Good sales advisor and beautiful kitchen ordered. Need 1 day less during installation than budgeted. Everything immediately worked perfectly! That's another way to do it....

Great kitchen purchased. Great seller. Now almost 5 months later and not yet posted. Placement not even planned. No kitchen for 4 months. Sufficient staff for the sale. Too little to post.

For a fair competitive price, it is very common for a supplier to prepare a free quote for a potential customer. That is normal for many products, but that often does not apply in the kitchen country. Also not at Tieleman kitchens. The fallacy that the management of the company uses is that the mutual differences of quotations are determined by quality and finish. Of course, these differences never occur if a customer specifies his requirements and wishes well in advance. In addition, they do not want to lure the customer with an attractive but fair price. I have my doubts about that. I am invited to visit the showroom where the coffee has already been prepared for me. This will be a time-consuming visit without any added value. After all, I already know exactly what I want. Personal contact only makes sense once there is a transparent offer with a decent price.

Mail sent but never got a reply. I find it a bit disappointing from such a renowned kitchen dealer.

We came all the way from Utrecht on a hot summer day to visit Middelharnis. It was very quiet in the showroom. Okay, we hadn't made an appointment in advance, but it was not possible to speak to a sales advisor that day, not even for fifteen minutes. All busy. Huh? The whole of NL is now on the beach, apparently so are the sellers. So we left (we had a nice meal in the restaurant). Furthermore, I cannot do much with the kitchen setups that I saw. All those spacious kitchens with cooking islands. As if everyone has a kitchen of at least 20m2. Nice for a million-dollar villa, but does not fit in our future home, which with its 800m3 is not exactly small. Where have the straight or corner kitchens gone? On the way back we passed a DMG branch in Woerden (which was notorious). Great help, without an appointment. And guess what, you can also see corner kitchens. So you see, reviews don't say everything.

A beautiful company with beautiful kitchens, great service and friendly, customer-oriented employees. People really think along with the customer, including the financial settlement of the transaction. In short, this is another company where you can buy a beautiful kitchen without any reservations!

In the meantime bought two kitchens at Tieleman. The after-sales service in particular is excellent. They solve matters neatly, even if problems arise after a few years!

We are well assisted and advised by Eliza, take plenty of time for you and think carefully about the possibilities.
Nice price for the products offered, another 5 months waiting and then we know if the kitchen is just as beautiful as on the drawing.

Have already taken care of a kitchen delivery via Tieleman, now again along for thinking about kitchen but in business application. From 'drawing board' up to and including the placement of the worksheet high service level and quality, think along and that for a reasonable price. Again passed because Tieleman comes with total solutions and relieves in the whole process.

Last year we bought a kitchen from Tieleman, what a relief to be helped so neatly and friendly! We have selected the kitchen with an extremely friendly seller. Everything went perfectly from A to Z, we have experienced that differently with a different kitchen shop. Placing the kitchen went well, at the last minute we changed the tap of the kitchen, this was no problem. It is that I cannot give 10 stars otherwise I would have given them. This store is applauded by its service. In the past weeks we visited 6 different kitchen stores to have a quote made but Tieleman Kitchens was the most disappointing. The receptionist actually ruined the first 15 minutes of our store visit. It took more than fifteen minutes before she greeted us and welcomed us. While we had made an appointment! She was far too busy with apparently a much more important customer (who did not have an appointment) and with a colleague who wanted to know something quickly (and again took 5 minutes). Well, if she had immediately offered us a cup of coffee, received a welcome and then had us wait for the seller, this would have been so much better! Fortunately we were welcomed by a friendly salesman who explained everything to us well in advance and showed us the various options of equipment and kitchens. We did not really like that a trainee was walking with him, but we might have been able to refuse this. And yes, we knew that Tieleman is more expensive than other stores. But from 5,000 to 7,000 additional costs there is still a lot of difference .... Tieleman, we may have had bad luck with the receptionist, but you have really lost a customer because of this. We think the price difference could have been brought down, but the impression of the store was unfortunately ruined ....

A warm welcome on arrival and well helped by the consultant! A visit to the showroom is definitely worth it. Nice showroom and there is also plenty to do for children.

Beautiful place with excellent service and quality. Nice to get inspiration. Many setups. There is also a restaurant where you can eat and drink delicious for a nice price. It is often busy there, so reservations are useful. Toilet is available. Free parking and wheelchair friendly.

Very expensive business, a lot of miscommunication, and if you think you know the price, additional bills will be added. Final result costs 3000 euros if canceled. This is how the beautiful things arise. Especially not drawing, then it is done

Tieleman has very good, motivated kitchen technicians. Recently placed a kitchen by 2 customers. Truly a relief compared to other kitchen companies.

Installing an Alko kitchen 17 years ago. What a disaster!! cupboards which flake off and I also passed this on several times and years ago.
The service is good, but the quality of the kitchen plus the granite counter top including countertop is a terrible quality.
Granite sink started leaking. Instead, Tieleman has placed a stainless steel tray in its place.
This is not something that I chose for at the time.
Was a kitchen of 30,000 in 2002.
But I really regret that we have once chosen this kitchen !!!

Nice kitchens, but especially fantastic service. Small problems are quickly solved by their own service department (also in Rotterdam where we live .....). After 4 years there was a crack in our kitchen counter. Passed by and finally replaced leaf. In short, nicely solved. Thank you Tieleman!

I experienced our visit to Tieleman kitchens as an outing, we were nicely helped and the class radiates from everything. You have to go to Tieleman if you are looking for quality, good service, good after sales. Even the restaurant is great, we received a receipt to have lunch there, while we enjoyed our lunch, the seller already came to the table to tell us that as soon as we had finished eating he had the quotation ready. We enjoyed our visit.

Friendly staff, beautiful kitchen setups, beautiful building, but thinking out-of-the-box is not an option. Several times over the past 20 years I had an appointment with Tieleman for a kitchen design, because everyone was so enthusiastic about Tieleman, and each time left disillusioned. Lack of imagination among the sellers. I have found that at other kitchen stores. That's a shame for such a case. A deal breaker for me. Then the after-sale service is not worth that much. I get a strong sense of self-righteousness at Tieleman.

Very poor service! Communication course is a must for the staff .. has been kept on the line for a year. Always the same argument "I'm working on it".
When I call upto the state of affairs for the umpteenth time I am told that the customer will now call you back but unfortunately that is forgotten as always!

Bizarre! My wife - who spends most of the time in the kitchen - was completely ignored by the front desk and the vendors walking around until I arrived 45 minutes later.
We do not want a client who treats potential buyers this way.

Have an offer prepared in 2014 for a corner kitchen based on your own layout. Well advised on material and device choices. In 2016, after updating tenders, the kitchen was installed. A point of attention is, despite the fact that they indicate that you are relieved that communication can be improved. I mean more proactive than that. It felt like I had to go after it myself.
On the other hand, they are flexible and think along. Also during installation. The engineers are solution-oriented and are open to alternative solutions.

Have a quotation made by Tieleman and compared with a quotation from a competitor. Price at Tieleman was almost double! Yes, I can also provide good service. Folks, don't get scammed.

Outstanding service. High quality kitchens. Bought kitchen here about 17 years ago. Although it still looks good, we discussed a renovation today to our full satisfaction. New fronts and some new equipment. Can now go back for years.
