This weekend purchased our 4th vehicle through Driver's World. Every purchase has been a good experience, but this was STELLAR thank to Reginald Dildy. Reggie took the time to figure out what we were looking for and found a great vehicle for our needs. We discussed multiple options and I feel like we got an honest answer to every question. Once we decided what we wanted, Reggie smoothed the process every step of the way, anticipating what was needed next and kept the process moving along. He anticipated what we needed before we even asked. He answered all my questions and even supplied information before I asked for it. A great hassle free experience from start to finish. We will be purchasing another vehicle in the not too distant future and I will be going back to Driver's World and will be looking for Reggie.
Since this is vehicle #4, I must also say service has always been great. Vehicle #3 remains on the road because of the service at Driver's World. Samantha has always been helpful and informative, and Mike Mallard knows what he is doing. It's not easy to find service you can trust and recommend.
