We Bought A beautiful 2013 FJCruiser in Nov. 2014. We were told we were going to get an extra key but after the deal was done they said they didn't have enough profit in the deal to do it. On the way home that evening I noticed my radio reception was not good. The antenna was missing. I also noticed that the roof of my truck had lots of dents in it because the side bars are missing on the roof rack. I went back on Saturday and they gave me an antenna and I showed my salesman the dents in the roof and he said it looked normal to him but he would talk to his manager and give me a call. This has not happened. Since then I have noticed that I am also missing one of my headrest for the back seats. I have looked at lots of FJCruisers and none of them have dents in the roof like mine. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled or should I say not handled. I would not have thought this would have happened with a company of this size, but I was wrong. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them.
