the first time. My salesman Chris Casarez was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Car buying can be a stressful experience and I had the added pressure of only having that particular day to make my purchase as I had no more days off that week and had to drive out of town that weekend. They had a great selection and Chris was able to find my first choice in make, model, and color. I have recommended Drivers World to all my peers.

This process was very stressful when we first started with a prior dealership. I wish we had known about Driver's World before we started this journey. Thankfully, I had a friend mention them to me. At first, I was skeptical just due to the fact that they are a big dealership, but as soon as we walked in, they took the stress from our shoulders and literally placed it on their own. They listened to our story and truly wanted to help us. Tony Tellez and Chris Hearnz went above and beyond for us! I can not express how grateful I am for them and for this company. You guys truly have some great employees; people that truly care. I walked out with an amazing car. I feel so much safer driving my kids in a reliable vehicle. 3 years later, yet another great experience at Drivers World! I was already a little discouraged coming in again with nothing, due to total loss, and thinking I was going to end up on Budget Blvd with another compact Cruze with no cruise control, BUT NOT THIS TIME!!! Jeff was mad cool and helped me every step of the way and without pressure. I was discouraged on B.B. and he had me walk a little further to help me find my new wheels! Everyone was so helpful and patient! Moreover, thanks for helping me find a MUCH lower rate!!! I don't plan on coming back anytime soon, but if/when I do, it'll be Drivers World!

I visited Driver's World for the first time - hesitant because other car-related experiences @ dealerships or independent car repair companies have been less than ideal. I don't pretend to be a car guru & I don't want my time wasted, as everyone's time is precious & I am respectful of that.. I walked in, around dinnertime on Sunday night [02/18/18] & was greeted warmly by Amy Perkins.. I gave her my spiel & she was more than willing to accommodate. I am looking to sell my vehicle [moving cross country & working from home, so we don't need a 2nd car just to sit in the driveway] & she was patient in giving me how Driver's World worked when it comes to appraisals, etc. and helped me understand the entire process.. Though it is a free market & I will obtain other quotes, the likelihood of me returning to Driver's World is very high, based simply on my experience & the no nonsense atmosphere @ DW and Amy's willingness to accommodate. I'd highly recommend stopping in @ DW for any/all car-related inquiries, situations, etc... Thank you, Amy!!

My husband and I were looking to buy a car for me. Jeffery Cannon was great! He spent a great deal of time with us and we never felt rushed or pressured. We were looking for a specific used car and Jeffery was able to find a few for us to look at. He even came in on his day off to show us a particular car. What great customer service! BEST. CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. EVER.

Amy greeted me and my husband as we walked in the door. She helped me look at my options. Unlike other dealerships, she was not AT ALL pushy. She took my specifications and steered me only toward vehicles that fit into my price range. Aran was great about getting me a quote on my trade-in, which was significantly more than I would expect! All in all, unlike any other dealership!

Xavier was wonderful and very helpful. The first car I drove ended up being the car I bought. He made sure I got all the coverage I needed and helped me walk out owning a new car.

I was assisted in making my first car purchase by Jeffery Cannon and he made me feel welcomed as soon as i walked in. He made this experience very easy for me and he has a good sense of humor too. He managed to make my dad and i laugh to break the financial tension a few times. over all i had a great experience here at drivers world, and if you happen to come here to purchase a car yourself, Jeffery is your guy to see.

We came into the dealership with a whole gaggle of kids in tow, but Jarvis Donahue (as well as the rest of the staff) was so friendly and accommodating. He was very helpful without being pushy. We traded in a vehicle and bought another one with ease. With the help of Chris Casarez, we got some issues taken care of on the vehicle we were purchasing without any hassle and were even given a really nice loaner while the work was being done. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle, we will definitely be visiting Jarvis again.

Randy was very helpful through the entire car buy process. After I purchased the vehicle I can back a few days later to get the car washed. Randy took the time out of his busy day and took my car himself and got it cleaned for me.

Excellent car buying experience from the first step in all the way through. "CD" was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and he made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Customer service, the finance department, the price, and the car itself... All A+. Highly recommended!

I went into Driver's World with a specific budget and car in mind. My product specialist Tony Tellez was very thorough with explaining the process and providing accurate information on all the cars within my budget. I would refer any and everybody to Tony Tellez at Drivers World!

I brought my car first thing in the morning 8am to get a tire changed 1 tire. I did not get my car back until after 4pm. Unacceptable especially when you order a tire the day before and have to be on the road by 2p

I wanted to trade in my truck for a vehicle with better gas mileage and a lower payment. I have a very strict budget to fit the vehicle into and although the cliche is, "beggers can't be choosers," I still wanted a nice looking vehicle to drive for a great price with an even better APR. I had checked with a handful of dealerships and was more than disappointed. It was either nice and out of my price range, not very nice and in my price range, or descent but marked way above retail value. I was so tired of looking and being disppointed that I was on the verge of calling off my search. I remembered seeing drivers world multiple times as I came off the rosemont exit but never really thought about going there. I figured, at this point, it couldnt be any more disappointing than the other dealership's I had been to thus far. To my suprise it was the complete opposite. The staff was very friendly and came off as genuine. My sales rep Carter was very personable and helpful. I went from being disappointed, tired and hungry to fed, pleasantly suprised and relieved that this didnt turn out to be another wasted trip. The finance portion took a little while but ultimately turned out to be worth the wait. Its unfortunate that I am unable to recall the gentlemans name that took care of my financing because he was also very helpful and was able to get me a great rate with a great car protection plan. Overall I was thouroughly satisfied with driver worlds service, pricing and staff. I would recommend anyone in search of a used vehicle ,at a minimum, look at their website but it would be even better just to stop in and tell them what your in search of.

Donovan is a great guy. Really breaks down information to where it is easily understandable. Really works within your budget, and will not set you up for failure. Very honest with policies and what he can and cannot do. But will also do anything he can to ensure you either leave happy or at least informed. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy any vehicle or anyone trading in a current vehicle.

I bought my car from Driver's World, through their sales associate Chris Thompson. I have to say that he has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. 13 days after I bought my SUV, I was rear-ended and my car as totaled. Chris checked on me and when I was ready was able to get me into the same make and model SUV I had. Here we are 9-months later and I come out of a meeting and my battery is dead. Chris comes to my location with a jump box and jumps my car. I don't know any other sales associate at a car dealership that would do that for their clients. Thank you Chris for always being the best!

My Mom was looking for a "new to her" car. Howard "Howie" Bell was our Product Specialist. He explained the sales process to us and the no haggle price policy. He listened to what she was looking for in a car. At first he was concerned that he would not have something in her budget. But we went through the list and found a great great car. A car that met her needs. She was very excited. Howie did a great job with the process. And my Mom walked away happy! I have purchased plenty of vehicles. This was by far the most satisfying car purchase.

I had been searching for a new-to-me vehicle online and at dealerships for a couple months. I decided I would get pre-approval through a lender I was already associated with so when I found what I wanted I would be all set to buy. When I rec'd approval my lender also gave me a list of dealers they work with in my area which led me to Driver's World. My first call to Driver's World I spoke with Tony Tellez. Mr. Tellez was helpful, knowledgeable, direct and respectful with ZERO smarmy used car salesman tone. THIS was quite refreshing given that in the last couple of months of searching, calling & shopping I had not come in contact with a salesperson that made me WANT to shop with them. Tony changed that, he made me feel relaxed and created an atmosphere of fun throughout the entire process. Tony made himself available via texting which made things so much easier. Within a few days of my initial conversation with Mr. Tellez I purchased a vehicle that I thought was right for me, during my 2 hour drive home I quickly realized I had made a grave error. The vehicle did not fit me comfortably at all. I was quite disappointed. I texted Tony & without hesitation he said c'mon back we will take care of it. He arranged to meet me the very next evening to return this car and to purchase another. Due to circumstances beyond Tony's / Driver's World's control the vehicle I came to purchase was in a sort of limbo 2 people at the same time speaking to different sales people to purchase the same vehicle...I was near tears when we all realized the problem. Tony and Chad (Checkered Flag Team leader) working together made every effort to find/create a solution to a very unusual predicament. Tony was empathetic and had the utmost optimism never gave up trying to find the vehicle that would make me happy. At the end of the night, both myself and the other customer left in vehicles that suited each of us. Tony's attention to detail, pleasant demeanor and unbridled determination gave me the absolute BEST experience of buying a car that I have ever had. When it comes to customer service and satisfaction Tony Tellez should write the how-to manual for ALL salespeople. THANK YOU TONY!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY CIVIC :)
