I just purchased my second car from Driver's World...

I just purchased my second car from Driver's World and highly recommend them. The sales agent that helped us was Randy Miller and he was extremely professional and courteous. Thank you to the team and Randy in particular.

I'm updating my review. I had purchased two vehicles from Driver's World this past year. One of the vehicles did not have a front license plate bracket and upon purchasing we were promised that they would take care of that, but I had to bring it back another day for them to do so, which was fine with me. Shortly afterwards, though, my family had a very unfortunate turn of events and thru it all I hadn't made it to have the front license plate put on and it slipped my mind until recently. Today when I brought my vehicle in for an inspection I explained all of that to them and I was informed that they would not honor their promise since it had been too long since purchase but that they would order a bracket for me for $60 if I would like. Now I'll admit that obviously it is my fault for not following up sooner, however I would have thought that my customer loyalty and satisfaction would have been worth more to them. I would like to add that my previous praise for Randy Miller still stands, but their service department lacks customer appreciation. I'm not saying I won't be buying from them again but this experience will definitely make me think twice.
