I went to Driver's World just to check out some new cars and I ended up buying one on spot. Antwaun Robinson and the team I worked with were great and very understanding. It definitely took longer than I expected to find the perfect car for me but they worked with me and I left happy!

During the course of this transaction I felt very genuinely cared for, my representative Jeff was not only very knowledgeable about the cars in which I asked about but he gave gainful insight into which would be the better investment. When it came time to make the purchase the whole team was cordial and willing to work with me in whatever way possible! I was able to drive away the first day in my new car! Had a wonderful, friendly, no hassle or haggle, professional transaction with Tony Tellez. Went in to look at a 2012 Mazda5 and was dissatisfied with it, basically it was too small, and it had some wear and tear that was cosmetically unappealing. The size, though, was the deal breaker. With a fiance and her 3 kids, we needed something big enough. Tony, our specialist, had us look online at their lot inventory and found a Dodge Caravan SXT that had relatively low miles.Ended up checking out, taking it for a test drive and trading in the fiance's 2014 Ford Fiesta. Got a GREAT deal after getting an appraisal from Chris. However, Tony found an even better deal and we went with it. After going the motions and paperwork we left Driver's World with a very nicely kept van with low miles (for a 2008) and the fact that it's large enough to hold the crew and also for travel purposes to and from festivals for out of town music shows (I'm a musician and have equipment that is large and bulky). Thank you Tony and Driver's World for making this purchase a good one!

I have been the proud owner of a used(but very new looking) white Mazda 2 for about 2 weeks now thanks to Brian! He was extremely knowledgable and helpful and actually showed US the car. He let my boyfriend and I test drive the vehicle and gave us time to deliberate and we finally decided on it that night! I wanted one vehicle and was told I wasn't approved for it but was approved for a vehicle that costed a few thousand dollars more how that works idk but I'm pretty sure they just wanted to get rid of the vehicle I was approved for. If you go here make sure they don't do that to you.

The overall experience was nice. Our salesperson, Jarvis, was very personable and patient with us. He showed me several SUV'S on the lot and let me look them over and sit in them since I was not sure exactly what I wanted to purchase. We did not feel rushed or pushed to buy anything, which we liked. I do NOT like a pushy salesperson so Jarvis was just what we needed. The manager was also quick to resolve a couple of concerns that we voiced. One of the other guys in the dealership went above and beyond to take care of a minor request for us and I wish I knew his name so I could thank him. We also ended up calling the service department the next day about a small issue and I was extremely impressed by their response and how quickly they handled things at our convenience. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a vehicle.

I walked in with the expectation of pressure sales and negotiating. What I got was a reasonable and articulate salesperson by the name of Emily. She new her product, was customer oriented and allowed us to buy a vehicle we truly selected and appreciate.

Went to Drivers world today and Jeff Cannon made the whole process easy, but also actually fun. I had something pretty specific in mind when I walked in and he didn't mind walking me around and letting me test drive some cars to make sure I was buying something I was happy with. My wife and I were buying a used van from Drivers World. The salesperson told us that we would be put rental vehicle comparable to the van that we bought instead they put us in a compact car. They didn't keep us informed of the repairs being made to the van and the service department didn't answer the phone. Finally, when transferring the license plates they threw away my college alumni plate cover.

Went in to check out a car we had seen online, - we weren't allowed to go back and check out cars on lot until someone was with us. I wasn't there to pilfer through their cars I was interested in seeing what was available. If I want to buy or test drive I'm sure I could have found assistance. Anyway....the car we wanted was sold

I bought a used Nissan Altima. When I had service done by another company, they found out that the car was not furnished with an engine air filter. Driver's world does not respond to emails and phone calls regarding this matter. Disappointing experience.

Howie was the first person to say hi to my husband and I when we came in. Then from there he asked all the right questions to help us find the perfect car. We came in with the intention of shopping around all day at different places. Within the first 10 mins we knew that we wanted to buy from Howie! He was a great salesperson. Why buy new when you can buy a vehicle at 4 thousand below market value, and have the best customer/vehicle service in Virginia Beach? Why go anywhere else than Drivers world? yea, this may seem like a lot of BS, but i can assure you, its not. I walked in off a whim to take a look at what i thought would be a gimmick. I was greated within seconds by a gentlemen named Carter, and within 15 minutes, we were taking the car off the lot for a test drive. With the amount of cars that they had on the lot, i didn't expect much on product knowledge. I don't know if this guy worked for Subaru for 15 years, but he spit of the specs like he's the one who owned the thing. My hat goes off to him, because HE sold US on the car, and not the other way around as Subarus tend to do. i don't think ill ever go anywhere else in Virginia Beach to buy a vehicle.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles. But drivers world was by far the worst experience. I've had to return 4 times now to get paperwork completed. They tried to sell an extremely overpriced warranty but we're worried that financing wouldn't be approved. The warranty was 20% of the vehicles value. No communication between sales and finance and nothing done timely. Twice I had an appointment scheduled to get paperwork completed and went in and the finance manager was over 30 minutes late. Terrible follow up. Terrible customer service. If you are looking for hassle free and no haggle pricing like drivers world is supposed to do. You are better off at Carmax. Same setup better selection and NO HASSLE!

Jeff Cannon was absolutely wonderful. I went in with my son and his fiance to buy a car and was ever so pleased with his help and knowledge of the cars he showed us.

Worked with Reggie after another sales associate sold the car I was supposed to be viewing. He was beyond amazing! He found me a great car and answered every question I had without rushing me at all.

The selling of the vehicle was great customer service of course it was the truck and color i always wanted and then i owned it and it couldnt have been more of a nightmare since. First they sell it to me with a dead battery which u think a 100 point inspection they say they do would pick up that up and left me a paraplegic in a wheelchair stranded asking strangers if they can help me jump my truck the window switch was broken bootleg wiring i couldnt see in my wheelchair under the camper shell until i took it off the door doesnt open all the way on the driver side from a prior accident before i bought it that i couldnt tell because i couldnt drive it til i put hand controls on it because of my paraplegia so i had to get other people to drive it and of course they didnt notice cuz they didnt have a wheelchair to load and everytime i turn the a.c. on the truck shakes and almost shuts off. Then i call to get the battery fixed which they did but i reported and they have document of me saying something about the window but the smart mouth girl that works in maintenance swears up and down i didnt ask to get it fixed. Now what sense does that make why would i tell them about it and not want it fixed i only had the truck about a month and its under the warranty that they would fix it. Also apart of my warranty is that i get a rental for anytime that my truck would be in there shop. Because im in a wheelchair and require hand controls to drive they said none of their rentals have handcontrols so i cant get a rental. Sounds like discrimination to me that because youre in a wheelchair and need special equipment to drive that you dont get all the things listed under the warranty u pay for there fore people in wheelchairs dont get the same priveleges someone that can use their legs get. Therefore i have to inconevenience my family and friends so they dont have to be troubled. Then they give you free state inspections which i imagine they do because i wont have money left after fixing all the stuff that this piece of junk has wrong with it because at this point they think theyre slick and have scheduled my state inspection a year after i bought rhe truck which then nothing would be covered under the 1 yr 30000 plan they sold me. I honestly would rather pay for my inspection elsewhere because im done dealing with their horrible customer service ecspecially the girl in maintenance and their dishonesty. I will never reccomend or even think about buying a vehicle from there again.

Great experience! My car had been totalled in an accident and I was looking for something slightly used. Found this dealership because of Google Maps and read many of the great reviews. The website was very easy to navigate and I had a top choice before even going to the location. We were greeted from the front door by Cliff Morris. He made the process so smooth and easy. Explained very well how they sell cars when compared to other used dealerships. Showed us around the showroom and at the stock outside but I clearly had my heart set on one which was right at the front of the showroom when I walked in. Went for a test drive and was sold! We drove off with the vehicle that night which I was not expecting at all. He even went above and beyond and returned my rental vehicle for me that same night. Great experience at Drivers World!

Great service. They follow the Carmax business model. Their cars aren't cheap. They bought my car for a reasonable price even though I didn't buy from them. I'll be back.
